I don't typically leave reviews but the staff at the Alexandria location (Amir Taghi, Moustapha Bacha and, Kevin) were professional, friendly, courteous, accommodating and went above and beyond my expectations! I can't say enough about the staff and how at ease they made me feel about the buying process because they provided me with all of the necessary details. This was only my second car after my vehicle was totaled by a careless driver and I hope everyone can have the same experience I had at the Alexandria dealership! I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to visit the Alexandria location...you will not be disappointed! Thanks again, for everything, I am really enjoying my new used car!

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!!! I REPEAT! DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! PLEASE take your safety into consideration. I purchased a car through eastern motors last summer of 2018,the car is a Hyundai Elantra 2017. Maybe 5 months go by and literally a rod came THROUGH the hood of my vehicle. Yes! Something came through tbe hood of my car. My job only 3 miles from home I just did not understand what was going on, either way I took my car back asking them to address this crazy issue because I'm covered and they sent me to Hyundai dealership. Hyundai ran a carfax that stated my car was in a front end collision 8 months. Before purchasing it! The dealership tried to repair my vehicle to hide this and missed very important steps that honeslty could have caused me my life on the expressway. They refuse to fix it, though they have given me a clean carfax which was not an accurate carfax. Be WARNED. This is moving into legal matter.

My husband and I came in on the 9th of January and we worked with Tony Alexander. At first he seemed pretty decent but once we sat down to have our credit and everything ran it was a slow draining process from there on out. Tony went to have our credit ran and to find a bank for us to finance through. When he left to do that he stayed over there for an hour. My husband and I literally waited for a whole hour and not once did he come back over to check on us or to see if we needed anything. We were sitting right across from another salesperson who was more attentive to his customer. This other salesperson stayed with his customer and when he did have to walk away it was for short periods at a time. He also offered his customer something to eat and drink. By the time Tony came back he told us the banks were closed. Okay so it took you an hour to come back and tell us the banks were closed? Then he told us he would be off the next day but would still contact us after his manager found out how much a down payment would be. He also said when he found out that he would come in on his day off to meet with us and finish the deal. The next day came and he never called or texted us so we text him. He claimed his manager was off the day he said he was supposed to be in and we had to wait. The next day comes and all he asked us was do we have the 4000 down payment nothing else. In the beginning he asked how much we had to put down which we should have never told him cause after that that's the only thing he focused on. When he asked if we had the 4000 I responded by asking is that how much we need. He never even responded back hence why I'm writing this review. It was clear that he didn't want to help us and he had our credit ran way too many times without even letting us know anything. Due to the lack of his customer service we went somewhere else and purchased a great vehicle with a low down payment.

Mr James Smith and Mr Danny Nguyen were VERY Helpful. Mr James welcomes us with a smile. He walked us through every option and explained it in a way that Was very helpful. He not only spoke to us but he also gave us examples of everything he explained to us. He helped me understand the importance of having and building my credit score, why I should keep the Premier Tire and Wheel Protection and a HOST of other things.
Mr Danny was always very helpful. The combination of these two men put a smile on my mother and I’s faces. NOW I have a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra!

Our experience with Easterns started great. The salesmen was straightforward and friendly. They were able to get us qualified and in a late model vehicle. That’s where the greatness ended. We left with dealer tags due to an insufficiently explained issue with the MVA system. We called several times and went to the dealership on 3 separate attempts to get the tags with no success. Then we get a call saying the tags would be ready that day. My husband and I were working and would not be able to get there until the next day. We were pressured to get them that day because apparently the dealer tag was needed. Not only was that not our fault but we felt it was rude to rush us and try to inconvenience our schedule to get there when there was no sense of urgency when the tables were turned. Furthermore, we did not get a copy of our contract when we took the car home. We called and texted to advise when we would pick up the copy and we still waited an hour to get the copy...and that was only an hour because I requested a manager who was magically able to get the copy within 5 minutes, although he never bothered to speak with us or offer an apology. It should be noted that we signed two copies of everything the day of purchase so I don’t understand what the wait was for anyway. Bottom line...we went to Easterns because of the situation we were in and needing a car quickly, not having time to search around. I do not plan to purchase from them again in the future.

I bought my new car from Easterns in Baltimore on 12/29/18. From start to finish, I was VERY impressed. They got me what I wanted with no games like other dealers I went to. Darryl, Ali, and Justin made me feel so good about my car buying experience. I recommend them and their staff and they definitely have a customer for life!!!

We had a very good experience buying our car. Moe, our "point of contact" was excellent, because of him, we bought our car there. He did not show any pressure or sales tactics and made us feel comfortable and safe. He is a hidden gem in the car sales industry!!!

If you were going here to buy a car you better think twice and make sure you check your inspection for Maryland to make sure it's not 30 days old if they took more than 30 days old it is no good to you they are selling cars with bad tires bad rotors to not give you a key to the car I had to go out and buy four brand new tires and rotors and wipers and it says they pass inspection I took it to inspection station less than 30 days and it failed now I am in the process of filing a civil suit against them I would not advise you to buy a car from Eastern Motors they do not stand up to the word damn why I was sitting in there a lady came in with engine lights on she bought the car 10 days ago they test drove it and said yes the lights are on one there's nothing they could do about it it's not under their warranty and plus they do not give you a Maryland inspection sticker like they supposed to it went for Maryland inspection one month and said it passed then it went for Virginia inspection on a later date with less miles just watch yourself when you buy a car at Eastern Motors bad deal like I said I am in the process of filing civil suit against them

Today I walked into Easterns Motors in Temple Hills, MD with one expectation, to test drive a vehicle. I wasn’t prepared mentally to make a purchase but upon my arrival and the warm welcome I knew today was the day. Ali Sorouri, my sales person, was very honest from start to finish. He wanted to make me happy in my purchase and comfortable with any decisions I made. While I walked in with one vehicle in mind, he had me leave with a plan moving forward to come back and get the car I desire without placing myself in an uncomfortable financial position. It’s awesome to have a dealer who is looking out for your best interest and figure out how to keep a smile on your face. I am a car owner and didn’t have to compromise my set dollar amount in the process! Thanks Ali...I will certainly be back in two years to work with you on the next vehicle.

Going to this location was very convenient to where I live. Once I encounter the staff I had a good feeling of urgency and professionalism. Once I pay the money and signed all documents, it was all downhill from there. No one went over important information about the vehicles warrantee status, know one wanted to talk about the extra charges from car costing $19,000 & putting down $13,000 and me still owing 28,000. My car was not clean I had to pay to get it professionally clean and there is still an issue with the vehicle tire pressure not going above 30 PSI. From a money perspective I guess you guys are doing well from the customers perspective there’s a lot of room for growth.
