Made the apt for 1pm showed up 15 mins early, was told on the ap I was #2 in line. I watched all of the cars clear the bays, checked the AP and it says im not in line. I called their attention to it and watched the bays fill again. Never discount again!

Couldn't get the right tires, what is your discount tire four times each time I had to wait in line over 15 to 45 minutes to be able to talk to a representative. The name of the tire wholesaler number and the person to talk to at the wholesaler. After calling three times and waiting on the phone up to 20 minutes they were able to order the correct tire. I have nothing but great things to say about discount tire company, i always have great experiences with them. The latest amazing experience i had was in Mukilteo WA. I had a flat tire on my rental car and I happened to be very close to discount tire. I stopped at the location and spoke to Preston Henske and he told me that the waiting time would be 3+ hours, when i explained that i am visiting from Colorado and our time is very limited and we are long time Discount Tire customers. Preston took our car and replaced the flat tire with the spare one immediately. This is what i call great customer service. I always have been a big fan of Discount Tire and will continue to use them and highly recommend them. Kudos to Preston and his team!

So, it was a very difficult day w/my tire damaged, a donut on my wheel... driving in Vegas and out of all the locations I chose to make an appointment at, it was the most amazing experience I could ever ask for as a customer - now I've had a real good experience at Discount Tire in Bullhead City Arizona... never ever expected the service to get even more excellent but it did and out of all places in Vegas - my salesperson "Randell P." Was so good to me it was like he came from my perspective of what it would be like for him if it was his car and his flat tire! He just got me w/out me telling him anything. He gave me a good deal, they were fast... I walked over to a store for lunch, brought it back and by the time I unwrapped the salad, put my eggs and dressing in - they were done! Absolutely mind blowing! It does help if you arrive at least 20 minutes to take care of any unexpected issues and that was what I did. They are way busy and still found a way to serve me w/out waiting for a long time. I came out a complete winner, so happy, and they saved me a lot of money considering people are suffering financially b/c of covid-19. Thank you so much - I will always remember this insane service.

I had $10,000 in credit with 13 years history and they closed my account without warning. No reduction or email. Reason... inactivity. I had a balance when they closed it... sounds like I used it to me. I was the most loyal discount tire user. Always bought my tires there and recommended others to do the same. NO MORE.

1.5 years ago had Discount tire install 6 new tires on Ram 3500 dually.
Went in for a rotation and they won't touch them because of a DOT. Law saying any tire more the 5 years old they can't work on them.
Come to find out a year and a half ago the tires they installed where 2011 tires. New Old Stock.
DO NOT TRUST DISCOUNT TIRE EVER...

i ordered 4 tires on weds nite over phone and i received them friday morning by fed ex , the person did there job and over and above , she looked up all options for my vette and she took my order as i requested for the tires i wanted , price was great and shipping was FAST . she was great to deal with and iam a retired auto repair shop owner and i wish there was 10 of this person . she needs to be awared for first doing her job,second for going over and above , and third for not saying any lies . she was great to deal with and i dont take time out to write reviews . i would say this id the first i have writen in 5 or 6 years so i dont do this often but this person needs to be rewarded thank you don gould

Needed to return order. Took a week to wait for FEDEX before they'd refund me. Their help line is constantly busy and they seem to open tickets and then end up with more than one agent working on the same ticket with poor results. (No internal coordination/communication).

If I'd gone with a lightly higher priced set of tires from their competitor, I'd have tires on my vehicle now, instead of 9 emails and worn down phone batteries from waiting on hold. Let alone the wasted time trying to settle my order up and get my refund.

I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Best run from this place. No customer service and they lie about the extra warranty. It's only good for 3 years though they sell it as lifetime. Even if you have low miles and barely used they will make you wait 3 plus hours to tell you they won't repair it. I asked, after waiting 2 hours, how much longer? I was told "Shut up and wait". Since I could not drive away I waited. Worst experience of my life.

Last week passing through Montgomery Al. I need a new tires. Demarus Johnson Ass. Mgr went why out of his way to help me out. He help me unhooked my trailer held my dog,got me in right now. sold me 4 tires . was not a pushy salesman .very courteous .Hard to find a person like this in todays world. Great Experience!!!!. The staff at the new DT Pittsburgh location were courteous and professional. They got me in and out in a hurry and the store was spotless.

The first time I got tires from DT, I fully expected a poor selection and size range. I'm happy to report that I was completely wrong. As an off road guy I destroy tires. You could almost argue that we destroy tires on purpose. LoL I got a set of 5 33"x10.5" Nitto Terra Grappler G2's for my Jeep I saved about $200 by buying from Discount. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I used to ship tires strictly on price. The older I get having the piece of mind that someone will stand behind their warranty is worth paying a little extra!!

Going to discount tire renewed my my view of great customer service. They are honest,reliable and professional. They have my business and my family business for life. They are that good. My store is in St. Augustine on Rt. 16.

I bought 4 new tires with road hazard. The guys were so friendly and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I liked that they worked together as a team to take care of me. Kameron was especially helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. Norman, Oklahoma

4-11-2018. The only thing I needed during this visit was to have my tires aired up. They told me it would take less than 3 minutes and it did. That would have been great except the employee didn't take the time to check or ask how much air my tires take. So when I drove off, I still didn't have an adequate amount of air in my tires. I had to go air them up myself. I won't go to this location again on Penn/Memorial in Oklahoma City.

Me and my husband stop by today (01/26/2018) to check the price of tires for new one and old one. Mr Adam was so nice and respectful to us by giving us a good deal on new tires. We really Thankful to Mr Adam and as well Discount Tires for having good Sales Person.

Made appointment to rotate my tires just bottom less than a year ago and he wouldnt do it because you want to me to buy two new tires no Im headed home to rotate them myself what a pain in the ass

Went down a year and a half ago to discount tire and bought four new tires. They put in a radial pusher in the four. It pulled hard to the right all the way to South Padre and back. Went for a front end alignment. Nothing wrong. Pulled right hard. Moved right to left and left to right. Pulled hard to left. Went back again and moved left front to left rear. Pulled hard to left. They ordered me a new right tire. Never came in. Went back and they ordered me a new right tire. It never came in. Went back a third time and they wanted to order me a new tire and I said put on what you have. $25 installation charge and car goes straight.
