1 hour into e-rewards convinced me this is not an organization I want to spend time. I found their surveys to be a fishing pool. They get far more than they give. How trustworthy they are I can't say. For me their surveys are red flags and I asked for my membership to be cancelled. Whether or not they honor my requrst. I am done.

Horrible experience using this site.
The scam is simple. First, they compile a ton of personal information about you by asking a series of questions. You'll answer because you think you're earning reward dollars. It is only after you've answered very personal questions will they let you know that 1. You do not qualify
2. They've received submissions with a similar background to yours and you've been rejected.
This happens after they've compiled very personal information about you, your household and your buying/spending habits. I've worked on six different opportunities and was rejected by all of them. In total, hours worth of work have netted a total of $1.50 in rewards. Waste of time.

I get many requests from e-rewards to complete surveys, and have managed to participate in some over the past few years. Issues with e-rewards: constantly getting emails to complete a survey for, say, a home & family topic, only to run into the same health related survey I’ve either already completed or do not wish to participate in; poorly written or logically impossible questions on some surveys; not being able to choose survey topics of specific interest; and, redemption hurdles such as choices no longer available, or restrictions of use or frequency to redeem.

Class action lawsuit? Contact the Board of Directors of the company's owners? This is theft of services rendered and they must be held accountable. Any suggestions? We need to go after this company to recover what has been rightfully earned!

I've probably been filling out reviews for a number of years. Surveys have suddenly stopped this summer. No advisory. No complaint. No longer able to access my profile. Up to now it's been a mostly favorable experience. I have complained directly to e-rewards that pre-surveys (qualifying surveys) have become far too lengthy. Well, whatever the reason, surveys are no longer being offered. I can only guess from the number of recent complaints that e-rewards is trying to cull customers or has lost business in this survey industry.

Although this site is legit, it takes a long time to get enough money to actually get a reward and then you can only redeem a certain gift card once per quarter! They’re aren’t enough good gift cards for this to be a fair policy. However, worst of all is OFTEN you do a whole survey to then at the end be told that “the opportunity expired.” It’s a waste of 15-20 minutes when that happens. That’s 15-20 minutes I could use to clean, relax, play with my kids. I need extra money, but this just isn’t worth it. The last straw was when I completed an entire survey and on the very last question it said it was expired. I contacted e-rewards because I was pretty annoyed and their response was that my survey was “flagged for speeding.” Excuse me?! First, it was the end of the surgery! Second, I read and answered every question truthfully. Third, you get penalized for being speedy?! I always read the questions thoroughly and always see the “just checking if you’re paying attention” questions, so this is pure nonsense.

It was working fine for a while, but at some point I started to receive survey links in email which were leading nowhere.
Without any notification they suspended my account "after issues related to your account activity were identified".
Upon questioning this I got a reply: "Unfortunately, we cannot divulge any information. Our Accounts Department has made the final decision to permanently deactivate your account along with your point balance."
I reported them, but anyone who experiences the same should report them as well. Start with Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

E-rewards used to offer competitive rewards for the surveys. Over the last year they have reduced the rewards more and more by 25 points at a time, presumably hoping no-one would notice. Now some surveys take 45 minutes for a reward of 275 points, which equates to less than 1$
It's got to the point now where it's just not worth bothering with them anymore.

It appears that once you make the mistake of signing up with them it is impossible to unsubscribe and to stop the endless number of emails coming into my inbox. Even though they all now go into my junk mail the whole thing feels like a massive scam. At the very least it is an uncomfortable hard sell. I regret ever getting involved with them.

I am very surprised at all the negative reviews. I have been doing surveys @ e-rewards for roughly 6 years. Yes, now and then I have had a problem with a survey disconnecting for no apparent reason to me, and sometimes, I too think that the qualifying questions should not take 15+ minutes before they decide that one does not qualify. But overall, I have mostly very positive experiences with the surveys, the promised amount being credited in a timely manner, and personalized responses when I had a complaint. All in all, I am very pleased with this site. Hope, it stays that way.

Easy to use, but a lot of my rewards are in $.25 increments. I've answered reviews many times, and it's added up quickly. Unfortunately, the selection of rewards are not that great. But I do use the Macy's and Starbuck's rewards.

I love e-Rewards! I have not had one bad experience with them. I just never have enough time for all the survey's now, but when I do, the GameStop gift cards are what I redeem!!

There are often issues with this site, either not receiving rewards or being credited very late. Took part in research through a third party who was paying out around $140 in vouchers / bank transfer to those who went directly through them but having gone through e-rewards they only provided me points which equaled to less than $40 and later claimed that that’s how their reward system works, like oh okay no worries, keep the other $100 that the company promised me even though I’m the one who took part in the research,outside of your platform (via telephone conference).
Their support advisors take long time to respond to you and often expect you have noted down all the survey details should any issue occur- no other reward site does this with me.
As for their rewards? Beyond appaling. They actually have majority of useless rewards such as airline miles. They’ve now ran out of amazon vouchers too, I don’t expect these to ever come back same as the Boots vouchers that were just removed from the site without informing anyone that they wouldn’t come back. Very limited reward system. Requires huge improvements.

I enjoy the rewards, but it seems that 80% of the surveys are no longer accepting responses by the time I click the link in the email that was sent to me. Sometimes within 10 minutes! I end up taking a mini survey to "find another survey" most of the time.
