Paid for my order including extra for next day delivery. They sent out someone else's order, including the other person's invoice, to my address. With lockdown no one is available by phone so had to try using email, WhatsApp, FB messenger, I even resorted to posting on their FB page!!! It took days for anyone to get back to me. When they did, I was told I needed to go out of my way to send the incorrect stuff back before they would even consider sending out the items I had bought and paid for! It was their error!!! My order should have been sent out straight away given it was their screw up but as this was a Monday and I needed the goods for the next day I had no choice. I left work, sent the stuff back and forwarded on the receipt as instructed.............. I still don't have my order!!!! I paid for next day delivery as I needed the goods for my Sons birthday a few days afterwards so I am absolutely livid. If I didn't need it within a specified timeframe I wouldn't be so annoyed but they need to do something about their "service" because it's an absolute joke. Emily disappeared from the email chain, Terry, Mel and Usmann disappeared from the Whatsapp conversation and Natalie and Amy went AWOL from FB messages. It's not like they weren't given the chance to sort it. It's now 6 days after my order and I still don't know what the h*ll is happening

Ordered a product, after waiting a week for delivery I decided to call customer services. Turns out they cancelled my order without informing me by either email, text or phone. if I had not called up I would still be waiting. Awful customer service and just making up excuses. First time using them, and I will never use again

I ordered a jumper as a Christmas gift last week, I paid extra for next day delivery, and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within 24 hours. Unfortunately it was not what I ordered, I called and was told they couldn't send my order until I had returned the wrong jumper. I sent it back and followed the instructions but have not received any information and my order didn't arrive for Christmas. 7 days later and I have no idea if they received the parcel I sent or when my order is coming.

Two weeks before Christmas I ordered a coat as a present at nearly £100. I recieved no confirmation or order number and paid through paypal.
A few days before christmas, Paypal email saying they are processing a refund which I wont get until the 31st. I had no other contact from drone as to why the order was being refunded.
Since the money wont be coming into my account before christmas I am really struggling to be able to afford another gift as the money was set aside for the coat.
We have tried contacting through email, facebook, twitter and phoned numerous times but I can't seem to be getting through.
Do not trust this company! The way I have been treated is as if it is a scam website.

Not even worth your time ordering from this disgusting company! The customer service is absolutely shocking, takes days for an email back if your lucky! No email to say it was dispatched or anything. 10 days later I rang to see where my delivery was after trying to phone numerous of times! For them to say it had been delivered to the WRONG address what was a fault on their behalf. My order details stated that my address was right. No sympathy that I had ordered £100+ worth of things for it to be delivered elsewhere and signed for! For them to tell me there was nothing they could do about it! SHOCKING company if anything save your time, money & energy and do NOT order from this company. Disgusting

Unfortunately I only saw the negative reviews of this company after i bought 2 jumpers on sale. No confirmation email to say they have been dispatched and they have not arrived within the delivery time frame. Tried to ring customer service to see where the order is and it either rings out or is cut off after one ring. Don't buy from this company, just get what you want from somewhere else. Dealing with these people isnt worth the hassle.

Do not use this website, it’s a scam. I ordered a jumper as an Xmas present on the 4th December and it has not arrived. Sent two emails to Drome customer services and no response even though they said they would reply within 24hrs, called customer services on the 13th who said it was delivered however I did not receive any emails stating the item was dispatched, or receive any emails from the delivery company like Hermes like I normally would. They said they would reorder another jumper, and I would receive a confirmation email within 24hrs, not sure why it would take 24 hrs for an email, but still not email, two days later. I have tried calling them and no answer. Avoid this company, I have just lost money and wish I had read the other terrible reviews before ordering from this website.

Advised by DPD order delayed from drome. Spoke to drome a few days later as no update from them spoke to someone who had no Idea what they where doing told to phone back in 1 week. Phoned back later that day seemed to speak to someone who new what they where doing advised they where out of stock but could manually order from their parent company foot asylum as they had stock and would deliver. After a few days with no further contact got email from PayPal saying they had cancelled order and returned money. Wasted a week of my time with poor communication.

I bought a pair of Adidas EQTs for £55 a few days later had a text saying "your orders been delivered we hope you enjoy your footasylum order" so I checked tracking info to read "Delivered, signed by customer at 08:09am"
No calling card, not at a neighbours or in my wheelie bin so I email customer services and no reply, so yeah, been ripped off and appears I can't do anything about it.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM DROME, IT REALLY ISN'T WORTH FEELING SO HELPLESS AND USED!!

Ordered some dsquared shorts from this site which were half price, normally I would think this is to good to be true but I knew drome had high street stores and owned by foot asylum so placed my order.
I received no confirmation email and after 3 days called there customer care line and it just rang out. The day after I managed to get through.
The rude lady was unhelpful and advised me when they went to pick my order the stock was not there. I can see this has happened numerous times already by some reviews.
She advised they had sent me an email but I hadn’t received anything. I said can you confirm my email and for data protection reasons she couldn’t, but if I told her my email she would confirm it. She confirmed my money had been refunded, after checking my bank it had been not.
After speaking to nationwide fraud department they advised me to contact footasylum who took my payment. They were slightly better but advised me no refund had been processed from there end.
I am still waiting for a refund.
Terrible company AVOID!!
I fully believe this is fraud and they are holding people’s money to assist with cash flow.

As per previous customers advertised item in stock and doesn't arrive only to be told it's now out of stock... and you then have to chase them for a refund...
It's a shame that Visa and MasterCard do not black list them.

Ordered trainers Thursday evening (before 9pm cut off), paid for next day delivery because they’re a Christmas present. Didn’t get an email to say they’ve been sent. Emailed customer service Friday evening, still waiting for a response. Saturday has been and gone, no trainers and no reply.
Disgusting. Will not buy from this store again.

Ordered 3 pairs of trainers, a few days later I received an email saying one of my items wasn’t in stock (didn’t say which so Ihad to wait for delivery and no apology other 2 came, one trainer was completely off colour on one side.. the order note was stamped by quality control who clearly didn’t check them properly. Had to send them back so only had 1 pair out of the 3 I ordered. Got an email today saying my refund has been processed, again no apology. On their eBay account they had the first pair in stock after this mistake so ordered them on there. They came and are also off coloured and uneven panels. Asked to exchange them for the remaining pair left they have left in stock and was only offered a £10 refund. That pair was for a birthday which I’ve now missed and have to give them an off coloured trainer in a battered box... definitely haven’t received the service I was expecting
