e bay are for the sellers not the buyers! I bought my wife a stove for her doll house it was not what she wanted so I returned it. sending back was supposed to be free I copied everything e bay gave me for the return and the post office still charged $4.49 for the return. I e mailed the seller his name is Mark Ulscth company dollartstudio-m beware of that company so I gave him a negative feed back. and all so he did not refund me for the return shipping that was supposed to be free. and the ma mas boy cried to e bay and had my feed back removed he robed me of $5.00 did not answer any e mails and e bay did what he asked he has to be paying some one off

E BAY IS NOT ALWAYS THE PROBLEM! IT IS THE SELLERS AND SOME ARE SO BAD YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. take e-s_easy_sale (2,834) they are the worst scammers on the site and they keep telling lies every one is the blame but them stay as far away as you can. don't let them get there hooks into you the only thing you will get is robbed

I really enjoyed selling on ebay but at this point seller fees far outweigh earnings. Last item sold would have paid for ebay fees only with no profit. And also being charged to post items that sit until a buyer comes along only to be met with higher fees than what an item sells for; as well as constantly being prompted to lower prices on already low priced items to attract buyers is a complete waste of time for a seller in it for profit but works great for ebay. So it's time to say goodbye to ebay's selling platform. Just isn't worth my time posting items there any longer.

Quick delivery but very expensive. Better to choose Alieexpress or another site.

eBay SUCKS! They will allow your money to be taken away never to be returned? The "money back guarantee" is more than laughable, I tried to return a simple item and they sent me an email saying "we have ruled in your favor" and in 10 minutes they sent me another email saying "we have ruled against you", WHAT?? I called and the poor eBay lady was trying to get me a refund but the "system" wouldn't allow it so I had to go to paypal and the EXACT SAME THING? "We've ruled in your favor will send shipping label then a few minutes later "we've ruled against you"?? WHAT?? I think they must have been hacked because NOTHING was working right and they all sounded PANICKED about it?? NOT A TRUSTWORTHY company!!
I have almost 2000+ POSITIVES on my account!! NO NEGATIVE'S!!

Very bad company. The return policies are awful. Most sellers have expired or damage products.

Happily was banned from eBay today after doing a search for products they sell. Did a Google search for a power ajuster and surpresor for a pellet gun ,then received a email saying due to recent activity on my account they deleted my account. The really funny thing is I tried to get rid of my account months ago when they kept sending me emails saying I left something in my cart and it may not be available unless I completed the purchase. I had bought a sharpening stone that was not the grit size listed and did not work very well. So had no interest in another mislabeled product that worked poorly.

I love that Ebay gives me random $5 off of $5 gifts in my inbox just to say thanks for being a customer! I can find anything I need on Ebay...literally! Just the other day I got the loveliest orange curtains on Ebay, while also purchasing a high quality, low-priced female "personal massager!" Excuse me but who can't multitask???? 😎😎😎😎

Not a fair auction site. I've encountered numerous problems with Ebay and their refund policy and with their listing allowances.
Some time ago, I listed a product which Ebay declared illegal, however, other Ebay sellers were allowed to sell the same product. When I called Ebay to inquire I was told that the other sellers were physicians which they were not.
Another incident, involved my purchase of a beaded necklace which was hand knotted. When it arrived, there were some beads missing which meant that it would have to be re-strung and hand-knotted. Cost: $50.00 which is the going rate. When I attempted to negotiate with the seller to send me a partial refund, Ebay stated that I was attempting to extort money from the seller and closed my account. As a result, as a successful seller, I lost business. It wasn't a million dollar business, however, the revenue I earned fed my family.
Most recently, a buyer made a false claim about an item I sold to her stating that it was not as described, however, this was a false statement so I refused to refund the buyer. Ebay stepped in and told the buyer to return the item and then promptly issued the buyer a refund, then charged my credit card for the amount of the refund. When I received the returned item it was dented and some of the contents was missing. I reported this to Ebay and was willing to provide photos. Ebay refused to accept the evidence. When I filed an appeal of Ebay's unfair decision and requested a refund of my money, Ebay stated that the case was closed and refused to refund my money. I had to actually contact my credit card company which resulted in Ebay getting a chargeback. As a result, I was able to obtain my money back. Although this is good news, I was very stressed as a result of having to make numerous phone calls to Ebay who just passed me on to the next rep over and over again.
