Don't use doba fake site.
They have give us free trail but we are unable to login during free trail and after 30 days free trail they charged our card and when we contact to support not response from them.
it's not good they are just take money from there customer nothing else.

Scam! This can be summed up simply as a facade. Unfortunately, yes, I gave my money and I regret it. Doba is a Dropship Aggregator which essentially is a consolidation of many different wholesalers in one convenient place. Here is the issue, 90% of the "wholesale" prices on Doba are exactly the same or higher than the retailing prices on Amazon. The remaining 10% of the products are just slightly lower than the going prices on Amazon. If you consider Amazon's fees including the drop shipping fee(transaction fee) on Doba, you'll notice you're losing a lot money fast. This website is a gigantic scam. It's useless find a real dropship wholesaler with real wholesaling prices.

I first looked at Doba last year, dealt with a pushy sales guy that tried to get me to pay for a membership. I tried to get them to cancel the very next day, to refund what was charged to me card, but gave me the run around and no one followed up. I had to put a fraud claim in through my credit card instead.
After finding out my account was somehow still active, I OFFICIALLY CANCELLED IN JUNE with an email for proof, but just one month later they managed to charge my credit card with another membership fee!!! I left a voice mail and an email to them but of course NO response and no refund!! So I had to file a fraud claim again with my card. DON'T ASSOCIATE WITH DOBA YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

I did the free trial and it only shows you a few of the suppliers, the others say you must upgrade to see. So, I cancelled since I wasn't given the info I was seeking. I was contacted via the phone by a guy who convinced me to stay. When I told him it would be a week or more before I could afford the "SPECIAL PROMOTION" he got authorization from his supervisor (??) to allow me to pay $50 now and the balance next week. ($175 for 4 months of Advanced Plus - you know, the unadvertised membership level. )
So, I did it. As I am looking through the products I can see (even w/ advanced plus I cant see them all) I realize that not only are a lot of the products not desirable, but they are WAY over priced. I could never make money with this.
While i am researching I look up a product on Google and find the website for the supplier. I compared no less than 10 items with exact match item / UPC's. In every instance they were AT lease 50% higher on DOBA. WTH? The more I researched the more mad I got. (i just completed the transaction on 8/29 - sent cancellation email on 8/30)
I went to their Terms and Conditions and found this: For Doba Memberships purchased over the phone: YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THE TRANSACTION OR RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT, WHICHEVER IS LATER. All requests must be in writing or email, and must be postmarked or electronically date stamped within the cancellation period. All requests for cancellation must be sent via email to Customer Support or traditional mail to 3401 N Thanksgiving Way Suite 150 Lehi, UT 84043. ----
Lucy for me I did it on the phone via voice call and text. I have sent them 3 emails cancelling. I have also told them they are no longer authorized to charge any card associated with my account. As with most places you can't CC yourself on the email, but I have screen shots and actual videos of me sending it.
I am sick of people trying to scam people. When we decide to resell we want to be successful not screwed over.
It's Labor Day weekend so I doubt I hear back before Tuesday. If I don't hear back by Tuesday, I will call and hold all day if I need to... and I will go to the bank and cancel my card and if somehow they charge it i will file a report and complaints with FTC and the IC3 (internet crime complaint center).
I feel foolish for falling for their sales pitch. My husband is an attorney, I know better.... but lesson learned.

Cancled my account over a year ago and got charged 1080 dollars today for a subscription renewal! Now waiting for them to call me back to get my refund! Such a hassle and waste of time! After I canceled my account the first time I got a message that someone purchased something off of my no longer active account so I had to call them once more to cancel YET AGAIN then this happens today! Like get it together Doba! Stop taking people's money who cancel there accounts! Thinking about canceling this card and getting a new one so this will end! I'm tired of it!!!! Oh and I Just got my email that I canceled my account! Yeah for the 3rd time now!!!!!!

First of all, Doba products are overpriced. You can find most of their products much cheaper elsewhere. Second, very poor customer relations and no sense of good business practices. Won't refund your money even though there site guarantees your money back. Stay away!! You can do much better.

Horrible customer service. I requested a refund because I wasn't happy with the service, and while my account was closed immediately, I have to wait for some random account manager I've never talked to before to do an exit interview? What? I was only signed up for 2 days. I still haven't heard from this person, and I honestly don't expect a call. No sense of urgency. They'll tell you they have top selling items lists, but what they don't tell you is that those products are all DISCONTINUED. Additionally, the items are over-priced leaving you with very little margin to play with compared to those same items already on Amazon and Ebay. The items that are in abundant quantity are the items that people aren't buying. Also there seemed to be a lot of vendors who didn't allow Amazon or Ebay selling. The reviews/ratings are all terrible. The ones that are good seem to be paid because anyone whose actually given them a shot will know they're fake. In any case, I only spent $100 for 3 months access which isn't wallet breaking, but being ignored by those who run your customer service department because you want a refund is ridiculous.

My husband and I wanted to get into dropshipping to supplement our income while we go back to school. We searched and searched and there was not ONE item with room for profit. Most of the stuff on their site is crap anyway. You can get this stuff cheaper online from a retailer, these are not wholesale prices! You'd be better off working on digital products for a passive income than wasting your money with this (that's what we are going to work on instead... think ebooks, digital art, selling writing services to online clients, etc). $250 down the drain, we cancelled our membership with over 2 months left because it is a total joke! I wish I could totally close the account instead of riding it out and waiting to see if they actually follow through and cancel it or try and charge us. Stay away from Doba.

