I used this site since many years ago.If you don't have any changes to your itinerary,it's ok.If there are changes,you will be in trouble.It's stated in the terms and conditions,bus tickets can be changed at least 24 hours before hand.I tried to change mine 7 days before trip and they refused..and that is after very hard to call the contact number(that nobody picks up) and Online chat(that replies you at their own sweet time).In the end,i had my ticket changed at the bus company without any hassles.Just book direct with the bus company.Same with KTM tickets..KTM told me don't book with them as they are not their agent ...so any change /refund will not be entertained.Just book direct with KTM.

Horrible service, we missed our last ferry to Tioman island even we booked our bus and jetty ticket together from "Easybook" website. Our pick-up point was so hard to find. The route time was promised for around 4,5-5,5 hour, so that's how we planned our booking with an extra 1 hour spare time. In reality it took more than 7 hours. There is no help, no one pick up the phone, no refund at all. We lost the price of the jetty ticket and one night of the hotel price. Easybook? I don't think so. Easy money for them.

Worst experience ever with your company! I bought online bus ticket at “Easybook” on 1 September 2019 for went back from Larkin to Bahau on 13th Sept at 9pm. I saw my bank account had deduct the money already. And every time, “Easybook” will sent email automatically to my email address.
Unfortunately, I’m can’t even track back my booking history to prove that I bought the ticket on 1st Sept! On that day, I don’t have the evidence to prove them my bus order number. Even I want to provide my name, ic or hp number, they don’t want to try to help, just said can’t or you go and buy new ticket and bla bla bla.
The women at counter ask me to try to call “Easybook” to ask. But at that time was 830pm already!! Called the hotline already, out of office hours, no one respond. Called the hp hotline number also no one to pick up!!
After I bought new bus ticket , the hp hotline respond to me and whatapps if have any problem!!
Cause me need to buy 1 more ticket! Unfortunately, the bus ticket to my hometown was sold out!
The most funny thing is I received the order number on 15th Sept and ask for review!
Not only that, 1 year ago, I bought 1 ticket from “Easybook” but “Easybook” charged me twice!
I very fed up and disappointed with your company “Easybook”, I won’t recommend to others anymore!

WORST SERVICE EVER! BOOKED A BUS TO GENTING ON 8/09/2019 6.30AM and the BUS did not show up till 9am and there were no enough seats for all passengers.sOME OF THE PASSEGNERS who boarded the 9am was left stranded at malaysia custom(NO COORDINATION). THOSE EMERGENCY contacts person were redundant.(not reachable) some had to cancelled their trip. ASKED for refund and no reply from them .

On 7 August 2019, i made a booking for 2 ferries tickets from Singapore to Bintan via through easy book.com.
I only released that I was charged twice for 2 separate booking reflected on my bank statement.
Immediately i contacted your customer service yesterday, 26 September 2019 telling me that there are no refund based on your company policy.
I wouldn’t have known until i checked my statement. It is not a small amount to pay a total of $430.00 for Ferry tickets. I could have taken a flight instead with it. Why would anyone purchased duplicate tickets for the same trip, aren’t there any notification in place to inform the consumers.
It was my first time booking and had this bad experience with Easy Book.com. This is a complete dissatisfaction and unacceptable response i would have expected from Easy book. I am requesting to speak to your Manager or Director for this matter. As a consumer, i believe i have my rights under Case trust - consumer’s act, Rights and protection for this instance.

We book a shuttle for Jakarta to Batukaras. Pick up schedule at 2pm. The driver delayed at 3pm. At 4pm he text maybe here in 1h b cause if traffic. It's a nightmare with my family sitting outside waiting for the ghost driver. I tried to reach easybook crew but they always said it's not there fault, no refund or whatever. Worst experience ever. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM

Failed to book train to JB.
But somehow I managed to book via official website on KTM and there are many seats left.
So the name is very ironic. Plenty of seats but Easybook could not get a seat. I read that Easybook may have been removed as the authorised dealer recently online. I’m not very sure if this is true but if so, then why do you still have that function of letting people book online?
Then, it says that it takes 4-5 weeks for refund if not using the Easybook wallet. That is the longest refund I have ever heard of. Emailing them doesn’t seem to help. Emailing the payment gateway personnel doesn’t help either.
In the first place there was plenty of seats. I wonder why Easybook booking even failed in the first place.

