Cashier in Fort Oglethorpe wouldn't accept coupon because we wouldn't purchase a candy bar to make this particular store win whatever. Dollar General lost our business. Family Dollar is better anyway!!!

This store manager Monique was extremely rude to me! Her attitude is beyond nasty and she treats customers like crap. She was pissed off that she was the only one working during the hour and decided to take it off on the customers. She was choosing not to serve customers that didn't wear their mask perfectly to her liking. Even those wearing masks were turned away. She decided to call the cops, she is a horrible person. It is obvious she hates her job but she should not be taking it out on customers!!!

Today I was discriminated against by dollar general. I have a underlying medical condition. Which makes my high risk for covid-19. But because I 'm no over 65 I was denied the ability to show at your store. This company need to do better at taking caring ALL high risk individuals instead of just seniors.

Although the store inside looks fine, the outside is totally a different story.
The store is in Florida and has a retention pond behind the store it was a nice pond turtles living in it and frogs. But now half of the fence that goes around the dumpster is in the pond,and they just replace this fence a few months ago. And the trash that is in that pond is disgusting I'm not even sure if the turtle is still alive and if it is it will die from maybe eating plastic or who knows what else.
The pond went from really nice to look at to a garbage pond. Someone needs to clean. It out maybe the employees can do it. It's the stores management that should do something about it. And the trash flys around in the parking lot too.
Please do something or someone might get a fine for this disturbing site? This store is Dollar General Malabar Rd. Palm Bay Florida across from Autozone?

I always shop at this store 12128 really loved this particular dollar General. Long story short they change managers and now the store is nasty no ones stocking, can't hardly get around in there and the new employees are well it may be more polite to say don't know nothing. I got to find me another dollar general are maybe just switch over to family dollar.

I've heard many complaints about burkesville kys dollar store and it's been a while since I went in. All I can say is wow that store has to be the nastiest dollar store I've ever been in. You can't walk for the unstocked merchandise and nothing's where it should be. The floors are so dirty and black which tells me nothing else is being cleaned or wiped down. Corporate needs to come in and clean house at this store because nobody's doing their job. while I was there all 3 workers were outside in frt of the store laughing, smoking having a good ole time. I've heard this same story from so many people. With the corona virus in full swing right now you'd think they would clean their act up. If someone knows how to forward this to higher management please do. We only have one other store in town and they price stuff so high you can't shop there.

General Store, Grahamsville NY.
What once was a well organized and clean store has turned into a disorganized and filthy store. Many of us fought to bring this store to our town with the promise it would stay clean and organized. Now that the previous manager left this place is a dump!! It's embarrassing to have this in our town. We take pride in our town!!

I had an incident 2 years ago where one of their carts hit my brand new car in the parking lot and dented my driver side door. I made repeated calls to customer service which were ignored, so I wrote to the CEO and they were still unwilling to help me and even lied to me on the phone telling me that they had video camera footage (that they would not orovide me a copy of because eit doesn't exist) and they were not responsible. They do not care about the consumer, all they care about is taking your money, but if you ever have a problem that results fom their negligence, they will not help you. An awful company with awful customer service. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of a single mother who faithfully shopped at their stores until this incident. Thousands of people like me are the same people that pay their salaries. do not support this company because they do not support you!

105 S Shore Rd 9, Marmora, NJ 08223 During the pandemic 4-14-2020 a young man who works there insisted i come closer to him while waiting online to checkout. When i did not respond to his request he proceeding to speak to the cashier about how i must be slow and not understand his demand. He then stated oh i understand and spoke to me as if i had a learning disability yelling "Do you need Help?" I again I did not reply just ridiculous to think i should stand closer to him or others checking out during Covid Virus. Quite disrespectful and down right crazy to do while this crisis is happening. I will not be giving my money to this business nor returning again. Employees need to be respectful to what distance to customer is comfortable with, the last person I want to be next to is someone who is exposed to this virus everyday.

I have been shopping at Dollar general for years. In the last year the one in my neighborhood has been like an obstacle course to get through. It is at 550 East Main street Duncan SC. The shelves are empty and there are carts sitting everywhere to be stocked. Not sure if they are understaffed. Something has definitely changed within the last year. It use to be a very clean store. You can't sell product if its not on the shelf.

Like to how disappointing it to shop at dollar General in mt.pleasant when I went in there was was cars of boxes just sitting in the walk way couldn't even go through there.like to know what happened to Hillary she was the best worker I know that worked hard at that place she was so kind and nice to me that's probably why it's a mess hope they improve it there.

bought 2 frozen flounder fillets. put in frezzer. took ot 2 wks. later. defrosted in frig. when taken out both where pools of ??????????????? in packages. when open a shunk would have died.

store no.10494. filthy bathroom no paper, holes inwalls. no signs on iles . clerence items say price as marked no prices. frozen coolers filled in wrong areas, ice cream in with frozen dinners.products in wrong price area. continual higher register price then shelf price. should be torn down and rebiult. to much more to post

I bought 100.00 worth of stuff and went home..found out I forgot a bag...called and they basically said" it's not here" no fixing it no nothing...I'm out the stuff I bought and my money..the checker should always make sure you have all your stuff..this one just let the next person take it...never going back!

... but, alas the quality of the experience fluctuates wildly from locale to locale. The DG over on the Eastern Shore was my go to place for basic foods, milk, paper products and simple household items. At that time, the store was neat and clean; the staff was organized and friendly; and I could find what I needed. Now since DG merged with Dollar Tree, that particular store has diminished in quality, is filthy, reeks and is always in disrepair. I shall continue to remain loyal, but it is not the fun little mercantile jaunt it once was for me.

Store 5893 is in ridiculous dangerous shape. Large carts of stock that needs to be put out is everywhere around the store & it seems to just keep getting added too instead of stock put on shelves. This was my store choice because I live so close, but will be finding another store.

awful place to shop. Liberal Ks store to terrible. Manager is very rude. Freight everywhere lines back up. They have restrooms but public cannot use them. They need to get new help and get rid of that store manager. Almost every time you go in there they are closing at 8 cuz of no help. That tells you right there something is wrong. I would have gave 1/2 star but that is not a option. DO NOT SHOP THERE OR WORK THERE BECAUSE SOMETHING IS WRONG!!!!!!!!!! CORPORATE NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE AND GET PEOPLE THAT CAN WORK AND DO THERE JOB. I HAVE BEEN IN OTHER DOLLAR GENERALS THAT WAS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED THEN ONE IN TERRIBE!!!!!!

I went to Dollar General to look for a word search puzzle book.I could hardly even look at anything.They had all kinds of stock piled up in front of the merchandise.At least Family Dollar doesn't pile stock in front of merchandise that they're trying to sell!!

Mold found in 24 pack of diet pepsi 12 oz cans from dollar General in Alden,NY 14004. Pepsico now has it and they tested it....they stated a can of pop did not open inside the packaging BUT that food somehow slipped threw the handle of the packaging during delivery/shipping or at store and that it was been there a while.....
I ended up in the emergency room on 4/13/19 with severe asthma exacerbation and was put out of work for 2 weeks while struggled to breathe due to the mold i was exposed to in 24 pack of diet pepsi sold at dollar general in Alden,NY

I don't know who the new manger is for the store in Longview NC. They are not doing a good job store is always dirt and you can't get to stuff that you need because carts or boxes sat everywhere in the store. If you asked for help to move them to get it there are rude to you. I will never go back there i will go somewhere else.
