Worst service I have ever experienced, pay extra for weekend delivery. First Saturday delayed, then sunday never arrived.. no accountability what so ever. Blaming a machine!!! Are they real??? Absolute f#$%ing joke. How have they not been shut down yet ?? Do not ever use this delivery service.

Worst service I have ever had with a delivery service. The Hut group/Look fantastic uses them and fails to keep you updated. On the tracking link I am told that the parcel will be delivered TODAY nut no delivery. Fail to give me information about the local courier (in Singapore) ad so I have to liaise with someone in their UK office, who has no clue who the local courier is and just gives me banal, stalling replies to my queries. They fail to reply to concrete questions and just spout generalities - am wondering whether they are bots rather than humans who reply to their chatline, even though they do provide names like Zoe, Joe etc. But then again maybe they are personalised bots. Never buy from a company that uses DPD as their agent.

They misdelivered a £300.00 camera. The delivery driver was off duty & uncontactable. All they could tell me was that it was somewhere in the village I live in and I should go knocking on doors until I find it.
It had been misdelivered 15 doors from me, it eventually turned up as the resident at that address is a confused old dear but if it had been misdelivered to a thief I would never have see it again.
Interlink had absolutely no interest in sorting this out and pretty much ignored all contact once they'd told me "Your problem, sort it yourself."
Total shower, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

A rude woman from the customer support "service" hung up on me after she would not help my Chinese friend who had attempted to resolve her problem multiple times despite struggling because English is not her first language. Naturally my friend felt somewhat upset. Despite trying to work/ reason with her to find a solution she still refused to help.
Eventually the issue was solved by another member of customer support after calling again, this was actually painless and stress free. Overall, would not recommend this service.

I always buy Cat litter from Pets at Home to deliver to my flat. The pet shop uses DPD for home delivery. Cat litter is heavy and thats my reason to deliver it. One of the drivers always carried them up stair case as we don't have a lift to 2nd floor. But these days John does not drive this area and other drivers always skip my house as they don't want to carry them up. I had to cancel my order as they drove the goods back to Pets at home without knocking on my door. I waited the delivery all day in my house and nothing happened. I reordered them and the driver turns up and said I needed to come down the staircase as they have right not to carry heavy stuff on stair case . I am a woman in mid 50' and very thin, the driver is a black guy in his 30'. I refused to sign and he drove off. I looked at their web site to contact to complain but they don't have anywhere we can contact and complain. they don't show email address, telephone number. I would not use DPD any more and they will lose their job, and the company will close down anyway with that kind of level of services. My house is post code SE16, London and the delivery happened today 3rd January 2019 late night. The driver even did not text me for 1 hour delivery slot with him name. I understand that he did not want to reveal his name of course !!!

After several weeks the local publican has just delivered my parcel - NOT DPD who seem to be unable to tell the difference between a pub (hint - big sign board outside???) and a private address - both are clearly named and 100 yards apart. The company I ordered the item from will not be using them again for this delivery and I certainly shall not use them for anything I send from my business.

Bad experience working for them, clearly Owner from Kent do not understand there is no free work worked only one week and they try to say the first week is not paid if you do not continue working for them. Luckily there is ACAS, not paying overtime - expecting from employee to do it anyway. To many parcels for a driver that's why you can see they drivers speeding so much. Not Recommending at all.
Now they DPD LOCAL

I am still waiting for someone to call me back on the non delivery on my parcel despite customer services say that they answer within 24 hours and despite sending two emails to DPD UK Custoner Services and their response that someone would contact me. I will leave 1 star feedback daily until someone from customer services actually does what they say they are going to do.

Last year had a parcel on the way from these people, after several days I contacted them, they told me they had tried to deliver, we were at home all day and there was nothing in the letter box
to say they had been, so they then said they would deliver ASAP, two weeks passed, on my next call to them they said if you need it you can call at our depot for it which was over 30miles away, so asked if they were open Saturday, yes see you tomorrow, on arrival at depot, said we had called for parcel, they told us we could not have it as it was on one of their vans, as they were moving to a new depot, and told us you will have to go to the new depot Monday, we said no you will have to deliver, we will leave it at your local post office where you can collect, OK, we agreed, Monday a knock on the door, it was the parcel, after almost three weeks.
Now up to date, my second parcel is in the process of delivery, have only waited, 17 days to date, firstly they said your parcel is being delivered tomorrow, no parcel, why, they said the address was not valid, I said check with the post office as they deliver lots of mail to it, they then said you will have it tomorrow, after three more new delivery dates it still has not turned up, was promised about 5 days from supplier, still waiting. IF DPD DELIVERED PARCELS THEY'D PROBABLY BE THE BEST PARCEL SERVICE IN THE WORLD

