EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Received auto renewal and noticed it was waaay higher than years past and called EASYINSURE for an explanation. Michael called back two days later to tell me the auto and home discount wasn't applied to my quote and that he'd call me back by days end to get me a revised quote. Going on day five now without any callback/update on whether my policy has been revised to reflect the home and auto discount??? I've left messages for Michael for all five days that I haven't heard from him and still no reply and the policy will take effect in four days from now....

This experience with EASYINSURE is the WORST experience I've had with any brokerage company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME INQUIRING ON THEIR SERVICES. You'll be doing a LOT of following up because they'll leave you in the lurch. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Terrible company to deal with, they don't answer the phone and don't return calls. I tried to cancel my policy with them and now have creditors calling because they never processed the cancellation and the main insurance company they are brokering for can't cancel it without them. I have been with Easy Insure for three years and it gets worse every year - They are anything BUT easy...

Quick, thorough & totally professional - would be my way of describing the EasyInsure service. I signed up with them in 2009 and was immediately impressed with the two gentlemen - Leen & Dain Myers - who made the entire process of insuring my company and its services within a matter of a few minutes. I have dealt with other companies as well and appreciate EasyInsure all the more because of that. Highly recommended.

I recently had to look for an insurance carrier who could provide me with quick dental insurance where there would be no 3/6 month waiting period but rather instant coverage. After searching I came across EasyInsure. To my delight I signed up online after picking the dental & health plan that worked for me. It was the last week of June going into the long weekend and I was advised that the insurance contracts come into effect for the beginning of the month but I really needed to get insurance ASAP to deal with an ongoing problem with my tooth. I was put in touch with Laurie who heard my situation and helped to get everything done smoothly and quickly, in conjunction with a Green Shield Canada representative to make sure my insurance would be effective for July 1. I was very impressed by the speed, ease and attentiveness in dealing with my situation, and of course the awesome price. I would suggest EasyInsure to anyone seeking to obtain insurance for sure.

We called Jamie Such at EasyInsure as we got your number from a mechanic friend of ours. My son, Josh, was moving far from home to a new career and needed a used car and an insurance agent who would walk him through the steps and explain everything he needed to know. As a new "on his own" insured driver on his "own" car, he needed instruction and a great rate as a young man under 25yrs old. We met Jamie on the phone and she did everything and more than we thought we needed. It was a complicated process and many different things could be done to change our bottom line for my son's price. She explained all of them, with tons of patience, and with an earnest interest in helping us out....we wrote it all down, she went over the details several times so my son understood what type of policy he needed and what car was the best for him. We really liked Jamie because we could tell she cared even though she just met us. You know when someone has your back. Thank you Jamie once again!

Amazing customer service over the phone, I had signed up online and they called me the next day and wound up getting me cheap insurance with the company I originally wanted in 10 minutes.

Amazing! Kevin was so helpful and went out of his way to help me! Defiantly a valued employee, would recommend him to all my friends. Keep up the great job. As far as the process of getting insured is concerned, this is top drawer.
To be fair, I can't speak to what happens at claim time -- and knock on wood I won't have to.

I've sent my insurance cancellation in 3 times and my policy has yet to be cancelled. It was originally submitted on June 12/2017 and was sent in again on June 16th to a new agent and June 30th when the June insurance payment cleared my account. The insurance agent Michael said it would be cancelled and I would receive my last payment back in 4-5 business days. I assumed it would have been taken care of. A double insurance payment just came from my bank account on July 24th indicating that the policy hasn't been cancelled but has been renewed for another year. I've sent in another copy of my cancellation to Michael and requested that he calls me back. This is unacceptable!!!

Recieved a pleasant phone call to renew my policies before I had a chance to call.

EasyInsure.ca and everything was taken care of right then and there in a matter of minutes. No hassle. Just one less thing a small business owner has to worry about. Thanks!
