Booking this online itself was very simple and straight forward. However I had many issues
Checking in to my hotel once I arrived, I was kept for over half an hour. There apparently was an issue with my booking not being on the system even when I quoted my reference. I ever provided email confirmation but that wasn't enough, I then had to contact this company to get futher proof, it was such an inconvenience I also had problems checking out the following day! I'm not sure who's error this was but the service at my hotel was appalling!

Easytobook took money from my credit card without there ever being a real confirmation of a room. I had to threaten with reporting them for credit-card fraud to get my money back. I did eventually, but the money was only refunded after my foreign trip, and they still tried to delay refunding as long as possible, blaming my credit card bank for not letting them refund my money. I was out of pocket for my trip because I had to pay for another hotel room after the easytobook.com fiasco.
This booking company actually hijacked my usual booking site (booking.com), preventing me from selecting my preferred room showing a significantly 'cheaper' option at the easytobook link. The easytobook.com link blocked me from proceeding with booking.com. I have screen captures to prove it.

I can use 15 different lagnguage around the worl, the person
answeing the phone computer menu driven, far east india accent exceedingly difficult to understand. the people are far eastern other countries also difficult to understand.
refuse to making changes to reservation not asking for cancelation, but date change.
against their rules. gee ALL of the others are more than willing to do that simple thing if the hotel has availability. I looked within moments found several other places $20 cheaper than theirs. NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN, ANYONE BUT THEM

I booked 1 single night at Mantra Mooloolaba Beach on the Sunshine Coast in QLD through Easytobook as they had the best rate on hotelscombined. We were going to Mooloolaba for a dive experience that had a very early start. At the last minute the dive was cancelled due to weather (cyclone). I knew that I was outside of the cancellation period, but called them (in the netherlands) to see if there was anything that I could do. They said that if I got approval from the hotel I could change or cancel the booking (and therefore not forfeit the money I had already paid). I gained approval from the hotel to change the booking. However despite this, and several phonecalls to easytobook (in the netherlands) on the day of the booking, no change had been confirmed. Each call I spoke to a different person and had to explain the whole situation again (This was despite getting names and asking for particular people most of the time. I also tried asking for a supervisor - but none were available!) Finally, on my last call I was informed that the hotel was not available on the night that I requested and therefore I had forfeited my money (it was then too late for us to drive to Mooloolaba and save this situation). They said that they would try for another date, but when I followed up (again) at the end of the week, they then wanted written confirmation from the hotel. I have not heard from them since. The Mantra hotel Mooloolaba Beach were not particularly helpful in the situation either, clearly annoyed that I'd booked through a third party. It was a very unsatisfactory outcome! If they had simply said that their terms were not negotiable, we would have driven up the coast. I am very unhappy with the way that this was handled and will never use this service again.

I booked a hotel using this site, and they sent me a confirmation email to me.
However, I went to the hotel in the check in day just to find out that my reservation was not made. My money for the hotel disappeared for nothing. When I called the costumer service, they said to me to book a new hotel saying that they don't have any way to solve the situation. I had to pay more than a thousand dollars to get a new hotel since I wanted to check in that same day. I am totally at a lost why I have to pay extra money for something that is not my fault. Just give me back my money. Please. I lost 2 thousand dollars for nothing. So please take my advice and don't use this service. They are too unprofessional. I am going to hire a lawyer to have my money back. Really this company is disrespectful.

We were happy with the accommodation however when the agreed total amount appeared on the credit card it had increased by $10.27. Easytobook advised this was an overseas charge and only the bank could refund. As our booking was made from Tasmania for accommodation in Melbourne (purely domestic) and we were not informed of the charge this is totally wrong. Easytobook advised they send all payments to Amsterdam thus the charge. I really don't care where they choose to send the money but how can they justify charging me. Never again.

