This appalling list would become too lengthy if I were to outline everything that's wrong with DSHOP.
First Item arrived cracked and broken. This was purchased in April. 2nd item arrived scratched and damaged and I was missing 2 items. I called and was promised they would be refunded immediately and I said cancel the missing items that never turned up and refund immediately. A week later, the 2 items arrived. I opened up a box and it too was chipped scratched and damaged. Despite 50+ attempts to get the company to do what is legally required, I'm still being forced to continually email, call and write via the online chat But to no avail.
A different person, supposedly senior named Rachelle wrote to me asking for video footage. Are you serious?????? I sent multiple photos and repeatedly. It seems what they do is LIE and try to make it impossible to obtain a refund for damaged goods, which is against Australian Consuner law.
Prior to writing this, I threatened to write exactly what has transpired everywhere online, so that you don't waste your time and money. It's simply not worth it!
This pathetic excuse of a retailer should go bankrupt and my only desire is to obtain a refund and have them collect all this garbage, as my small apartment is not a storage facility. I've attempted to resolve this since April.
DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! Please remember your consumer dollar is worth something and irrespective of the apparent great pricing, nothing is worth this nightmare.
I urge you to share your horror stories, so we can eliminate this disgraceful online retailer. Taking the time to write such reviews will signal to Google that this is NOT a trusted company and then their rankings will fall, as they should!

I ordered a corner desk for my home office.
Paid extra for a courier delivery.
The goods arrived with a huge tear in the box....I took a photo before opening.
I opened the box and looked at a couple of components which were damaged.
I took photos of these.
I called DSshop immediately to report the issue.
In short they have not taken any responsibility or offered to exchange the goods after numerous emails and phone calls.
I have pursued the matter through PayPal to get a refund.
GIVE THIS BUSINESS A MISS
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT!!

They don't deserve any star. Not Australian owned company and has no minimal respect to Australian consumer law and legislation. Cheap material. No consistency, fraudulent. Reported to Queensland Fair Trading and ACCC attention will be drawn. Condidering referring matters to Queensland civil and administrative tribunal.

Bought digital piano that arrived defective: keys play wrong notes. Lodged the complaint the same day. After three weeks of follow-ups got proposed a $20 gift voucher instead of replacement or refund. D shop does not follow their own product return policy and Australian Consumer Law. DO not waste your precious time on it.

Warning- they are SCAMMERS, Never buy anything from them !!! They have wrong measurements on their website and i am trying to return an item for the last 28 days. Their 24/7 team can only talk to you and escalate to a 'L2', nothing more than that !!. My issue was escalated to L2 for atleast 4 times and they leave you to struggle with "L1" for ever, every call / email has a 24 hours waiting time. In short nothing gets sorted out. Basically their "L2" and management is somewhere overseas so they really dont care. They have more pathetic customer service (or no customer service at all) and you are at their mercy All the products are from china. Not worth the time and money.

If I could give ZERO STARS as my official review for this business, I would have done so. I would be VERY CAREFUL of buying any of their products - they are scammers who will take your money and not give it back.
Essentially, I bought a cabinet from them, they sent me the wrong product, and after I asked for a full refund + postage cost (my money, nothing extra) they offered me only a partial $50, then a $80 refund. Did I mention that I spent over $180 they were happy to keep for themselves, and essentially leave me with the wrong cabinet and out of pocket for $180??? I didn't want to keep their cabinet but wanted to return it immediately - it was in pristine condition but simply a wrong product. And naturally I wanted my money back - WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE?
Long story short, Consumer and Business Services are now working with me to solve their breach of MY CONSUMER RIGHTS. If you want to WASTE your hard earned money then please buy their products, but if you are smart LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES and never shop there! And not just my mistakes, have a look at what other customers have written and warned potential customers about.

Hi, here one star is compulsory so giving one star otherwise DSHOP is not value/status for these one star too. They are cheating with customer by sending late and not respond properly with customer product information. Worst website to buy anything. If you visit these website then you will loose your money, time and product.

Not a good product, cheaply made, we were missing a piece and instructions are the biggest joke..Incomprehensible. wasted my money and time buying this. Getting a response re replacing the part missing has been a nightmare... received replies from 4 different people by email asking for more info..contacted them about missing pieces and they wanted to send pictures which I did twice... they just go around in circles all day long... the poor girls who answer the phones must be so sick of copping abuse - all I wanted was to speak directly to someone who could make a decision.. no chance. Not.happy would not ever purchase from here again

I bough a shoe cabinet and when I received it, the packaging was horrendous, the quality was absolutely shocking, it looked like it was secondhand with sticky tape all over it, there were dents all over it and had a disgusting stench! Requesting for a refund is super challenging because they don't even have a proper business number. Contact ACCC to get this company of the market and into administration! The more formal complaints there are about this company the better!

