Charging 5 times more than advertising

Easy View advertise their product at the price $10/piece + second one free + shipping. When I placed my order, I didn't have opportunity to see the total amount charged, and they charged me $40 for 2 pieces + $31 for shipping!!!!. It is impossible to contact them by phone or by email.

Overcharge no customer support

I paid with my credit card at Easyview HD on the company’s website. It is supposed to be: 1 visor for $10.00 plus $7.95 S&H. Then there is a special offer for a second visor for the $7.95 S&H. I wanted 2 sets…so I ordered Qty: 2. But they charged me $51.80. I have been unable to get any customer service to answer the phone number provided on the Website 212-787-2026

My order has been over 3 weeks.

I placed my order for 1 EZ view & get one free on 2/10/14. As of this date I have received anything.You don't answer your costumer service phone. Where is my order???? I saw this advertised on the TV and it sounder wonderful. Please let me know when I will be receiving my order.

Gave me no chance to reveiw order, automatically checked out

They sneak in extra sets of the order before you can finish checkout. They give you no way to stop, cancel or review the order before it completes checkout. It is impossible to reach them by phone because they keep trying to sell you more. Shipping is twice what the order costs. Ordered two sets of the easyview shields supposedly for $10 each p;us shipping and got charged $71. FRAUD by any means. They don't make the money by selling the product, but rather by the increased shipping and handling charges.

a company that scams

over charge for shipping and can't cancel...dont reply back after email them , don't answer phones, billed me when they said no billing until shipped...after emailing them three times...came back no such email.

Shipping overcharge non-responsive

At the point of ordering site did not list shipping or show total cost. After approving the order shipping was twice what the product cost. I attempted to contact the company 4 times, two busy signals and two times rang 20 times and no answer during business hours. I also called after business hours and left message requesting cancellation of sale and it showed up on credit card site after that request was made.

Unable to cancel bad order

charged 51.80 due to bad order. should be 25.90 no one answers customer service phone.
this is an obvious scam as the web site leads you to enter false information and then does not allow you to review the order before it is submitted. no way to complain about it.

EasyviewHD overcharge

The product was $10. I bought two for $20. They charged $31.80 for shipping and charged the credit card before revealing this information. I called the customer service number, which they never answered after I let it ring 30 minutes. I called at 3:23pm Central time, during their published office hours. I believe I've been scammed. The shipping is more than the cost of the product.

not returning calls after overcharging me

Advertized buy 1 get 1 free and only pay S&H. Was charged $20 ($10 each) AND they charged $31.80 for shipping which should have been only $15.90 ($7.95 x 2). Long wait on phone left 2 messages so far no return call. The website where order is placed does not allow you to view order, it goes directly into taking it out of the credit card. Will continue to call but feel this is a scam they are running.

want refund what they double charge

I order one easy view hd online just only $10 +P H and second one free + p h $ 7.95. then when I processes the order it ask me want to add other small one just for $5 +p h $ 7.95 and second one is free+ p h . I clip yes.after that it charge me 2 orders for $ 40 + p h $ 31.80 total $71.80 it was so crazy... that is why need to complain that seller liar...