I booked a 2 persons dorm with private bathroom and other facilities at a backpacker in Sydney. However, they put me and my wife in a 8 persons dorm. I spent around 3 hours talking to the customer service on my arrival and their customer service just not helpful at all. The customer service asked me to pay for the upgrade myself to the room which means you have to pay extra for the mistakes they have made. My lawyer even sent an official complaint letter to them and they only willing to offer $60 to compensate me instead give me the full refund which is quite insulting. So think twice if you thinking about make a booking through with them!
Just awful! I booked a hotel room back in October in Central London, all good, payment was taken and booking confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel to check in they had no record of my booking. After ten minutes of them scouring their system I received an email saying that my booking was cancelled. Called EBT, absolutely no help!

Why are people using this site? They do not work with the places they advertise but rip information, sometimes incorrectly from '3rd party affliates'. Stick with the main players it is safer. There is a growing problem of these sorts of sites out there so buyer beware.

I booked for the first time with Easy to Book for the day prior to my first cruise. The room was reserved, but when I called the hotel none of my customer information was transmitted them! I had to revive information to the hotel. For example, address, phone number and credit card information. So believing I was set to go.....after my cruise returned to port, I discocers I was double barged for the same night, once by Easy to Book and once by The hotel. Since then, I have been on the phone 3 times trying to resolve the matter and had to even send my hotel receipt showing the bill was paid....I was even more upset the hotel charged my card a higher charge than Easy to Book charged. So today after speaking to Easy to Book, they canceled my reservation for August 7th which was set up over a month ago....eventually I will receive the lesser of the two refunds. In the mean time I have money for this double charge held up incurring interest on my credit card with little consolation!!!! They also did not attempt to resolve the matter with the hotel. Needless to say, I will never be using them again!!!

After trying to book a hotel through this website I received an email saying my card details were found invalid and that my booking wasn’t made. I decided not to try again as this seemed odd.
After 2 weeks I received another email saying my card details were found invalid. I thought that was weird since I haven’t re-entered them and emailed to say that I do not wish to have a booking with them and that if there is one for some reason, I want it to be cancelled.
After 2 months when it was time for my trip, I was charged a no-show fee from the hotel I was trying to book. When I called easytobook they said they can’t do anything about it (even though I emailed them to cancel any bookings I might have and even though they have used my card details without my authorisation when they found them valid).
This would have never happened if I booked through booking.com or expedia or airbnb. They don’t have better deals so there is no reason for anyone to risk it!

on 15/05/2015 I tried to book a hotel in Athens I chose easytobook.com (BIG MISTAKE) I chose an hotel and received email from easytobook that BOOKING IS PENDING within minutes I received another email BOOKING IS CANCELLED I immediately went on line to my bank and 389.86 euros had been taken by easytobook. I then telephoned the hotel direct and they had no knowledge of any contact with easytobook about my booking in fact they said that they were full on the days I wanted to stay. it is obvious that easytobook DO NOT CHECK THAT ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY
AS easytobook.com had my money I could not afford to book another hotel, After many emails and telephone calls to easytobook I got money back on 22/05/2015 They took 398.86 euros and I got 386.16 euros back leaving me with a week of stress and worry a huge telephone bill a ruined break I was looking forward to and getting back 3.7 euros less than they took from my bank, I will never use this company again and suggest that they check in future that rooms are available BEFORE taking money.

I booked a room at March 17 in the morning with easytobook.com and then, in the afternoon of the same day, I recived an email in which was said that prenotation was cancelled!!! In practice, I have received a confirmation e-mail for the booking in the morning and then aconfirmation e-mail for the cancellation in the afternoon.

was making the reservation through hotels.com, then got a prompt that a cheaper room was available and was redirected to easytobook.com, reserved the room, and was told there was an error and i would not be charged, twice. checked my email, no confirmation letters, tried calling customer service, number was disconnected. name is Roger Williams, my account was charged twice, so i currently have 3 reservations for the same room pending at the moment, very perturbed right now.
