I ordered an item for christmas on NOVEMBER 23, 2019. The trancking provided on November 25, 2019 stated that canada post received electronic information that a package will be submitted, but the package was never submitted to them. They have charged me for this item and I still have yet to receive it. I opened a ticket on December 6, 2019 and STILL have not received a response or resolution to my problem. I would think twice before shopping online with Dynamite because if you don't receive something, you will probably never see your item or your money! I called several times and was placed on hold only to be told, "they are investigating". A simple solution of resending the item or refunding me would be fine and they can investigate on their own. The customer should come first, especially someone who has spend thousands of dollars at their store.
