Very helpful and pleasant staff answered all my questions as I was somewhat anxious moving to electric bikes. Great bike that does exactly what I wanted as in a solution to the days that I am not up to conventional cycling but don't want to drive.

Recently had my bike serviced and the attention and customer care was great - if was were to add one comment it would be that I was a little disappointed that my light cable repair request was not finished off well - I’d assumed that the cable would be replaced and not just taped up. That’s it, all else ok.
