I made a full complain about my experience before in this platform. And before that I gave the option to company to solve my problem first they promised that they will but than they said that cost of this problem is to high for them ( cost was 150 euro).
I openly asked them if money is more important than customer problem. Because they cheated me 2 times. Answer was yes. Money is more important.
They just send an auto answer to every complain.(you can check all messages on Trustpilot)
They probably don’t read what is your problem.

Not trustable Seller. No answers to messages. Today is 5th working day after order. When you send them message they announce package but that package isn't moving.
I tried to avoid Amazon to support smaller sellers but after this I will probably stick with Amazon for its reliability.

Ordered and paid for a new business laptop. The next day, Cyberport shipped the laptop to a wrong destination. Their customer service lied to me three times about the status of the shipment. DHL called me twice that the laptop is still in the wrong destination(wrong country even). 6 working days have passed. I tried contacting their manager, he did not respond. I tried contacting their customer satisfaction department, no response. Do not trust them. They do not care about you or your business after they take your money.

On 1 May i've ordered philips lights. Waiting for my order until 1 Juni. Sended a email about the order. On 10 Juni ive recieved email about the order and 13 juni they sended my package finally after 1 month wiating and contacting them. After waiting 1 month again still no package. Ive called and spoken with them without a solution. on Juli 9th and 14th sended 2 emails, they didnt response. Again contact with them and on 23 juli ive cancelled the order and asked my money back. So ive waited 2 whole months for my package and a solution still got nothing! This is the worst company ive met.

I placed an order on 21/06/2020 worth 444euros.
Order number 2003067619
Until 01/07/2020 no update on the status of the order, so i send them the first email. No response.
On 06/07/2020 follow up email where Nadja Born ("Customer Happiness"!!) confirm the order is shipped.
Until 16/07/2020 the order has not received and contacting them again. Same day Cybertport inform me that they cancel the order without further explanation!!! This is how professionals they are...
In addition, they cancel the order WITHOUT RETURNING BACK THE EDENRED COUPONS WORTH 400EUROS.
I have escalate the fraud to Edenred but be aware - these guys are unprofessional and they do nothing but fraud

I bought something expensive and important for my work on 10 May 2020. According to the Cyperport website, the article was in stock and would be delivered to me within the week. That was the very reason why I chose to order from Cyberport instead of from their competitors.
Ich habe etwas Teueres und meiner Arbeit Wichtiges am 10.5.2020 bestellt. Als ich es bestellte, berichtete die Cyberport-Webseite, der Artikel sei vorhanden und würde innerhalb einer Woche ankommen. Gerade deswegen habe ich von Cyberport bestellt, anstatt von seinen Konkurrenten.
Am 14.5 wurde der Liefertermin auf 29.5 verschoben, zwei Wochen verspätet. On May 14th, I received an email that the delivery date was pushed back two weeks, from May 17th to May 29th.
Am 18.5 hieß es "Liefertermin derzeit unbestimmt". On May 18th Cyberport wrote that the delivery date could not be determined.
Am 26.5 wurde der Liefertermin auf 12.6 verschoben, nun vier Wochen verspätet. On May 26th the delivery date was pushed back *another* two weeks, to June 12th, four weeks later than promised.
Am 30.5 wurde er wieder "derzeit unbestimmt". On May 30th Cyberport wrote that the delivery date could (once again) not be determined.
Am 7.6 hieß es wieder 12.6, immer noch vier Wochen spät. On June 7th Cyberport changed its mind and again gave June 12th as the delivery date, still four weeks later than promised.
Am 11.6 wurde er auf 19.6 verschoben, fünf Wochen verspätet. Four days later they pushed it back another week to June 19th, five weeks later than promised — and counting.
Am 16.6 wurde er auf 26.6 verschoben, sechs Wochen verspätet. Five days later Cyberport pushed the delivery date back yet another week to June 26th, six weeks later than promised.
Am 20.6 wurde der Liefertermin wieder "derzeit unbestimmt". On June 20th Cyberport wrote that the delivery date could (once again) not be determined.
Am 28.6 wurde ich erneut informiert, der Liefertermin sei "derzeit unbestimmt". On June 28th Cyberport wrote again that the delivery date could not be determined, just in case I hadn't gotten the message a week earlier.
Today the delivery is over 7 weeks later than initially promised. In that time I've been notified of five different delivery dates (May 15th, 29th, June 12th, 19th and 26th), none of which actually happened. I understand that Cyberport would like to keep me informed, all to the good, but I would much prefer if I could believe anything that they write. Cyberport is untrustworthy.
Der Liefertermin bleibt bis heute unerfüllt, sieben Wochen nach dem abgesprochen Termin. In der Zeit wurde ich fünf verschiedene Termine verkauft (15.5, 29.5, 12.6, 19.6 und 26.6), die alle nicht stattgefunden haben. Ich verstehe schon, dass Cyberport mich auf dem Laufenden halten möchte, schön und gut, aber ich hätte es wirklich lieber, wenn ich der Firma etwas glauben könnte. Man kann meiner Erfahrung nach Cyberport nicht vertrauen.

