Names of unsatisfactory company servants will openly be used and published. Real residents' views - not the phoney ones - will be aired - some of what passes for 'senior management' (old ex-Tower Hamlets Council staff, in reality, nothing more) abuses residents' trust by the publication of false 'residents' opinions'. "An old-fashioned con but one that works to the management's advantage" - cit: an Eastend Homes employee. Real 'naughties' will be exposed.
