This is an eBay store. Shame I can give cero starts. I bought a Nike Air Jordan 3 Cement from this seller on eBay. The seller advertise and charge his shoes as original Jordan. The seller asked me to do the transaction out of eBay to avoid the percentage that the seller has to pay to eBay. I didn't accept and paid the shoes. The shoes are fake, I approached to the seller and wasn't willing to do any agreement. The seller said they are original and didn't provide a convincing prove. The sneaker, clearly doesn't meet Jordan's quality. I had to ask eBay to step in. Take care, don't waste your time.

Of course I have contacted seller before but they no response, so I get ebay involves, but ebay wanted to click out the ball- problem! Ebay only knows to receive the 11% of fee, but no willing to help!

EBay is amazingly hard to contact. All their numbers are disconnected and emails are non existent and non replyable. It's a labyrinth of a circle. They are the worst. My credit card details was stolen and was used the next day by PayPal to which I don't even have an account for. Please report them to Fair Trading and NCAT. All up they stolen $500 dollars.

Don't buy from EBay a toilet seat that was $35 US ended up costing me $125 plus and extra $5 currency exchange fee from my bank. EBay is not transparent about the cost of purchasing its items

EBay has gone from good, to bad, to awful.
To start with it was good for both seller and buyer, then it started getting worse for sellers with the final value fees added in (listing fees were eventually removed however final fees are much higher)
Then the selling final value keeps going up to what it is now near 11%. Then PayPal takes it's cut, another 3%
So you have to inflate your prices just to cover this, which in the real world, no buyer is prepared to pay so selling on eBay isn't worth your time (unless you are selling stolen goods or have the market cornered)
Now it is even bad for buyers with eBay plus coming in, no more discounts unless you pay for them (wtf)
On top of this they have removed free / no final fee weekends and promotions for many months now for selling.
I really cannot wait for Amazon to become a better presence in Australia as eBay has had Australia for far too long and Amazons customer service is 1000 times better.

If you are thinking of selling on eBay. The answer is simple... DONT! Had an issue with a buyer, eBay were on the buyers side. The buyer claimed that the item was "damaged" when it arrived, but it was obviously tampered with, they then turned around and changed there mind and wanted to return the item ($208.95), which eBay then took the funds off me without even hearing my side of the story, they gave me a deadline to have the matter sorted and if it wasn't sorted (even if that meant that the buyer wasn't replying to me) they would allow the buyer to keep the item and give her the full refund amount of ($208.95), also, then charge me a further $25 for having to intervene! I am yet to solve this matter, eBay are not bothering to assist me with this and I have just found out the buyer is a scammer who goes by several different names (yet eBay still do not care)
DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS SCAM.
Not to mention, they charge you 10.9% of each and every single item you sell (which was not clear from the get go) they advertise as "list 40 ads for free"... forgetting to add the part in where once it sells they will charge you 10.9% + charge you for the postage fees also...
I know I am not the only person who has had a problem, let's hope eBay can be shut down once and for all!

As a seller there is more than 1 way to prove you sent a item that you have sold ..but hey if that for whatever reason that tracking number isn't working you will have eBay stealing money out of your account to refund a buyer. So you have given away your item and paid eBay to sell it and paid the freight . just because freight maybe a little slow during these times something a seller has no control over . even when things do go ok their seller fees are a total rip . As a seller my advise is to keep away from eBay.

I signed up and verified, bought a couple of things then later linked my PayPal then created a post to sell a few hats of my own design which seem to be ok. the next day they permanently suspended my account without an explanation and said their decision was final. Absolutely disgusted in Ebay on what they did unnecessary and UN-Australin. I am no longer allowed to purchase on ebay so I will make it my life aim to expose these crooks for what they are as my belief is that other businesses that sell similar products hold the power to what should be rejected by someone to complain and have you, a new comer suspended for no real reason. I used to rave about ebay now its not even worth spitting on, we need another fairer system that does not discriminate, co hearse or abuse their position in favoring another. Ebay you are like an organized syndicate like an on line mafia. Same on you.

