I placed an order for an $80 hoodie, and never received any type of confirmation, even though the payment went through. 24 hrs later, according to a support specialist, my order doesn't exist and I'll have to wait 4-7 for them to refund me. Don't buy from here.

Terrible. They say they'll get you the right size if they aren't right but nope. Says they are too worn. are you serious now I have a pair of 100 dollar shoes I can't wear. This is why companies like you will continue to get eaten up by competition. Never again.

Terrible terrible just bad!!! Don’t buy off Eastbay I ordered air force1’ 07 by end of August literally august 30th it’s been almost 2 months and I still haven’t received them but it’s okay I contacted my bank and showed proof and I got my money back don’t waste your time with Eastbay!!!

Awful experience with ordering, non-shipment of product, then lost shipment of product, and won’t refund unless I wait 14 business days which is 20 Calander days. It’s been almost a month. Further, customer service hung up on me three times when they couldn’t find an answer to my problem. They requested I call FedEx...FedEx indicated that they didn’t even receive the package and that I should contact Eastbay. And then the cycle begins. Will never order from Eastbay or any other their subsidiaries or parent companies ever again and I will let all my friends, co-workers and acquaintances know not to use them either.

I order 2 pairs of UGG Funkette on Sunday October 18 . Easybay said my shoes will arrive on the October 27th. I received my shoes in 3 days. I was very pleased with the quick service. My package arrived on the 21st of October. I will definitely order from this site again.

I’m seriously astonished with how bad customer service such a large and well known company like Eastbay has. I have now emailed them twice about an order I placed a couple weeks ago and got no response. After getting no response I reached out by phone and had a 30 minute conversation that literally led me nowhere with none of my questions answered about my order... Get it together Eastbay how is this bad of customer service even possible?

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Eastbay the size I got was the wrong size it should have been 10 1/2 I was told to send them back and they would send the right size I have been waiting and hadn’t receive my order so I had called and they had said that they would not honor their return policy I hate to say it because I love all people and to me it seemed like I was treated differently because of the Color of my skin which isn’t right please help and God bless I spent a nice amount of money buying from Eastbay which I also didn’t receive a shirt that I had brought also it hasn’t came yet The customer service are very rude they have me waiting so long on the phone to talk to a manager so long they were trying to get me to hang up had me waiting way over an hour plus I had talked to 4 different workers I would never Advise anyone to buy anything from Eastbay they do not treat their customers right I also I’m going to the better business Bureau about my problem

I ordered shoes that were supposed to be 25% off and ordered it. A week later a got a charge for the full price of the shoes. I called them and they said they never offered any recent deals and I ended up paying full price. I would've ordered somewhere else if I knew I had to pay full price.

I recently placed an order with Eastbay. They were very quick about charging my card and placing my purchase on their on line tracking system. That was July 10th which my status was shipped and in transit. Today is July 26 and my order status is the same. I tried to call all you get is a recording pretending like there are customers service reps present but dont there is. My next step will be filing theft charges with my State Attorney's Office.

I have ordered numerous items from East Bay and have always been satisfied.... The one and only time I had to ship something back was completely my fault as my phone changed the size.... even the I had a little trouble but customer service was great and emailed me a return label with no problem.... I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I order some shoes just got them today and they had been worn I know something was up when I open the box am so $#*!ing pissed the box looked old and when I open it the shoes were old the soles had stuff at the bottom of it and the thread coming apart I can't believe this $#*! and I been on hold for a hour and am still on hold right now as am typing this am so heated

Wish I could give this CRAP company negative stars and wish I had seen all these negative reviews BEFORE I placed my order. Cannot track online because it says I have no order history and I placed order over 3 weeks ago. When I try to track through the email confirmation, it says no tracking is available. I have now been on hold for over 55 minutes for Customer Service. I will never EVER do business with them again.

I had to worst experience. For EastBay to have been around for years, customer service department was horrible. Non responsive. Delayed resolution. I understand the impact of COVID, but their customer service was disappointing and frustrating. I had to go through my bank to get my funds by filing a dispute claim.

Bought an email online gift voucher that was not delivered. The person I gave the gift to, and I have spent over 5 hours collectively on hold trying to get through to a customer service representative. They have not responded to emails, social enquires.

Honestly at first i was scared do to bad reviews. Then it arrived. My size shoes i specifically ordered not used brand new jordans 6 rings.Thanks Eastbay. Altho it took almost 2 weeks to get i am satisfied. 4 out of 5 stars because i think tracking was not available never received a ship confirmation until i called service to check on status of shipment. Support took more than 40min to get thru but i guess i was lucky to get nice ppl like Mercedes and Chris went above and beyond. Thanks

I bought a pair of black / white / anthracite aj1 mid SE shoes. I put them on , the size was fine but the inside of the insole ( heel) was worn and they were completly uncomfortable. The shoes made me feel like I was walking on concrete. I'll never order from there again. I bought these shoes from eastbay.com

Where is my order? This simple company now working for Footlocker Inc. is telling me my order was delivered today. Okay, where is it? I called twice asking for a refund for shoes I never received and never received a tracking#. Now these thieves are telling me because the (1) pair of shoes that have been marked delivered as of today is the reason I have to wait an additional (21) days to investigate. Well, I'll tell you what, you lost a customer that foolishly bought thousands of dollars worth of shoes/year. Go look up customer #53310664. Between Footlocker Inc, their affiliates including Eastbay, I have bought way too much stuff. No mas, I will not be treated this way from a company that does not appreciate my business. I ordered the shoes back on June 4th, checked on the order twice and was convinced by Eastbay staff the shoes were not in the warehouse. The second time I ordered from Kid's Footlocker and the shoes never were sent out but I was charged. Eventually I got my money back based on me sending several emails because they aren't taking calls. After all that drama, another Eastbay associate encouraged me to go to a store and order directly from the store because it is a different inventory.so I recently did just that. So basically, I ordered the same shoe three times and waiting to see what happens. This is ridiculous, these stupid companies want to use COVID as a crutch and make the consumer pay for it. Stop doing business if you are going to do bad business.
