They make up any number of excuses for not paying and not being responsible for payments that patients don't make. Costumer support is the worst and everyone is trained to lie and make excuses in such a way to avoid the responsibilities and not to pay what was promised during the contract!!!!

In February, I was trying to make a payment on their new patient portal. I hit one "make payment" and button and the company charged my debit card for my ENTIRE balance. There was no confirmation screen,or anything, it was a one button misleading transaction. I called them immediately explained what had happen and they refused to do anything about it. They claimed it was impossible and that they were keeping the money. I begged and pleaded, offered to pay more money that what I was originally making a payment for, expressed to them what position this was putting me in and they STILL refused to do anything. It was later revealed to me by a Denefits team member, they could have helped me from the beginning if they wanted to. They just refused. I made a claim a bank with claiming the charge was unintended and that Denefits knew this and were keeping the funding anyway. I asked for screen shots of my transaction or a video. In response to this, they sent the banks screen shots they manufactured of my transaction and were not actually from my transaction. I knew right away these weren't' from transaction. asked repeatedly if these screenshot were of my real time transaction or if they created them. They NEVER gave me a straight answer. My suspicions were later confirmed by a a more senior member of their team. They sent the bank MANUFACTURED screenshots as if they were of my own experience. Amazingly deceptive. These also showed nothing about what the actual screen looked like or the payment option buttons. I spent a month trying to work with them and get answers but they just kept refusing to answer questions and pushing me off saying"there is nothing we can do". So, with the deceptive information, the bank reversed my claim and again the money was taken unexpectedly out of my account. Right int he middle of a pandemic I remind you. After this, I told them my plan to go public with this information and my story. A nice woman then tried to actually help me get some funding back but at that point it was too. She also confirmed they COULD HAVE DONE THIS FROM THE BEGINNING...and none of this needed to happen The money had already been taken out, and they couldn't give any real time line for when I could receive any of the money. So I decided to just let them keep their precious money and I would let the public know about their deceptive practices. I have documentation to prove everything I wrote here. BEWARE BEFORE YOU DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I was recently blindsided by the need for a dental implant but I didn't have the $4K to complete the process. Denefits saved me! The application process was super easy and I didn't have to worry about a credit check. A huge weight of worry was taken off of my shoulders! Thank you, Denefits!

Denefits has really helped our business grow with their payment plans software. Here in Saratoga Springs, NY, we have a smaller community but a lot of visitors so having this option was imperative for our office. You don't have to be a resident of the town to be a patient. Things happen and when you are on vacation, sometimes those extra funds just are not available. For our office, we just ensure to get proper identification and proof of income. I can honestly say, without Denefits our little office would not be able to be open 6 days a week or be closed during the towns slow season. We still get payments during our closures! Denefits is top notch for us and we are happy to spread the word!

1 star is definitely too much for them! I have never been late. My payment was due on the 15th. I called them 2 weeks in advance to give them my HSA card to have my payment charged and told them the money wouldn't be available until the next day. The 16th. One Day later! On the 15th they attempted to charge my HSA and payment was declined. They started off that morning of the 15th with an email at 7am letting me know my payment was declined and to call immediately to make a payment. By 9am the company called and sent me a text message. Mind you the payment was not late. And I had given them advance notice the money would not be available till the 16th so this is an error on their end not mine. I responded to the text stating the money will be there the 16th (next day). Person texting was rude and said there will be a $25.00 late fee. I said 'whatever the money will still not be there till tomorrow' she/he continued to text me. I told them to stop harassing me and blocked the number. The payment went through the next day (they made sure to include the late fee). I must be their only customer if they get so stressed over a payment that wasn't even technically late. I have NEVER had a company Email, text, call all within hours ever. This company is so unethical and I will NEVER do business with them or recommend to anyone. This are discussing place and should not be in business. Most unethical company EVER! Bunch of SCAMMERS!!!

The guaranteed payments are amazing! I had a couple of overdue patients, I get it but Denefits just did my first payout for their payments and I couldn't be happier. The process was simple, the documents requested were not any different then when I submit to the insurance agency. Easy, to the point and helping me grow my business. Shout out to Denefits! Keep it up!

Denefits has really changed my perspective on financing. I no longer have to deal with collection side of my practice and my OM thanks me for this all the time! We get to really focus on our patients treatment and flexible payment options. I can't thank Denefits enough for the service they are providing to my company and our community!
