I ordered 2 bags and a belt. Previously I had ordered shoes and they were not true to size so I had to give them away. I decided to give them another chance and ordered some bags and a belt. You cannot email or call these people - only communication is through an app. I paid them $775 in good faith. Well nothing arrived and now they will not even respond in that app. Do not trust them! I am out $775 and have absolutely no recourse.

I have been a victim of bait and switch by DD, ever since I started ordering from Mirror Reps, things have been better. They have native english customer service AND they are cheaper, here are some price comparisons of my orders(DD vs Mirror Reps):
Pochette Metis : $419 vs $255
Chanel Classic Flap : Don't sell vs $350
Neverfull : $350 vs $250
Gcci Marmont : $419 vs $265
Just google "Mirror Reps" to find them.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The lady called Emily is useless. They sent me a horrible, cheap purse with rubber trim and fake leather. The gold hardware is scratching off and she had the nerve to tell me to order silver next time and not to focus on the peeling rubber or damaged hardware!
I could have ordered better thru Amazon! Please stay away from Chinese made items!!! Total waste of money! I should have listened to all the other reviews!

I ordered $1700 worth of products, which was 3 small bags, I pair of shoes and 2 pieces of jewelry. After I sent the money and they collected it, I was told that 3 bags and the shoes were not available. So I'd have to pick something else, which was limited because some of the replacement choices ALSO were unavailable. So, in the future idk if you can converse with them before you send your money and avoid this problem.
The purses came, 2 were fine, but on one the LV pattern was upside down on the back AND instead of coming with a red strap they sent black! It's a completely red bag! I complained, sent pictures and she told me it's the way the original is. No it's not. I again sent pictures off the original website. So we'll see what she comes back with.
In all fairness, the bags are good quality, except for all of the back and forth crap. If they send a new bag and the correct red strap I'll order again. If not then idk....
Communication was very good. Shipping time was ok. I think it took 2 weeks, I'm still waiting on one box.
Also, I ordered gold jewelry in the past and the color was fake looking and eventually wore off.
I will update this with my results, stand by.......

I went to order a bag from Designer Discreet a few times and as I got to the payment part my gut would tell me to not trust them, so I would not complete the orders Oddly enough I received an email and text message assuring me of their honesty and integrity and urging me to complete the order. They even suggested that I start by ordering something small and cheap first so that I could see how honest and legitimate they were so I ordered a key ring for $130 and sent payment western union. Quick response confirming my order and I received the key ring a few weeks later. I then ordered a $350 bag for my daughter's birthday and sent the money WU again and received confirmation from WESTERN UNION they had picked up the money (BTW- WU called me before approving my transaction strongly discouraging my purchase with Designer Discreet, yet I did anyway). This time though I never heard from Designer Discreet with an update to my purchase so I began frantically reaching out to them via email and 10 days later received the message below from them. I immediately provided them with another bag to send and am waiting now to see if they are truly thieves or extremely shady people and will update my review once I know either way. To pick up my money and not confirm receipt of the money and my purchase as they did with key chain purchase, and to only respond to my urgent emails 10 days later with a ridiculous reason isn't a good indicator of their honesty and integrity. I know for certain that the bag will not be here in time now for my daughter's birthday as hoped, and my gut says it probably never will arrive making them thieves.
We have received your remittance.
So sorry,The Louis Vuitton Saint Cloud bag you purchased just has two bags for left , unfortunately both of them be found that there are flaws.
We couldn't send the defective bags on your behalf. We highly suggest that you can change other styles or colors. You can choose other style which worth 349 USD.
We will appreciate it you can tell your decision asap.We make a apology for inconvenience to you. This situation totally out of our control.Hope you understand!
Look forward to your prompt reply.