Worst company.... probably on the face of the earth. They do and say whatever they need to to get your business. Then when you are having problems with their data feed with another service since signup, they just keep refreshing that service with profile. Then you try to get your shopping cart solution to try to help and they don't respond to them for weeks. And the only troubleshooting they do is add the shipping carts service into my profile. They only thing they know how to do. But this time they deleted the inventory list that took you days to prepare.
Their response was nothing more we can do. I will just have to do it the old fashioned way with the uploading csv file and blamed the shopping chart provider.
There is a reason I chose to go the way I did. Because of medical issues I endure. Uploading csv. Is not a tolerant option.
When I asked why I wasn't warned that it wasnt unexpected for customers to have problems with the data feed when I signed up, I was told because it doesn't happen to everyone.
Well, when it did start happening to me, I should have been immediately told. Not over a month later.
They think they can hide behind "well you only have 3 days to cancel". Whitney is going to learn a little about the law and contracts when it comes to customer deception.

I have been with DOBA since March 2017. I keep giving them chances hoping it will get better. But no. It's hard to reach people and when you do you get little help. Yes, they have a LOT of products to choose from...but many are up charged a lot. You have to be careful what you buy. And the products from China don't always get to you or they are crap. It's very hard for the little guy to build a business from DOBA products. Don't fall prey to their "Get Rich Fast" stories. Every product they list is being sold by thousands of other people. Many of those items are sold by the manufactures from China who can sell them at way less than you and I can. eCommerce is BIG! But you need to find a very unique item. Best make it yourself or get into something new on the market before everyone else does.

Got a charge on our credit card for this business we've never even heard of. They told us the account had a phone number that wasn't ours, and a Japanese email address. Pretty obvious fraud, yet they refuse to credit us back and close the account. Knew they were shady when their phone number on the credit card statement was disconnected. Will have to dispute with the credit card company. SHADY COMPANY, and on the side (or working with) thieves!

subscribed to a trial free version two months ago, tried to find a product but there was nothing to get a site very heavy, and a month later I was removed from my account for an account, wrote in support of my money back, but a month later my account was withdrawn again and said that there is no return in their politics! I do not recommend contacting this scammers

I just got off the phone with a woman who said she was a supervisor. One of the first questions she asked was how much money I had. I told her at a stretch I could get $300. So she explained their services and said her supervisor authorized her to sell me 6 months of the second tier down for how much? $300. Wow what a coincidence! I told her I wasn't going to spend every cent I had on it and she tried to talk me into going into debt! If I said I had $700 she would have said it cost $700. I should have told her I had $8.32. haha

I signed up for free trial placed an order same day through one of the suppliers to have shipped to my daughter for test purposes before listing products on eBay or my website, never received the product. Purchased another month membership with DOBA still no order received. Cancelled my membership to get customer service response back from DOBA they keep harassing and telling me I did not order anything from their suppliers, thankfully I paid for my order through PayPal to get my money back. Now I went directly to the supplier website outside of DOBA, placed same order and received my items within 7 business days. So if you place order through third party website that claiming to be direct source, you gonna get ripped off.

Horrible. Don't use DOBA if you want to run a legitimate business. There suppliers are extremely unreliable and will give your business a bad name. I have had to wait weeks for items to ship and you can imagine what my customers say. DOBA's only response is sorry. They look down their Google+ page because they were getting so many bad reviews. This company is garbage.

I authorized doba to process 3 payment of $500 for 3 months.Once they receive my first payment of $500. dollars everything when down hill. Their customer service sucks and they never call you back or respond to your emails so I decided not to place the funds in my account so they would call me. Since Doba was not able to process the $500.00 they decided to take matters in their own hands and charge my account 5 times with multiple transactions illegally with out my consent just to get the money throwing my account on negative $675.00 which includes the $500. plus $165.00 in overdraft fees. Once they got my money I never heard from them again. I have try calling and sending them emails and no respond.
I have proof of the transactions and the emails. I file a complaint with consumer financial protection bureau and will be filing another one with the state Attorney and better business bureau. I will be posting them on Rip off Alert and even going to the extreme of making a you tube video making everyone aware on how they are scamming people and giving them false promises. please do your research before signing up cause I will promise you, you will not be happy. if someone post a positive review believe it's bull$#*!. They have people in their company posting a positive review after you post a bad one.

I signed up to sell products dropship with doba and struggled with the setup, finally I got a representative who helped me set it up but then I had to redo each item because the 25% markup wasnt enough to cover all the fees I ended up in the negative. So I lowered the markup to the lowest 15% markup and still have negative profits, then on top of the loss I was already taking I got billed by eBay for around $75 for seller fees. So I spent over $200 on doba, $75 to Ebay, around $40 for dropship items for customers and profits were around $30, so in the end I paid $285 for hassle upon hassle, including a customer who never received an item. This was intended to be side income I desperately needed as a single mother and instead put me further in the hole. Doba should be shut down, I'm disgusted by the lack of transparency and integrity. Anyone want to start a class act law suit against them, I'm all for it!!