Absolute worst experience buying online. Ordered a large table which arrived with the incorrect parts AND covered in dirt and filth. Been trying to contact D-Shop almost 3 weeks. After an initial reply asking for more details, they are now completely ignoring me. Incomplete and dirty table parts are still just sitting in my hallway..

Ordered a product, was delivered missing 7 major parts. Asked them to send missing parts and was advised they would but never received them. Went through paypal and they are staying I can have a refund but I need to pay to return the product. I will never deal with this company again and at the moment I am not impressed with Paypal.

Like many others I received a sub standard product and contacted them for a refund. They accepted the item back and said they would refund. After nearly 2 months of emails , no response from them. If i took an item and did not pay it would be classed as stealing. Why can they get away with it ? How do we get the site shut down as it appears to be happenig to a lot of people

Ignoring my emails and have RMA number too-have done every correctly for the refund of item worth $150.00!!!!
They have signed for the return parcel too!
Have started Paypal dispute.
They hide behind emails and live chat saying they will contact but its Bull Dust!!!
Recommend everyone to pay by Paypal only-otherwise you have no chance of getting any refund at all!!!

We ordered a desk for my daughter for Christmas, what came was a box of $#*!ty wood that would not get screwed together that was so flimsy and nasty. The instructions were only in Chinese and the quality was appalling!!
It was really disappointing for my daughter to wake up on Christmas with out her main present!
Emailed and asked for a full refund and now reading the comments looks like I've just thrown my money down the drain.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Wish I read the reviews before I made this mistake!

Prices look cheap and I bought 3 desks for the kids but they were all total junk made from lowest quality fibre board, poorly finished, unstable with really low quality metal frames and all 3 arrived with scratches and chips. Trying to get it resolved with their customer service people was a nightmare I was offered a derisory refund of $20 to keep them as they were (they were all damaged) or I could try and work out from the incomprehensible instructions that were in Chinese exactly which bits were damaged and they would send me new bits! I went back and forth for week trying to arrange to get them sent back and get a refund and got nowhere. They made it so hard in the end I threw all three of them away as trying to put them together was a nightmare and caused even more damage they were so flimsy - Never again

Do not buy from dshop, their products and customer service are next level terrible.
I ordered two desks that arrived in okay condition, came with an absolute $#*! instruction manual all in Chinese and the desks were the wrong colour so paid to send them back for a refund.
They were super quick to reply to my initial enquiries but soon as the product was returned and I enquired about my refund, nothing absolute radio silence.
It's absolutely ridiculous, this company offers products with extreme discounts which just draw people in only to scam them out of their money and provide them with a $#*!test of $#*! products.
I opened countless support tickets only for no one to reply to me and they close them all off before I get any answer. It's ridiculous.
I wish I had read more of these reviews before purchasing, the amount of people waiting for refunds is unbelievable.
I contacted paypal to organise my refund and dshop didn't even respond to the dispute. They know what they are doing. Save yourself the trouble and fork out a little extra and buy your stuff from a reputable store.

Yet another case of being sent a product that is incomplete. After being told that the missing objects would be couriered to me forth with, they didn't arrive. So, I contacted them again, to be told that the warehouse was out of those parts and that I could purchase them from Bunnings. As if this was a satisfactory alternative. It wasn't and isn't.
I suspect that they are sending out the umbrellas with the knowledge that the sets are incomplete. Also knowing, of course, that the refund process is going to be a real inconvenience. After all, they already have your money and can take as long as they like to refund ( if at all).
I won't be subjecting myself to this company again. After reading similar stories of woe, I suggest you don't either!

I bought a shoebox from them for $170 it came with some scratch and missing or damaged hinges. When contacted them they said they settle for $50 refund but I asked for more and after that the didn't respond to my emails. I wanted the new parts sent to me but they said is going to cost them a lot and $50 for this piece of sh.. was not enough. Never again ....

Ordered a walker for handicapped wife. Arrived fairly quickly, but only 3 wheels touched the ground at once, as one of the legs was badly bent inwards. Very helpful when notifies of problem. Sent return label for unit to be returned, and offered a new unit as replacement. After we advised them that the carrier had picked it up, no more contact, or response to our messages. Requested a refund. Ignored! No walker, and no refund, and the only response was inviting us to comment on their service.
