I ordered a transporter for my husband. It is his main source of transportation; in the house and to doctor appointments. He has had one before, but needed to be replaced. We received your catalog and saw just what we needed.

Package was not properly addressed. It had my email address, instead of my street address. The post office sent the package back to Easy Comfort once and would have sent it back a second time, had I not of called them looking for my package, I had called Easy Comfort to make sure they had my proper address. The second time it was sent out, it showed the barcode on the outside of package. My mailing address was folded under the barcode. I will never order from this company again!

At first, I was disappointed because I received a product that had nothing to do with my order. I call the company and they apologised and informed me that I would be getting what I had ordered quickly. I was also told to forget about sending the wrong item back. Just donate it. So I donated it to our local library auction which is tomorrow. I then got my order in 2 days. I'm now a happy camper. Thank you

I ordered a hearing amplifier, after a few days I checked the website and it said the amplifier would not be shipped until the middle of March. I needed it before that for a birthday present so I canceled the order online via customer service and then I went out and bought another one. On March 5th it showed up, even though the website said it would not be shipped for another week and a half, and even though I canceled it. I put it up without looking at it and took the one I bought back to Walmart. I gave it as a present that evening and when it was opened it was not at all like the picture or the description. I was not happy, and I still am not. I will make the payments on it but I will not order from Easy Comforts again.

I followed the sizing information shown on Easy Comforts website, but the items were much larger than the website stated. Having returned them for an exchange, I have heard nothing back from the company.

The slippers I ordered were very comfortable the first few days and then the left one started to have the liner start coming out the top. I have tried to get it back in but it just won't work. I would like a replacement!
