My parcel is missing. Tried to contact customer service, no reply.

Is a horrible company with unreliable customer service.
I bought my product over a month ago, last week I dicede that was way to long for the delivery and send a e-mail asking where is the product or my refund send they the picture of they web site that state that the product have snot been delivery and instead of get in answer they asked me to review the product....
Today I new email send ... and let see what is going to happen.

I have not received my order nor a response from customer service. Their contact number doesn't even appear to work, I just get a message to say the line is busy each time and then the line goes dead. They use Hermes to deliver which is a lamentable service with no flexibility, and they did not make the 3rd attempt to deliver. I have no idea if I will get my order or a refund but I will not be using this company again.

I've been using Easyparapharmacie for 3 years now and have experienced no problems in delivery or products I have purchased: it has been a great find for my French Pharmacy habit!
Prices are excellent when compared to the UK, the product range is wider than I would be able to purchase in the UK, the product packaging and delivery are always prompt and in good order, and the samples and offer sizes are a nice touch.
On the one occasion there was an issue with a Nuxe Rose cleanser pump head missing from the bottle; I emailed customer service and was credited fidelity points to my account for the value of the item.
I do understand the concern about the lack of contact from customer service in response to my issue, but I did note the points were credited to my account very quickly despite not hearing back from them.
I have contacted the Easyparapharmacie team by telephone a few times; my calls were answered quickly and my questions addressed promptly and comprehensively. Do note that payment is taken in GBP rather than being charged EUR and then paying for UK bank EUR to GBP conversion charges.
Overall, I am a very happy repeat customer.

Just don't. If you can find products elsewhere then take my advice and do so. I don't think they're scammers, they're just not very good.
If you don't believe me just call the UK 'customer service' number they provide (0203 514 0226) and choose the option to get a progress update. That should tell you everything you'll need to know about what'll happen if things go wrong
I used them for the first time, no goods, not a lot of detail either. Apparently the items were lost between their local courier and Hermes. The tracking link they send gives a 404 error. Shocking.
So instead of refunding me immediately as most companies would, I was told it would be within 24 hours. Why? Luckily I paid through PayPal so if they don't refund me of their own volition, it's PayPal dispute time.
Save yourself the hassle. Find your goods elsewhere. :-(
UPDATE: I think I should say that it's a day later and they have refunded me the full amount. So as I said above, they're not bad, there are just elements of their operation that are a bit shaky. As much as I'm not a fan of Amazon, I went there to order the goods because I needed them in a hurry.

They sent completely the wrong product. Their customer service email bounced. Impossible to login to their website to complete the contact form unless you had registered for an account rather than guest checkout, so had to phone France for a correct email
They ignored the first email, then after several irrelevant replies in broken English they asked for a photo of the incorrect product. Then they asked for my order number (which I had already provided) so I provided that again. THEN THEY ASKED FOR THE PHOTOS AGAIN!!!
I submitted a Paypal claim and they ignored it until Paypal picked it up. TWO MONTHS later they're finally asking me to return the incorrect item but they don't want to pay return postage.

I didn't get the parcel. I live in flat, the postman (from hermes) came buzzed to front doors, I let him in from my apartment and he even didn't bother to go upstairs in third floor, he left a note in mailbox that I missed my parcel, other two times I was at work and my neighbors didn't take it. so he sent my parcel back.... i asked for return still didn't get answer.

It takes them a good couple of weeks to get back to you on reported issue with your order. I ordered a 150 ml size product and received a 100 ml bottle instead. Two weeks after I contacted the customer service about this I have received an email saying they would issue a refund.

After reading all these opinions I was very sceptical about this shop but because of the very good prices of the products, I decided to take a risk and I do not regret it. Fantastic service and fast delivery. I ordered 4 Bioderma products on 16 of November, received 23 of November in perfect, undamaged condition.
I highly recommend this seller!

Scum don't buy please read.

Pleae do not waste your hard earned cash it's a scum company,
They are using a website that looks like they are based on the UK but they're not .

