I ordered a mattress from this company and I stated on my order I needed to have a call from the delivery company they used to receive a call or txt on the day of delivery. I told divanbedsco.uk the reasons this was imperative. My mum who is 85, who is very ill needs me to call every day. They delivered the mattress without any such call or txt. They told me it is not in their policy to make a call to a customer and this is not in their term and conditions!!! They then told me it would be delivered on 27 August. I told them I was going on holiday on that date and They said I would be given no further dates! for delivery, then blocked me , but said they would charge me £95 for taking the mattress back, Which would be deducted from my refund, which I might add was from a manufacture near me!!!! I am a 68 year old lady and I feel I have been robbed. I bought this mattress out of my state pension In good faith and am left without a mattress and out of pocket by £95 I cannot contact them and I am so upset. Please don’t buy from them. Reading into the reviews for this company, they always deny any involvement connected to a negative review. Please look further into the reviews and you will see this It’s the same time after time. Denial!!!! I can show you how they blocked me if need be