[Updates below - 1 month of runaround!] I would not recommend buying from this site, if you are afraid something might go wrong. Because when things go wrong, they won't stand behind their product. I feel the quality of the product I received is not up to the price I paid; I learned my lesson, to buy regular products from a reliable vendor. (Don't believe endorsements from bloggers - they may have gotten gifts/special treatment.)
I recently bought a pra*da shoulder bag, and shortly after I ordered, the product page was taken down from their website. After I sent money through Western Union (which was highly sketchy, too, in that I was asked to change the recipient from what was listed on the website), I was asked to send them a photo of what I'm ordering to "confirm" the size. Luckily I had saved one photo on Pinterest, but otherwise apparently they weren't sure what I ordered. They kept saying, "Don't worry." About 11 days after the money was collected on their end, the bag arrived with a defective strap. There was a warpy spot / loose leather on the shoulder pad underneath the chain. I contacted Emily via WeChat to see if I can exchange. She tried to tell me that was part of the design and it was "artful." I pointed out, if it was part of the design, then it should appear on both sides (i.e. left and right from the middle of the pad), whereas this defect is only on one side. She replied by saying "Hello dear, We suggest you check it on the store first" (I assume she meant the website). I said the product page has been taken down. Then she says, sorry this product is so popular ("hot-selling") it's sold out (as if I was trying to buying it)... Anything you say, they kind of play dumb and act as if they don't understand it. It's been very frustrating to say the least. As for the product, I can't say it was of great quality either, for the price.
One thing for sure: If something goes wrong, they won't take returns, and you can kiss your money goodbye.
After ignoring me for 4 days, once I wrote this review, I heard back from Emily in WeChat. Of course. She says it was a misunderstanding, that she meant to tell me to go to a physical store to look at a bag, to confirm that the defect (warpy strap) exist on a real product. (... no comment. Aside from the ridiculousness, the local NM is out of that bag anyway.)
As for the vendor comment about pre-shipment photo, they never sent me any photo. I've been told that I have to request such photos at the time of ordering, in order to receive any. I was the one who sent them a photo of the bag, because they asked me to send a photo to "confirm size." So I even gave them the measurements of the bag.
There is no return policy posted on the website FAQ. It just says, "If you have a complaint regarding your order you can email us". I've also been told not to contact them through gmail and WeChat at the same time, because communication may get confused (see photo #2). So I have been in touch through WeChat.
I'll post the screenshot of a response I got (photo #3), upon telling them there is some excess leather popping up on the strap (it's not an indentation and I told them so). They want me to shrink it by blowing hot air on it with a hairdryer, or press it down with a heavy object. Truth.
I first inquired about exchanging the faulty product on 4/26. Please note it's now 5/14. It's been like pulling teeth. After telling me repeatedly that it's an indentation that developed during shipping, to blow hot air on the wonky strap, and after I told them about 5-6 times it's NOT an indentation, Emily says they'll contact the factory manager. Then after waiting some, I asked again on 5/10 if I can return or exchange.
Emily then sent me a few choice pictures of some random old beaten-up bags (I'll try to attach the photos), to say "see, it's normal for leather to be warpy!" Then she tells me, that it's problematic that I seem to have removed the protective film, and per their policy the protective film needs to be intact to return the item. (*It's basically their protection/way to not accept the return if need be - I mean, how is a customer supposed to inspect the item w/o removing the outer packaging?!)
Also she informs me, because "China is a more stringent import control of the country" (as written) I'd need to mark the bag's value as 20 dollars. So this means, if I get to return the item, I can only insure it up to $20. If anything is lost/damaged, basically your loss, even if defective product is the cause for return.
