Have had multiple issues with this company in the space of 3 weeks.
Did an order..waited a few days and recieved a dispatch notice with an item missing. I then had to chase why...out of stock pick one of these. Got that sorted was then told id recieve shipping shortly. 3 days passed and nothing, so sent a couple of emails to follow up- no response. Also sent an online form requesting information. Finally got a response. I was offered a voucher due to all the issues... which i redeemed on the 10th June. Again nothing further recieved. Sent an email 15th June. No response. Sent an email 16th June. No response. Wrote a facebook comment with a timeline of events, and noted that there were 3 other similar complaints commented. I also left a website review.
About 3 hours later i recieved an email stating apologies and they have manually processed my tracking email (but when i checked it was only done late last night after i chased it).
I went back to facebook and noticed ive now been blocked from commenting on the page, and the other comments with issues have been removed. They also have no review button which is usually am indicator of negative reviews previously left.
I have sent an email querying it and will unlikely recieve any response.
I am unsure if i will recieve my items but I have also advised afterpay of the experience.
Very simple ...communication goes along way. This company has none unless you escalate the complaints or comments.