This is such a joke of a company that it’s almost funny. It’s as if Cyberport is deliberately providing the worst service experience ever just for laughs. It really is that bad: It’s a thoroughly untrustworthy company staffed by dismissive, incompetent people.
I ordered a fan from them over a months ago on May 21st. Today, June 24th I still haven’t got it. My shipment has been stuck at DHL distribution center since May 29. Why? Cyberport dropped it off at a DHL Express point without paying for this express service. They also mishandled my address details so they bungled this order from the very beginning. Despite countless e-mails to address this problem, I only received automated e-mails. And despite the fact that DHL customer service even registered a case number for my missing parcel, Cyberport still forced me to open a case with Visa card for restitution.
Again, over a period of 4 weeks I have sent Cyberport dozens of e-mails, even ‘cc-ed’ to kundenzufriedenheit and they just sent automated replies and never looked into the problem. Cyberport will now probably feel obligated to respond to this review but I’m only writing it to warn fellow potential customers. I hope you will see for yourself that I’m merely the latest angry customer and that all complaints describe similar problems. Shop somewhere else. Anywhere else. Seriously. Because this was truly my worst internet purchase ever.
(P.S. Dear Manuel from Cyberport- or anyone else at Cyberport, I’m sure you are reading this today but don’t even bother to come up with some lame excuse NOW. I’ve tried to call, and e-mailed you countless times. I even sent e-mails to kundenzufriedenheid and your company never did nothing)

Worst experience ever. In 2016 I bought a laptop that was labeled as new with a full HD display. The screen was never HD, the laptop had severe problems and 6 months after I bought it I had to send it in to get repaired 3 times because whenever I plugged in the charger, the screen wouldn't work (it would flicker and I couldn't see what was on the screen). About the same time the laptop started to get really slow. Tried to contact Cyberport but they never answered my emails. There where also partitions visible that shouldn't have been (Recovery and System partitions), a sign that this was a used laptop previously used in a business of some sort. Thanks to them, I had to work with a broken laptop for 4 years.
Cyberport is an extremely shady business, that tricks it's customers and avoids legal obligations as a vendor. I would not recommend shopping here.

I purchased a product on May 18 sold as available, but in reality it is not. after a month my article has not yet been sent, I am still waiting ... they do not respond to the numerous emails that I have sent except with automatic replies. I also wrote to kundenzufriedenheit email address without getting an answer. extremely negative experience. not recommended

I ordered a monitor with Cyberport on the 6th of april 2020. A week later the monitor was still stuck at a DHL centre so I called DHL and they told me Cyberport had to give more information about the order or else they couldn' t proceed. I called Cyberport with this message (was on hold for about 30 minutes, was like this everytime i called them) and they told me (in a very grumpy way) that i should just be patient. About 3 weeks later i still hadn' t received a thing and the package didn' t move since day 2 after i ordered. I called cyberport again and they told me that the shipment would come back to cyberport and i would get my money back. Because i would receive a refund i ordered a new monitor over the phone (which btw went well and i received that one within a week). Back to the problem: When the first order returned i got an email with the message that a replacement monitor was going to be shipped to my adress. An hour after this email i called cyberport that they told me i would get my money back and not a replacement monitor so i asked them to cancel this order. At that point the order was put through and they couldn' t do anything anymore. They told me I should refuse the order when it came to my adress. Unfortunately they told DHL that they could deliver the package to a neighbour so that's what they did (that's what DHL told me when i called them). At this point it's already the 12th of May. I called Cyberport AGAIN and they would send me a return label in the email. 2 days later i didn' t receive anything so i send them an angry email. I had to pay for the return label myself and they would refund this. Last tuesday (19 may 2020) the monitor was delivered back at their warehouse and so far i haven' t heard a thing. MORE then 1 and a half month later and this issue is still not resolved. It's almost amazing how many things went wrong with this order. It's one of the worst costumer services i had ever had. It's like there is no internal communication in the entire company. Fix this Cyberport!