It’s only upon receiving the confirmation email then I was made known that I need to change bus at Malaysia CIQ. Email them and live chat with them to request for changing bus company but just simply told me after ticket is purchased there would be no changes or refund. They never provide full information yet consumer is being penalized for that. And simply went MIA after telling me no changes and no refund. A very horrendous company and I’ve experienced their terrible customer service too when I tried to purchase the train ticket previously. And to make things worse, the bus company billion stars that I booked has a very horrendous reputation too. The more I wished to change bus company. Who would wish to risk taking bus with a terrible bus operator that only has negative reviews? Anyway, I’ve made complaint to Ministry Of Transport. The authorities should shut down Easybook & Billion Stars Express bus to spare the rest from becoming a victim of these 2 horrendous companies! WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!

I'm booking 2 pax KTM ticket from KL sentral to sungai petani at 13/8/2019. I had received a email said that my booking was pending. After 3 hours waiting, i received a email that said my booking was failed and will be refund. I immediately call the service hotline and the service agent told me my route was full so my booking was failed. Excuse me, how dare u take customer money when u don't even confirm there are a place for u customer? That fine, i had went to KTM official website for confirmation, guess what, that are a lot more of places at my route! And for sure, i had make a successful booking through KTM official website. After that, i want to call back service hotline to make inquire, ya, i can't even contact any of the hotline? TBH, why did u guys put a contact number at there that can't even linked? Thus, why u guys could take customer money without make confirmation with KTM, and u guys need 1 week to 1 month time to make refund? TBH, this attitude was really HORRIBLE.

As I have selected the incorrect departure time, I wanted to reschedule my bus departure time. I tried calling Easybook customer service but nothing works. No one picks the call and I am left frustated. I also sent an email to request for change in time but I only get the automated email from the system. I am eagerly waiting for Easybook to call me on my registered mobile number and want them to change my departure time.
There is no dedicated customer care line which works on Saturday and Sunday as well. It is just written on the website that Easybook customer care works on weekend but that is a lie.
Bad customer experience.
Awaiting and looking forward to Easybook to take an action ASAP.

UPDATE: I have already sent emails to the address provided below by the company and had no reply. I tried again after they replied to this review and still nothing. My bus is meant to be in a few hours.
Booked a bus for the next day. They took payment from my bank account but didn’t send me an email confirmation or ticket.
Tried to contact them via email just to be told they will get back to me in 48hours (not exactly useful when my bus is in less than 24 hours). I then tried to contact via WhatsApp as they suggested for “emergencies” - no reply. I then contacted them through their messaging system, eventually I got a reply just telling me they “have no record of a booking under my email” strange as they took the payment, and I have received emails from them so they must have the correct address. They then asked for all my details so they can locate the booking, which I replied to and have not received anything back.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I am now stuck in limbo with NO idea if I have a bus booked, which completely jeopardises other travel plans which are already booked and payed for.
Do NOT use this site. I have been travelling around SE Asia for a few months and used many companies to book transport and this is by far the worst, and only one I have had issues with.

Good day! Ive been trying to reach out since last week to Lodge a complaint but no one is replying to my email.
I booked a DIRECT bus from kuala besut to singapore 2 weeks ago under the name Catherine Jugo. Whilst i had the best holiday, CTTS HOLIDAY BUS was a hell of disappointment.We were scheduled to depart from KUALA BESUT JETTY- SINGAPORE last March 27, We braved the storm from perhentians to get to the terminal on time only to know that CTTS has rerouted us from kuala besut-kl-singapore. our original route wouldve take us 11 hours and what we go through took us 17 hours. Ctts nor easybook DID NOT update us prior our trip to inform us! This almost caused me my JOB. We called ctts for a refund that day but they werent able to help us and told us to contact EASYBOOK. The most disappointing part is, we paid $140 dollars For The DIRECT TRIP but The trip only cost $60 dollar if we didnt book through you. We deserve compensation for this or a refund atleast the difference of what we’ve paid. I can show you all the photos of the tickets!

NEVER NEVER USE EASYBOOK!!
The worst experience that I ever had. When I showed my confirmation email to Perdana Express counter, the staff couldn’t find my name in the list and all the buses were full for the day itself. I used the live chat to contact easybook, after 45 minutes only they re-sent the details to me. The details showed that bus ticket is 1.30pm bus but the staff said this bus is morning bus. Luckily one of the passenger didn’t show up , the staff is very kind to inform me and I quickly purchased the ticket and get on the bus. Otherwise I might not be able to go home on that day. I emailed to request for refund but no reply at all. This is very unethical to do business and will NEVER use this Easybook anymore.