She also tried to tell me that this would be deemed as a return due to my style preference (which means 30% re-stock fee).
She also told me, if I chose to keep the item, "For this so-called trouble," they'd give me a LV coin purse on my "next order." (<- Note that I'd have to give them more money. And yes, she did write "so-called trouble.")
Naturally I was not happy with this response. Then Emily told me that their "inspectors" inspected the bag and it was "perfect before shipping." (... If it had been "perfect", it probably wouldn't become crooked only on one side of strap!!)
I told her (maybe for the 10th time) that I've owned many other brand name leather bags, and never had this problem on a strap.
I got the latest reply this morning - after 2+ weeks of back and forth - that says:
Thank you for your reply.
We have explained to you before that it is a normal phenomenon but it seems that you cannot agree with us. Therefore, our manager agrees to replace for you. Please have a look of our replacement policy and respect and comply with our policy. Thanks for your understanding."
It is yet to be seen how this will go. I will update again, if exchange is successful.
[The 3 photos of (faux?) ksny/Coach bags are the photos of some random beaten-up bags Emily sent me via WeChat, to somehow prove to me my bag is fine.]
After I mentioned to Emily how the bag came in a pretty shoddy box (instead of "PRADA" being imprinted/embossed on the box, there was just a cloth label - like ones you might find on the neck of a shirt or something - that said "PRADA Double Bag", although what was inside is NOT a Double Bag at all) which was already torn in the corners upon receipt, apparently they got cold feet that their bag/packaging might not make it back through the Chinese customs.
Emily wrote me back to ask me, "Hi dear, Did you blow it with hot wind?" and to tell me, *AGAIN* that "This is a normal phenomenon," and since I got such a good deal, "Believe an indentation is understandable." (AGAIN it's not an indentation.)
Then she went on to tell me (never mind the box lid came to me already broken) that they would need to CHARGE me "packaging fee" because their policy is "to keep the bag and packaging are intact and unused."
Further, she tells me: "Actually we don't wanna waste your money(The freight cost, 30% depreciation fee, and there may be tariffs" "Finally our manager told us, if you were willing to keep the bag, we will give you a $89 gift on your next order OR an additional 3% discount on your next item." [as written] <- "3%" on a $400 bag =$12
SO NO, NO RETURN IS ACCEPTED. Their solution only involves giving them more money.
Emily says to me (the same thing she told Lily Y, noted in her 1/26/2018 review, under designer-discreet dot cn):
"Why worry it so much? If you wear it confidently, noone will notice."
...$#$#%^&?! That's your comeback, for a faulty bag? That's weak, man.
[Update #5, almost a month later]
It's funny how they become suddenly fluent when explaining these so-called "policies". After reiterating the "company regulations" of not removing the packaging etc, Emily says, we all have to go by rules. (She also recommended AGAIN to "iron the leather flat".)
Her conclusion: "Personal requirements are different" and it's because some people are more discerning they see faults in the products. Says I am being more picky, because it's a replica. (Are you kidding me?! I'd be much more picky if it had been a genuine product.)
She wants me to purchase bags from other companies and compare the quality, and says "it's a pity you are not satisfied."
So there you have it. If something goes wrong with your order, the ending is, "it's a pity."
[Update #6 - I give up]
As she told others before, like a broken record, Emily says:
- I have to pay 30% restock fee since the packaging/protective film was opened
- I have to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS to have a replacement shipped
- I can only declare the bag's value up to $20
- If I incur any tariff/tax then I'm responsible
= ...all for a defect that is their fault, I'd be out more than $200 (30% + shipping).
I'd told Emily that is unreasonable, but she keeps repeating, "please comply with company regulations." Unless I'm "OK with the rules" above, I can't return.
I get it now. Her job is to basically wear you down until you give up on returning the item. She still doesn't give out the return address. I learned: This is a company to AVOID like a plague, including their sister site (perfect c club).