Very unpleasant experience with this shop, I would not recommend it.
I bought Macbook pro 13' five days ago. The box was open, the charger was used already (with stains on it), the cable as well, since they both were without original packing.The screen was also without prevention film and had the stains from cleaning.

I’ve got drifted and somehow blinded by the price difference that I got from them - I ordered a MacBook Pro 2018 refurbished 2,3 ghz/265gb which was in a price of 1,499€ -100€ compared to the market!
Was staying at home and at once got an email from the delivery company (DPD) the my package was delivered but I was at home at the moment!!
Went down to see if it was left in the building door or so but nothing! Called dpd and they said the driver had left it in front of t he building door! Called cyber tech and they said we are not responsible if it was lost or even stolen! It was delivered!!!
Over three days and constant calls and with no help whatsoever, then magically the MacBook was left in front of my door steps!
Opened it and the pc was totally scratched and in a poor condition ( refurbished means almost new but the original packaging was opened by another client! ) - so whatever!!! I contacted the company and said I’ll give it back- it’s not worth my money!
It took them 3,5 weeks to send me back my money to the credit card!
I would NOT recommend to order from them!
I ordered another pc and paid 100€ in another trusted website and everything worked just perfectly with no stress at all!
They offer low prices and combined with that a low costumer service!
By the way, much luck when trying calling them - in a state it took me between 25-45 mins to talk with an employee!!! Compared with Gravis that answers in 3-8 minutes!!!!

Worth a try... My gadget broke well before end of warranty. CP customer support repeatedly referred me to the manufacturer while their liability as a vendor are clearly at hand. Only brute force threatening got them to accept their legal duties. Dirty tricks with the aim to fool customers for their own good.

I've made order with huge discount. Contact and delivery address in Netherland. They charge me for delivery to the Netherland, but they sent parcel to my bank address in Poland. They promise me that package will be retrieve and sent once again to right address. After one month they give me back my money, but they charge me 64 cents for they "service"

Many issues with this order: first one of the items I purchased was not in stock even though when I placed the order the information showed it was. Then they keep postponing the delivery because of this item for days until they finally acknowledged that the item was not in stock. Then they replaced the item with a different one without even asking if that’s ok. They don’t give you an invoice until they ship your order, which means you can be weeks without an invoice even though they charge your card immediately (this is not OK for business accounting). Just terrible.

I ordered a samsung monitor 49" (model number : c49gh90) on last black friday with 629 € and 25€ for dilevery to czech republic and since that day i know nothing about it
And today they send me a letter which content : they send my monitor by dhl and dhl after 2 days send it back to them and it was open and they will send my money back in 60 days
Are u kidding me ?
18 days i was waiting for nothing and i have to wait also 60 days

After ordering a monitor that was immediately available, I received an email 3 days later that the monitor would be dispatched in 5 days.
A total of 8 days later, the monitor is no longer available in stock, but only after 2-4 days.
I ordered this monitor because I wanted it to be as quick as possible and it was "immediately available".
Then I called customer service and after waiting about 20 minutes someone answered my call and ... nothing (no comment is required).
This is my 3rd order and my 3rd negative rating.
I don't understand these positive reviews. Or is it a coincidence that I had problems with all 3 orders.
I am sure I will not get my monitor for the next week either because "cyberport" is a really bad shop that always has stupid excuses.
"Small print." And please save your time with an apology and do not post an answer to this review as I will not change my review because you are just bad.

Bad service! Ordered my laptop 10 days ago, paid for it, it was sent with DPD. Because I was not home, DPD rerouted the shipment to a DPD shop. But it has to go to the central warehouse first, after 2-3 days to the store. I went 3 times to the store until now, the shipment is not there yet!!
I’ve been trying to call Cyberport customer “service”, every time I’m waiting 20’ on the line and then I hang up. Worst service ever! It would be my 3rd laptop from them, but I really consider not to pick it up and just demand my money back.
