If I could give zero stars I would. After weeks waiting for easybell customer service to resolve a new customer registration issue to no avail I was given conflicting explanations and excuses as to why the issue was not addressed. Ultimately it was made very clear to me that easybell did not want my custom. Honestly this level of "customer service" is unacceptable!

I had a terrible experience with Easybell.
Whenever Deutsche Telekom electrician would come to set up connection - he'd say it's all connected and the problem is in my flat. And whenever I'd call an electrician to fix things in my flat - he'd tell me it's all good and it's not connected by Deutsche Telekom. Easybell were not able to provide any support here. In the end, I gave up and bought LTE internet and canceled the contract.
But Easybell decided it will be fair to charge me 86 euros for their services.

Absolutely horrible experience, do not sign up to Easybell, they will rip you off!!! Their technician came to the wrong address after we explicitly communicated the correct address to Easybell’s Customer Support. Easybell are now charging us the costs of the Technician and delivery of the router. We’ve spent weeks trying to sort this with their customer support who have been no help at all and with every message we receive a new agent who communicates different excuses. I strongly advise you all to use another provider!

Fantastic provider. Very good and quick service. Set up our connection within and a half weeks, where the usual lead time to get a Telekom Technician is 3 weeks. Very transparent process, billing.. The only drawback, through no fault of their own, is the fact that here in bloody Berin we are limited to 16 Mbit on DSL. Other providers that do provide cable-like speed (PYUR), are so unreliable that it's best not to opt for them.

An internet connection that often doesn't work
Unfortunately our experiences with easybell are poor. The internet often doesn't work, the customer service is slow. Not really what you want from a provider. In addition, whenever there is a problem, you have to wait for a technician - who can only provide a time range of 5 hours - and the technician often doesn't come.

Reasonably priced and customer service was very good. When I called them I usually got ahold of someone in under 10 minutes. I unfortunately had to move but I was able to take care of my Kündigung very easily by e-mail. Thanks a lot!

Our internet broke a friday, and they told us a technician would arrive monday. we waited 3 hours for him, no one showed up. They booked a a new appointment wednesday, no one showed up, they booked a new appointment friday and yes you guessed it, no one showed up. As their technicians are through Telekom, they tell you that they can't do anything, but you can not call telekom because you are not a customer there.
This is the most kafkaesque bureaucratic bs I have ever experienced. Still have no internet.

Everything was fine up until malfunction i had recently, then real face shown up.
Via telephone they were quite rude and did not provided any explanation, secondly i had two meetings booked by them so technician can come and fix my connection, both meetings during worktime so 8 to 5 PM, i had to take day off.
For first time he simply did not show up, for second time they scheduled me visit for from 1 to 5 pm and technician shown up at 10AM.
When i asked on support line what is happening i simply got answer that it is not their business.
Outrageous, please avoid them, everything is fine up until first problems.

Kann ich sehr gut empfehlen. Die machen keine aktive Reklame und sparen dadurch Geld was sich in günstigen Preisen zeigt. Die Anschlüsse sind monatlich kündbar, ohne dass es dadurch teurer wird. Die Servicemitarbeiter antworten sehr schnell und sind netzintern sogar kostenlos erreichbar, aus fremden Netzen zum Preis einer normalen Festnetznummer.
Bin da seit ca. 2 Monaten und bisher sehr zufrieden. Auch das anfängliche Problem, wo der Telekom-Techniker sich einen Fehler erlaubt hat, haben die sich soweit angestrengt wie es denen möglich war, bis bei mir alles lief. Hinterher fragten die sogar noch mal nach. Kann ich von daher nur weiterempfehlen.
Einziger Nachteil: Ahnungslose kriegen hier gerne ne Fritzbox aufgeschwätzt bei der man den Namen mitbezahlen muss. Man muss die aber nicht nehmen. Ich habe statt 180 Euro für ne Fritzbox nur 30 Euro für nen gewöhnlichen Router genommen. Wer auch die Festnetznummer für denen nutzen will, braucht aber entweder ein VOIP-Telefon (gibt es bei Reichelt schon für ca. 70 Euro) oder einen Wandler auf 2x Analog welchen es bei Reichelt schon für ca. 50 Euro gibt. (Nach VOIP suchen) Also selbst bei Nutzung der Festnetznummer sind 2 getrennte Geräte billiger als ne Fritzbox.
