Bad after sales customer service:
I received a spray perfume 50% used (spray being full or half used can be easily detected by turning it upside down, beside the weight written on the bottle) and without any seal on it which gives the customer no guarantee, and they replied they would not make any commercial action for the loss of it although I'm 100% sure it's used and they are not at my home to be as sure as I am.
@ALL: Before you buy at this shop, be aware that they put dirty cheap sticks on all your products that are intentionally cheap to look dirty in case of removal, this way you offer gifts that look bad; and intentionally placed on the seals opening so that they don't receive back a product that is used... (yes of course they wouldn't like to be in the same situation as me); they obviously don't understand the importance for customers to have a seal but they do care of seals when it concerns them.
Anyway, bad customer service towards customers whose claims are legit.
@easyCosmetics: If you had nothing to hide and were professional, you wouldn't remove my account right after reading this post (for a product that only costed 17CHF, for an order of 374CHF).

Very bad service very late delivery i waited 10 days for my packet and then i had to go get it my self from DHL the most bad service i have ever seen, never buy something from that company ever again.
I think you did mix between customers. First of all my package was not at my nighbhoor but i went bring it my self from DHL and i wrote u no email and i have never been rude to someone i called one time and thee guy could not speak english he was saying one sentence ( please call DHL) and this is what i did. You should check well before you reply and attack people that make it even worse
