I have come across with the worse company ever, whoever was behind messaging me , sounds to me like the most arrogant , rude person ever.., is a con, trying to ripping off people with different prices on private , why not putting prices so everyone can see it?, he or she keep me waiting and waiting and waiting , because the price I was given was a different price before ?..., then to others customers they give another different prices?..., the way I had been treated is disgusting, they're just a sham, they said they do delivery for free on their adverts , but wanted to charge me?..., and they called themselves DISCOUNTED BEDS??.... so be careful people they're a con...., and their services is a DISGRACE!!!!....

✨Ordered a new bed from them which came with a part that wasnt mentioned anywhere in the assembly instructions.
❓Worked out that odd part went on the base of the bed (as I'd ordered an ottoman).
? Tried sliding boards in but ended up ripping the fabric on one of the side panels during the process
?Have had to purchase a staple gun to try and repair it.
? Discounted Beds have now turned round and said the part wasnt in the assembly instructions because it wasnt supplied by the manufacturer of the beds and that DISCOUNTED BEDS chose to include them in with customers orders, only there was no mention of this when ordering the bed via their Facebook page or no note in the package itself.
? After contacting them this morning to discuss a partial refund as a goodwill gesture they have basically said its my fault and that we should of rung them if we had a question about the bed's assembly!!
? Only problem is when you do ring the mobile number on the page, 07459 446638 it goes straight to voicemail.
? Their website doesnt work and they have no email address ?!!!
Posted negative feedback on their page ? and now theyve blocked me!! ? Not only from their page but also FB messenger! Great customer service! ????

P.S. They have previously gone by the name of Discounted Beds Lancashire and Crazy Price Bedz (neither of which exist anymore!!) What a surprise!!