This is the second order I have made from this company and like the first it arrived quickly and well packed. I received up to date information and a tracking number for the items from them. I did have a problem tracking the items via the courier as it only showed it was 'in transit' all the time. However the items arrived 7 days after ordering which I feel was well within the advertised time as it also included a 'Bank Holiday Monday'. Personally I can recommend this company as I have purchased 'original' products at a fraction of the price on offer elsewhere. They have been delivered promptly and well packed.

My wife ordered some items from this company, but there were several items missing.
We have contacted the company now twice, but just get a standard reply saying they will respond within 48 hours....they don't!!
There is also a phone number on the website, but that's discontinued so can't be contacted by phone either.
Don't trust this company with your money.

Made an order on June 30 th ! Received TODAY July 23rd !!! The package was stuck in customs, they asked me to send them invoice with order value because it was not indicated in the package. I ordered products for 80 EUR, paid delivery fee 15 EUR AND also paid 38.55 chf at the post today! NEVER HAVE I EVER GOT SUCH A SH**** DELIVERY. Customer service only apologised and apologised. I have super allergic skin and I needed the products much much sooner. When I made the order it was clearly written that delivery will be from 10-11th July. NEVER WILL ORDER HERE AGAIN. Will choose santediscount as before!

Items arrived on the day stated, products have long expiry date + at awesome price. The only reason I am giving 4 stars (not 5) is that at the end your purchase you are offered package insurance which is carried by different company (which I wasn’t aware of) - one click and all your details are shared with that company following an email stating that you’ve just signed a contract. I was a little bit worried that I was scammed but it was easy to cancel the contract with that company so not a big deal (my advice- just ignore that message and your details will be safe). One star less due to customer details sharing with 3rd parties (to easy pharmacies: you should state that the insurance is not offered by your company and provide full T&C before anyone will click YES). But otherwise I am pleased with my purcharse. Will definitely buy again due to very competitive prices

Good prices, good deals let down a little by email responses.
Have bought a few times in bulk, always find damage stock due to bad packaging. Needs to pack up with paper instead of leaving loose where things move about. To be fair I have not reported this to them.
Overall will still use them and still refer people to them.

Appalling customer service
I have never experienced anything that horrendous. i would never order from them again. First well behind of the promised delivery day, plus the first of two attempts to deliver my parcel was complete failure as i was not only waiting over the promise time but I find out my order is damage. After all this I thought, things happened let me give it another shot. Second attempt was worst the the first, as I received my order not only damage but a part of my orders was missing. Customer service team promised a refund of the missing item, plus 20% of the future purchase due to the damage. They promised refund will be made in few days and I will receive a conformation. However never happened.

Pleasant experience. Really fast shipping considering it was being shipped from France to the UK. I ordered on Monday, shipped on Wednesday and arrived early Friday morning. Really competitive prices which are affordable compared to in the UK. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

Poor service by these french guys. They claim to deliver packages to the UK in 3-5 days +- 2-3 days dispatching time. I am customer from the UK, made an order for £112.86 on the 28th March. When the order was placed the delivery date was the 6th April. On the 6th I was waiting for the entire day, the order did not arrive, it was then moved till 11th, again entire day waiting, the order did not arrive. Contacted seller, they told me to contact the shipping company myself, bearing in mind they did not even bother to provide me the name of the company when the order was placed, only the tracking number for an "unkown" delivery company. I tried to enter a tracking number and got this message: "Sorry, there are no records matching your details. Please check that you have entered the correct information or contact your retailer for assistance."
I strongly recommend to AVOID THESE GUYS.

I ordered wednesday night and the items arrived next monday (I'm from Portugal and outside of the big cities). The items were all well packaged ans protected and in excellent conditions.

Goods shipped via FEDEX arrived damaged/missing. Company would only send new items if I returned the damaged ones (on my expense/time) and only then, after receiving them, would send new ones.
Take forever to reply to any queries.
Would never shop with them again, the prices are good, but when there are problems, you are pretty much on your own.