I previously wrote a bad review about their return policy regarding my Gucci Dionysus, which was first purchased bag from DD. But I deleted the review because they provided the best costumer service for my next purchase. I ordered few more bags and received perfect condition in two weeks after I submitted the order. The bags are beautiful and almost accurate. I wont say 100% accuracy because I owned several authentic bags and I can tell it is slightly different. If you want to have designer bags and no plan to resell it, DD is a good place to purchase because it is not scamming or fraud you wont loose your money. One of LV bag I purchased is hard to tell it is replica. Make sure research and compare with authentic before buy and look closely the pictures on the website, you wont regret it. Thanks again DD!

Finally received my Louis Vuitton Artsy in Damier Azur, and it is beautiful. Not 100% authentic, but very close, and the overall quality is excellent. It took almost 2-1/2 months to arrive; however, I may have had just poor timing. First delay caused by last two in stock not passing Quality Control and having to wait for new production. Shortly after production was complete, the website went down. When it was brought back up, details of my order were lost, so I had to supply purchase details and pictures. They were never able to link the order to my account, preventing me from checking status online. I had to continually email, but most emails were answered within 24 hours. And then today, I arrived home to find a notice in my mailbox that an attempt to deliver a parcel requiring a signature was made and could be picked up at post office.

Thats the question you must ask yourself. If you have spare money and youre willing to take the risk (risk of getting a manufactures defect, which would never, ever happen with authentic), and bad/cheap hardware, and also if you order a bag or wallet that is not very popular, you will get poor quality hardware which I really dont understand. The pattern and stitching is top notch, why cut costs with hardware? Why be cheap with the zippers? Even cheap Walmart wallets have smooth zippers and hardware!!! also if youre unhappy for any reason you will get many email responses trying to convince you the issue is fine. Thats the way Chinese do business. They do not do refunds. A sale is a sale and no one gets a full refund. You cannot even take any wrapping off a bag or they will say that you wore it and will deduct 30% from the value for a refund. Its a lose-lose situation. So you cannot inspect your purchase because that requires unwrapping. If you unwrap and are not happy then they have reason to believe you wore it. Really? If its cheap and not counter quality why would you take it outside? Why wear it? Embarrassing. Anyways, its a risk. Dont spend your saved money. Spend spare money that if you lose you wont cry over. You might get a great bag as I did; the Gucci Caleido tote. Its gorgeous! But if you care about hardware then you might be disappointed. The Caleido tote has zero hardware and is made of canvas....thats probably why Im happy with it. But all in all, an authentic Caleido is $1300 USD, and I spent over $1000 USD on my purchases from DD. Dont buy any YSL wallets. Theyre Bangkok night market quality....even worse. Honestly I dont understand what theyre jam is. Theyre patterns are super good, so is theyre stitching. Why are they so cheap with theyre hardware? I bought a Prada Promenade bag and the zippers are so loud! Not smooth at all! And the YSL wallet is ridiculous! Its so cheap! Like I said its Bangkok night market type. Why? Why are you people replicating the pattern so well but youre being cheap with the hardware? I love my Prada bag, but the zippers are awful, nevermind the circular imprint on the leather! Ruins the whole bag!!! Anyways, Id say choose a popular bag like the LV never full or some other Gucci Opheidea. Buy a popular bag or a bag without hardware. Dont buy a YSL wallet. Thats all I got to say about DD.

Do NOT order them anything: either you'll get awful items (poor quality ever) or you won't even receive your order (custom problems: the only solution they "offer" is that you send them more money (an additional 50 % of the total amount you've already paid!!!) to send you another one - without any guarantee this one will arrive, of course!).
So keep your money safe and buy to another supplier but AVOID DESIGNER DISCREET or you'll regret it...

I bought the Louis Vuitton MM Neverfull in Damier Ebene. I transferred money through Western Union. While my first attempt was denied, I tried again right after and somehow Western Union approved it. Designer Discreet responded to my emails quickly so they helped me through everything. Once the money transfer went through and they collected the money, my order was ready to be processed. They emailed me pre shipment photos literally the day after! Then, I got my package 6 days after ordering!! I was so surprised because it was coming all the way from China but it came so fast. They gave me an order number but did not send me a shipment tracking link or anything. To find my shipment tracking number I had to add them on the WeChat app and get in touch with customer service, who responded really fast. So anyway, I got my bag today and it is PERFECTION. I am so happy I listened to the good reviews online, especially from Purse Queen Blog. The order came with the shopping bag, box, dust bag, the actual LV, and authentication and cards which makes it look like you literally bought it from the store. There are no flaws. The only thing is it has a slight chemical smell when you first unbox it, but it goes away. I would definitely order from DD again. If you have a problem with not getting your order, it's probably because the money didn't go through or something. Check your email and your bank! sending money is the hardest part but once that's done, you get your bag in no time!
