I purchased an item that just wasn't up-to-par for the cost. I wrote customer service about my concerns and was told that the item was sold as "all sales final", unfortunately. But after a simple dialogue with a helpful Support Hero, Veronica, I was refunded in full despite the policy suggesting otherwise.
What started as a bad experience turned into a really great display of brand character. I was treated like a human instead of a policy. More businesses should take notice and follow suit. Will definitely do business with Daily Beast again!
