I've had the worst experience with easy comforts I didn't care for the customer service I had several complaints and they ignored every one of them I tried to cancel the account and it took 4 tries but I finally got the account canceled plus they didn't make it easy to make payments they only have a mail in payment option and not a online one they finally fixed the web site so you can use preferred credit worst company I've ever delth with ...

I ORDERED IN THE MIDDLE OF DEC,AS IT WAS A XMAS GIFT AND WAITED PATIENTLY FOR THE ORDER THAT NEVER CAME WELL IN JAN I CALLED TO SEE WHERE MY ORDER WAS AND WAS INFORMED IT WAS CANCELLED BY YOU PEOPLE I WAS VERY ANGRY AND UPSET AS YOUR PEOPLE GAVE ME ATTITUDE. REORDERED AGAIN BUT AGAIN GOT ATTITUDE AS I FELT I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN MORE THAN IM SORRY FOR SOMEONE AT YOUR COMPANY CANCELLING MY FIRST ORDER.I TOLD THE PERSON ON THE LINE IN THE FUTURE I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY.I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO LIVES HERE AND NO ONE HAD THE AUTHORITY TO CANCEL MY ORDER.TOLD THE PERSON I WAS SPEAKING TO THANKS FOR NOTHING .WITH THE ATTITUDE YOUR WORKERS HAVE I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU STAY IN BUISNESS

My order was to be shipping free but was charged anyway.order was ok otherwise

My honest opinion is the pillow you sent me was the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen and it just really ticked me off that I had to pay so much to have it shipped to me and then to return it I had to pay the shipping cost also! I about paid for the price of the pillow between the shipping going and coming and it was the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen! Unless you reimburse me my shipping rates I will not ever buy anything from this company again !

Product made for a tiny woman or child. not a man.

Package was not properly addressed. It had my email address, instead of my street address. The post office sent the package back to Easy Comfort once and would have sent it back a second time, had I not of called them looking for my package, I had called Easy Comfort to make sure they had my proper address. The second time it was sent out, it showed the barcode on the outside of package. My mailing address was folded under the barcode. I will never order from this company again!
