I ordered a coat on a Friday, and was told it could take 3-4 days to arrive. Due to the weekend, I expected it to be delivered by the following Friday. It arrived the Monday after I ordered it! Very impressed! At last a company that can and do deliver quickly!

I ordered a pair of Merrell shoes in my normal size but when they were delivered they were too small. On reading the small print for the return of the goods I found that Merrell shoes come up short and the next size should be ordered. If a box had flagged up when I placed my order with that information I would have ordered the correct size and not had to return for exchange nor the cost of the return

After searching the web to find the cheapest place to buy what i wanted i ordered from White & Bishop and was more than pleasantly surprised when the order arrived a couple of days later, well before the scheduled delivery date. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them.

I'd been looking for an outdoor jacket for a while but couldn't find one which I liked and which seemed good value. The wide range on offer from e-outdoor was exceptional (and much better than I'd seen elsewhere) - as were the prices. There was no delivery charge and the item arrived extremely quickly - and was well packaged. I'm very happy with my purchase and would use this company again - highly recommended!

After seeing the look of disappointment on my other halves face when he opened his Christmas presents and realised all the bits & pieces on his wish list had been missed off, I ordered the 'Salomon Cosmic 4D GTX Mens Boots' he had emailed me details on the week before Christmas. They arrived quickly have not been off his feet, accompanied by a beaming grin which has not yet faded!

I cannot praise too highly the professional attitude of E-Outdoor from initial order to delivery.The customer receives E Mail advice at the various stages of the transaction even to the precise time the delivery driver will call.
Orders made in a morning are received the following day.
