Having been refunded by Paypal after being scammed by Howigs, I started receiving emails from Easewigs - they are clearly linked. Atrocious criminals. Don't deal with at all costs. They will gaslight you and play endless email tag until you're at your wits' end. Phone paypal and argue your case. I don't know why you wouldn't be refunded. You can jump the queue of a dispute by phoning and speaking to an advisor. The wig is useless and not worth returning, so they can put it down to 'worthless item', refund you and tell you that you don't have to return it.

I too have been scammed by this company. I ordered two human hair wigs. When they came there was no paperwork in the box. The wigs are horrible - really bad quality. I took them to the hairdresser to see if they could be cut. She told me they couldn't but also that they were not human hair wigs. I have tried repeatedly to get a refund. They have offered to make new wigs if I send money and after a lot of toing and froing have offered £160 refund from £308 total which I have refused. I opened a claim through paypal but this has been refused too. I have been in touch with Citizens Advice bureau who have said I may be able to get my money back via the bank so I am now pursuing this. I have emails from the company to say they will offer a refund if not happy but then when you ask for a refund they refuse to have the wigs back - saying they are useless to them and that I should take them to the hairdresser or wash and style them. I took the wigs to a wig specialist and they have also said the wigs are not human hair but also that if I tried to style them with heat then the hair would melt as it is not real hair! I'm very upset that I have fallen for this scammer of a company. Whatever you do, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This dreadful company is now trading as wigsis.beware stay away from them.

DO not order anything from this company. I am all set to do a legal fight with them. They sent a totally different wig for my order and refuse to take it back. More over they are giving me options of buying another wig from them. Please do not get trapped

DO NOT buy from Easewigs.

I placed my order, In the belief it was a UK based company, I recieved a receipt of order and an estimated delivery date.

Delivery date passed and I didn't even have a confirmation of postage or an accurate delivery date. I emailed asking when I could expect to take delivery.

I had an email from Lena at Easewigs. She replied she would put a rush on my order it would take two weeks and then I should allow another 5 days for post. I replied asking where it was coming from and that I would actually like to cancel immediately.
Lena sent me another email, stating that cancellations are bad for business and could I "Do her a favour and just keep it" to which I declined and again reiterated my want to cancel, this went back and forth, I was offered, 10% discount, a second wig of my choice, and finally I was told a full refund couldn't be had as they had already started my wig, I pointed out that I had cancelled my order as she had said it hadn't even been started, the very next morning another email from Lena and surprise surprise my order was complete and ready for delivery.
I can supply screen shots if email correspondence with anyone who wishes to see that this is not a reputable company and should be avoided at all costs.

I decided to try this because it looked like the style I like. I also was interested in the features with lace front cap. I have found it to be amazing. It is light, comfortable and not irritating at all. The fibers are soft and seem more like real hair. The color was perfect. I took it to my hairdresser to trim the front and that is all that I needed to be done. I will definitely purchase this again and I am very glad that it was created.

Do not order anything from this company. Beware that the photos on their website are all fake representations. They do not sell the brands they are showing. They send a cheap counterfeit copy, bad quality and which does not resemble the style, or colour you have chosen at all. They show deceptive photos of Jon Renau wigs, of Raquel Welch wigs and other designer wigs but you will not receive the branded one you choose. They will send you their own knock off version, which looks nothing like the one you choose, in a generic box. They are not interested in any kind of refund. When I told them it wasn’t what I had ordered, they had the cheek to tell me to take it to the hairdressers to get it cut! They will refuse to refund you. Instead they proposed that they should keep my money and that i should send them yet another £60 and they would do me a new wig! They do not have any compassion or understanding that many people, including myself, buy wigs for medical reasons. That this is so distressing. They couldn’t give a damn. They just wanted to keep the money. Please do not buy from them. They are outright crooks. They do not have a return policy or address anywhere on their website or their packaging. The company is called Easewigs. After much digging I have found their address in case anyone else needs it. Room 521, Building no. 7, Zhongxingcheng, Beiyihuan Road, Yaohai Hefei District, Anhui Province,China, 230011. Their boss is called Mr.Zao. He needs to take some responsibility for all the money he is keeping from misled customers-many of which are ill and at a vulnerable time in their lives. Shame on you Mr. Zao.
