Placed an order and it was denied because my age could not be verified, they wanted me to upload a picture of my ID. No way in hell I'm doing that. Thing is they took the 50 dollars out of my account immediately, and its impossible to get it back. Maybe if enough people report them to the better business Bureau they'll get shut down. I had purchased bottles of juice from DirectVapor in the past & had no issues, but this time they shipped me an old bottle of ejuice. It was clearly outdated, as the color had mutated into a nasty brown. I decided to vape it anyway & it has proved to be one of the most disgusting vaping experiences I've ever had. I will not be shopping with them ever again. I do hope others see this review & take caution when ordering products from these goons. I say they are goons, because there's no visible customer service on their site. It's pretty bogus for a business not have some sort of customer service. More bogus to sell old/outdated products as new ones... shame on y'all.

Terrible customer service and terrible all around with this website. I spent 20 bucks on coils Monday and calling Friday they said they haven’t started packing it yet. I wish someone would shut this website off. Just go to element vape or fugginvapor If you want anything not this website

I ordered a vape pen, and fresh out of the box if does not work. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone at the company and the return policy indicates that the product can only be returned if the box is unopened- sp basically if it does not work (which you can only know by opening the box) then you are screwed. This is SO disappointing and a total waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Honestly I gave this website a shot because I kept getting emails from this place and my local vapor shop was closed because of COVID-19. Package has been being packed for well over a week now and suddenly says completed no back in sight a tracking number that doesn’t track anything. Just very suspicious I won’t be shopping here again that’s for sure.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DIRECT VAPOR OR VAPORFI They will give you a " tracking number" and tell you the package was shipped. The tracking number will just show that a label was printed. When you confront them with this information they will tell you that USPS probably just forgot to scan the package and that it's common. TOTAL LIES. I spent around $75 and received NOTHING. Didn't even get a partial order which would have been a couple batteries or a mod! Along with others I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Federal Exchange commission and will also look into a lawsuit. They effed with the wrong person this time and started a war that I'm prepared to fight bitterly. LAWSUIT $75 is a lot of money especially in these times with Corona virus!

I decided to give them a second chance and the same thing happened both times. I paid an extra $9.95 for expedited shipping even though I bought more than enough to qualify for free shipping. it said 2 to 4 day shipping. Well today is day 3 and it hasn't even been packaged yet. I will not use them again and I recommend going elsewhere for your vape needs. Pretty funny the only good reviews they got are from anonymous posters.

I cannot say this 'is' DirectVapor, but I have ordered from them 2x in the last month, and had my bank account hacked 2x in the last month. I am not a big online shopper, and rarely leave my own city. I shop 2 - 3 major online vapor stores and that's about it. So this happening twice in a month after purchasing from them I am suspicious, and will not purchase again. Buyers please beware, and I would like to hear if anyone else has had this problem with any of the major online retailers recently.

Just to let you know direct vapor no longer sells the SMOK TF Mesh Replacement Vape Coils (3-Pack) with free shipping as they did on my five (5) prior orders. Instead of paying $10 they are now charging me $15! There are many other sites where you can buy these coils a cheaper price.

On this day Directvapor has made it apparently clear that they are not interested in the truth. Today they have made a mockery of justice. I will now before the masses illuminate the shadowy dealings which this company has so brazenly and willingly been a part of. They are not interested in customer satisfaction. They want one thing and one thing only, access to your hard earned money. How do they do this? Quite simply, they lure you in with flashy colors, hopeful promises. That you will be able to find the coil that you have so wrongly been denied. You search for hours on end and rejoice my brothers and sisters! You find a website so promising its almost too good to be true, but a warning. It is. They are PREDATORS. Given the chance, they will steal your car. Do not trust them around your infant children. As said before by many people here, they will not honor their end of the bargain. A simple financial transaction is built on the foundation of trust. The heretics have violated that trust time and time again. And unless we band together and put them to the torch they will continue for the foreseeable future. They are Judas and we can only forgive. But the time for forgiveness has past, now is the time for action. I have attempted to spread the word on their website and all my efforts have been met with a vicious gag order. They have systematically blocked all decent. Leaving only a trap for the unsuspecting buyer. These shady business practices can go on no longer. And i cannot legally say this but...if rumor is to be believed...a box of puppies might have once shown up at the corporate office and as it goes the CEO did so willingly kick the entire box of innocent puppies and if you can believe it, not even an eye was batted at the poor yelping of the punted box of unquestionably good boys.