Completely useless. Parcel never arrived - sat in an undisclosed depot 30 miles from my home in Bulgaria for 10 days while I tried numerous times through email to get my delivery. All my emails either fobbed off or ignored. Eventually they sent the parcel back to the UK having made no effort to deliver it or contact me. Terrible, insincere customer service and appalling organisation. Retailer has re-sent via FEDEX which already seems more promising - their tracking system seems vastly superior and more end-user focused. Never will use DPD again

This review is about DPD. I live in an isolated rural location and rely heavily upon delivery companies to deliver when they say they will. For many years we suffered from various companies failing to deliver and backing up their excuses with blatant lies.
For the last three or four years whenever DPD have been the nominated courier I have been able to relax, confident that they will deliver that day; I use an E mail system that gives me an hour delivery slot and the driver (Michael) is at the door within that time.

My experience of this company replicates what others have already expressed. I paid for next day delivery for two phones from Curry's via the City of London depot.
Almost one hour into the alloted delivery slot, I received an email saying that the driver has attempted delivery, but there was no one home and left a calling card. My daughter and I have been in all morning awaiting delivery and no one rang the bell or left a calling card. There is also a a VERY dark photgraph of a street, which may or may not be ours. Whether it is or not, the driver is clearly lying.
Initially, I was worried the driver may have attempted to deliver to the wrong address and that someone else may use the calling card to get hold of the phones e.g request they are left at the depot or a shop to collect, until I saw the reviews on here and realised this appears to be their standard practice. Does anyone know if the drivers earn extra money for aborted deliveries?
As I was worried about the security of the phones, particularly as I was told that a calling card had been placed into my letter box, which means anyone could track/or ask for the package to be re-delivered, I decided to find the phone number and call them, only to find this was an automated service. I have sent them two emails, but wonder whether I will even receive a response.
The question is whether I can expect a delivery tomorrow or whether I will be just one of many people on here, who continue to not receive their delivery.
I am shocked by what I have read on this site, as there is undoubtedly a pattern of lying and failures to deliver, but the company appear to continue unabated, even though reputable companies are losing business because of them. I will be raising my concerns with Currys and will refer them to this site.
I will be back to report on whether my parcel arrives tomorrow, We needed these items today, so I am fuming. More so because there is clear historical evidence of blatent lying by those employed by the company.
Update: Apparently my order's estimated delivery it today, but there has been no email or text to confirm a delivery time.

I order a fair amount of clothes online, and DPD (in my opinion and experience) seem to be the best delivery company by far.
I use the app, which gives you a one hour time slot and allows you to designate a safe place for all deliveries to be left.
When I am at home to receive the parcels, the delivery chap (Luke) is really friendly.
I missed a delivery once as I didn't hear the door, I called DPD and the driver dropped my parcel off on his way home as I needed the clothes for that evening. Super service!

Package that was instructed to be posted through letterbox was left on the front step which the driver said was a safe place which was in full view of the main road and was then stolen driver emailed me to say as agreed left in the non existing poach and when I finally managed to complain they told me take it up with the company I purchased the valentines flowers off it is below poor service it is down right farcical considering I paid them for a service that fell far short of what should be expected and try and contact them it will take hours and you will just be put on hold

We were awaiting a parcel to be delivered to our address in Oxford on 30th November 2016. We received a text saying that we were out and that Kevin from DPD couldn't deliver our parcel and that he had left a card at our address and would we like to reorganise the delivery. Well, as it happens we were in for the whole of the hour time-slot (the text came about ten minutes before the end of this time-slot); and, as it happens, there was no card through our door. So what's happened here? I surmise that Kevin was running behind his time and simply missed us out. I can understand this - indeed, if the penalties for the drivers of being late with their deliveries are severe (and I guess there might be financial penalties) I can even sympathise - but it's extremely irritating to wait in for a delivery and to be told one was out, and it makes a total nonsense of the spurious precision of the service DPD purports to provide (being told in the morning when it would deliver, an interactive map telling one that Kevin is three hours away etc etc). Usually we are impressed by the efficiency of these delivery companies, but DPD has not impressed on this occasion.
Our delivery reference number was 04083008870808, if that is of interest to the company.

Have had numerous deliveries from DPD and always found the service excellent and the drivers friendly and professional. The one hour delivery slots work well and rebooking or changing delivery details is straightforward. Most recently had a delivery for a replacement order which parcel force didn't even bother to try to deliver, took it to a post office I couldn't get to and had no systems to allow tracking or redelivery. DPD brought the new order within 23 hours, timed to the minute. Maybe it varies by area but around Sidcup/ South East London I have always found them excellent