Sold my guitar as lost my job. Buyer in U.S. received my guitar on 25 March. Very happy with purchase. Ebay states new sellers will have their paypal money released 24 hours after buyer receives item, or 7 days after. Thank you Ebay for playing "god" with my money - over 2 weeks LATER. Out of work, and Ebay released my money only today 10th April. I asked for special empathy due to my position ... NO!! Ebay, no other company could refuse a persons right to THEIR money like you. Disgusting. on 25th March - my sale was AUD$4700.00 .... due to failing US$, today 10th April just AUD$4290.00 CRIMINALS! Seeking legal advice!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER...loove_home!!! I bought a child's toy from this ebay seller on 26 and it never came. Ebay said it had never been shipped. After many contacts with seller they responded telling me they sent it with Fastway Couriers. Fastway have never had consignment from this seller. I demanded to ebay to take them off their website because their dishonest, have bad business ethics and totally unreliable. I doubt ebay will ever listen to the complaints of the buyers.

I have left greengadgets negative feedback for 2 items and eBay has removed my feedback. I also noticed that other negative feedback gets removed. Green gadgets are dishonest they sell faulty products. eBay is supporting dishonest sellers. I left negative feedback instead of getting a refund because I was not at all happy with the sellers lies. They state that every device is rigorously tested before selling if that was true I would not have received a faulty device. Another device was sold with a battery that did not perform well and did not hold charge for a full day with minimal use iPhone 6. Avoid eBay as the whole feedback system is corrupt as eBay removes most negative feedback.

I am a new AU ebay buyer, but I will never buy from them again. Be careful if seller is claiming she sells Royal Albert - Made in England. She normally sells in full set. Remember do not give her deposit and cash because she will not refund to you until you negotiate over a month! Please read below:
I recently bought from a seller in Ebay Australia for a set of royal albert old country rose coffee set. Before I made payment, I emailed the seller asking the condition and quality of the products. She confirmed they are brand new, no chips, no scratches, new and never used, and also they are classified as first quality ( the quality only sells in department store). Therefore, I trusted and paid the seller. On the day I picked up my goods as she requested, she wrapped all products for me and I only checked a few pieces. I made a big mistake to pay extra $150 deposit for other products as I over trusted the seller at that moment. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found the products are in poor condition and they are suspected as second quality. Some china with chipped handle, scratches, used and also many marks underneath of the backstamps. Also, a cup has a backstamp printed as ROYAL ALB' Bone Chin', missing the remain letters, a letter A is fall apart from the word CHINA, marked with gold pen aside. (See picture) They are really not as description from my understanding. I send my pictures to a UK antique and collectable china shop, they confirmed a plate with a different shape in the set, also the backstamp maybe scratched, so the letters are missing. Google the links for the classification of first and second quality. Must check the backstamps and justify with your own knowledge.
Of course, the seller refused to return, refund and exchange, she said the products are as description with no issues. She also denied to pay back the deposit I made to her at the beginning. She was rude and unhappy. Luckily, I kept all emails to proof I overpaid her re the deal.
At first, I tried to get Ebay to help so I raised a dispute via Ebay, but they only replied the products that I bought are not under the 'Guarantee Money Back Scheme' and so they simply closed the dispute. I reported the issue to ACCC and re-checked with Ebay (Live Chat) and contacted my card center to help. At the end, Ebay reviewed the issue and told me that they actually created a guest account via Paypal to protect their customer, and so I could contact Paypal for a refund after investigation. After the full process of dispute, Paypal and card center helped me to get the refund of $310 once I returned the china.
The seller at first broke her promise and refused to pay back my extra payments. Now, my cash and ebay order are refunded.
Be careful when you are trying to buy Royal Albert, Wedgwoood, Waterford from online shop. Seller will try asking you to pay by cash as claimed that she doesn't know how to use Paypal. Actually she is very professional in all Ebay and Paypal's policy!
According to my experience, seller would ask you to buy in full set for a lumpsum of profit. She would emphasis her products are never used, new, brand new and perfect. She claimed she is in a retirement and moving to country side soon, I paid cash to her due to my sympathy but I expected the products are in good conditions too.
She has many stocks and claimed they are made in England, 1962 designs that she bought in 1990s. She said she never used the products and they are brand new...
I would say, not all seller like this one. I found 2 local sellers are very trustful, but they don't sell many old royal albert.