I decided to order from DirectVapor.com instead of my usual site because I would end up getting 30 ML more for $5 less. BIG MISTAKE! The site advertises that orders of $30 ship free. My final order total (as stated in my shopping cart) came to $39.84, so I proceeded with placing my order. Only after I placed the order and received my receipt via email did I find out they had charged me $2.95 for shipping and $16.30 in taxes, bringing my total to $59.09. These taxes were never stated in my shopping cart and had they been, I would not have proceeded with the order. The only method of contact they provide for resolving issues with your order is a mailing address in Florida, and you only have about 24 hours to correct an order before the status changes to "Packing". It appears that I have no choice but to accept the order. However, I will never shop with them again and urge you not to, either.

Scammers, stole my cc information I place my first order and about twenty minutes later recieved an email saying that the order didn’t go through bc they could verify my age. I’ve never had any issue like this before. So I went back and sent them a copy of my drivers license (foolish I know) then placed another order. They accepted the order, charged me for the first order too, then within five minutes after this I had a 500$ transaction on same credit card. Never had any credit card info stolen. I’ve grown up all my life with computers so I’d like to think I can spot a fraudulent website when I see it. THEY STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND MAKE FRADULENT CHARGES DO NOT USE

Order 2 bottles for a total of $56. Only one bottle came. When I asked for the second bottle I was issued a $17 credit instead. I'm not the smartest guy in the world but last I checked half of $56 is $28 not $17. I asked repeatedly for an appropriate solution to this problem and was told "You were only missing one bottle. We wouldn't send you a gift card for what two bottles cost." ???? They have since stopped responding to my inquiries. This is my first time doing business with them and apparently you have to pay for their mistakes. They're losing a customer over $11.

Terrible terrible terrible. Be aware they will NOT ship the item within 48 hours as they say. Still waiting on my 2 bottles of salt juice and 5 pack of coils that I bought 16 days ago. They took the money out of my account right away. 5days after the order was placed I asked for a refund and on day 8 it shipped. Still waiting because USPS is also taking forever which I expected. This place is absolutely horrible and I will full-heartedly tell anyone who even mentions this place to 100% choose any of the dozens of other trustworthy options. I understand the business may be backed up slightly but DO NOT false advertise that you will get orders shipped out within two days. It should not take 8 days for 3 items to be placed in a packing envelope. I can't believe they just ignored my refund request and shipped it out anyway.The absolute atrocity of a business with a "pathetic management team"

Honestly I’m beyond satisfied despite the many negative ratings and reviews Direct Vapor has. I chose to give them a try and verifying age was simple. My tracking number didn’t work but I received my order within a week from purchase which is great dealing with delays related to COVID-19. I will definitely continue using them in the future.

Never ordered from there before. It said due to high volume and covid 19 orders could take up to 48 hours to ship. Not a big deal. I ordered on the 4th, today is the 14th. I chose standard shipping which is 5-8 business days. I wrote an email to customer service. I got a one sentence reply "solved". It wasn't solved, only one item had shipped wrote back again. Took a few days. Another one word response of "solved". It just shipped today. By the time i I get anything we are almost at 2 weeks. I would have paid extra for expedited shipping had I known it would take 2 weeks. Glad I only ordered a couple of small things before placing a bigger order because I've never ordered through them... Won't be ordering from them.

Horrible customer service. I ordered multiple items and paid for expedited shipping, only to be notified after payment was excepted that orders would be delayed 72 hours and that expedited orderes would be delivered no more than 48 hours after processing. It has been over a week now and my order on their website has been being packed for 5 business days. In addition I have submitted 3 customer service inquiries and none have been answered. This site is a joke. Do not use their services. It will be a waste of time and money. They have failed to meet the expectations they have created for their clients on many different occasions please review their site reviews not just here but through the Better business bureau etcetera. They logistically are inadequate and handle their negative business practices with horrible customer service! Plan on canceling orders and being out your money up to one month.

DO NOT order from this company. Ive purchased 3 vapes from them in the past 6 months and each one stopped working after a month. Not only that, but when I tried to get the most recent one replaced, they made me pay for return shipping, then they lost the return order and wouldnt send out a replacement. The associate I got on the phone was extremely rude as well. Avoid this company like the plague. You can find the same merchandise at the exact same price from many other vendors.
