I am very disappointed that Diabetic Shoes HuB does not refresh their inventory online to show what they really have in stock. When you go searching for something online, you expect that they have it in stock, unless otherwise stated. I was skeptical because they said they had every size and color available of the shoe I was looking for, so I went through the process, paid and received order confirmation. The next day I received an email that they had other options (bate and switch) for me in other colors available but that they checked with the manufacturer and that shoe was not available in the color and size I ordered it in.
As I look over their website... it looks like this is a common thing in their shoe department. I'm very bummed because they have my money and it will take a long time to get it back because I paid through PayPal.
If your looking for shoes... buy them someplace that had the inventory in stock... not Diabetic Shoes HuB

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at the Diabetic Shoes Hub. I have larger and wider feet and it's very difficult to find shoes that fit. I work in a factory so i need protection via steel toe. When I placed my order, I received a call from customer support informing me that the item I ordered was out of stock but they would be getting it in about 3 weeks.
I appreciate this courtesy as I have shopped on many other online retailers that don't inform me that an item is out of stock, nor do they contact me at all.