I am a new AU ebay buyer, but I found this platform is unsecure. It allows dishonest seller (scammer) provides unfair trading to buyers! Be careful of a scammer who is claiming she sells Royal Albert - Made in England. She is asking for buyer's account details and cash! She normally sells in full set, price around AUD $300 -$780 per set. Remember do not give her deposit/cash/personal details. Avoid Scammer - Please read below:
I recently bought from this seller (royalalbertlover) in Ebay Australia for a set of royal albert old country rose coffee set. She confirmed they are brand new, no chips, no scratches, new and never used, and also they are classified as first quality ( the quality only sells in department store). Therefore, I trusted and paid the seller. On the day I picked up my goods in Epping as she requested, she wrapped all products for me and I only checked a few pieces. Now, I still suffered a lost of $150 in cash. The seller is so greedy and cunning, she refused to pay back the money via paypal, and tried to ask my bank account details. FYI, DO NOT GIVE SCAMMER RE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS.
I reported this case to ACCC and Paypal now. I didn't give my details to the scammer seller. I might lost my $150 deposit but I hope everyone read this and do not fall into the scammer's trick again. Be careful when you are trying to buy Royal Albert, Wedgwoood, Waterford from Ebay, avoid to buy from this lady. She will try not asking you to pay via paypal as she is now in a watchlist with the group due to the scammer act. She will try asking you to pay by cash as she claimed that she is ''old'' and doesn't know how to use Paypal! Actually she has a paypal account, and very professional in all Ebay and Paypal's policy! She used buyer's sympathy to pay her more, and I was one of the victim! This case is now reported to ACCC, Paypal, Fair Trade and card center, I hope this will help others to avoid from this dishonest seller.
According to her practice, she will ask you to buy in full set, so she can earn a big lumpsum of money. Also, she would distract you when you are trying to check her products. She would emphasis her products are never used, new, brand new and perfect. She claimed she is in a retirement and moving to country side soon, trying to get your sympathy to buy more from her! Actually, I don't know if she is a real local seller.

I recently bought a shirt on Ebay from China. It was the wrong colour and the buttons were back to front so I had to send it back. I got a refund for the shirt but had to pay $22 return postage. I put a factual review online and Ebay advised they would only refund the postage if I changed the review as they did not like it (that is blackmail isn't it?). When I went to change my review so they would refund me I was advised it was too late to change the review because the time frame had expired. I am not happy as it cost me $22 for nothing on Ebay. I would suggest people think carefully before buying things on Ebay as customer service is poor.
It would appear to Ebay that negative reviews are not acceptable regardless of the facts !!! Thanks Ian

I've been buying online for years with Amazon and I never had any problems. All purchases from Amazon or other sellers went very well. For the first time I bought on eBay and I was the victim of fraud from one of their sellers. I bought a Christmas present that was supposed to be delivered before 19 December and the seller took hte money but just didn't ship it. When I contacted the seller, they replied in writing that they would not be delivering before Christmas and they did not indicate a date for delivery.
Of course, I didn't need to receive a Christmas present after Christmas. Furthermore, with all the time I lost with this vendor, it was too late for me to order from someone else. Because of the seller's lies, I now had to pay much more to buy the item from a shop. This therefore resulted in a clear direct financial damage for me.
I wrote to eBay to report that their seller had misrepresented facts at the time of the purchase and that I wanted to be compensated for the damage I suffered because of this. eBay refused any type of compensation and replied as follows:
"We do not offer any monetary compensation"
What is worse, when I pointed out that I only bought from that seller because they were on eBay, they replied:
"we are not responsible for what the seller has put in his listing as we are not the one's selling the item. eBay is only the advertising site and we do not hold liability for what it is that the seller has put on their listing. If you want you can refer to our user agreement which you have agreed upon and acknowledged to have understood upon deciding to use our platform."
So, if you're used to good ecommerce sites such as Amazon, please don't make the same mistake I did. eBay does not offer the same service quality and does not guarantee you in any way. If one of their sellers is a thief, it's your problem, basically. I found this experience quite shocking.
