Very unpleasant experience with this shop, I would not recommend it.

I bought Macbook pro 13' five days ago. The box was open, the charger was used already (with stains on it), the cable as well, since they both were without original packing.The screen was also without prevention film and had the stains from cleaning.

Missed item from shipment, got no respons on email. Maybe this gets their attention.
A pity that regular, private email begets no reply in a week, but a public negative review on trustpilot prompts a response within 8 hours. I was told the missing item will be shipped to me. Changed my review to three stars.
Update: received the item a week later.

Awesome experience with Cyberport. To be precise I ordered the product on Cyberport at 9.10 am on 28th April 2020 and the product delivered to my home at 11.00 am 29th April 2020. It was lighting speed delivery speed.

great vacuum! everything as labeled, functions well and has several tools to use for cleaning, especially for the smaller vacuum.
Really love the self storage options on the vacuum which the regular bosch vacuum doesnt have.

Worst service, i had to call multiple times to ask for a change in my order and still didn't get it. Most of their workers are rude as well. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

I’ve got drifted and somehow blinded by the price difference that I got from them - I ordered a MacBook Pro 2018 refurbished 2,3 ghz/265gb which was in a price of 1,499€ -100€ compared to the market!
Was staying at home and at once got an email from the delivery company (DPD) the my package was delivered but I was at home at the moment!!
Went down to see if it was left in the building door or so but nothing! Called dpd and they said the driver had left it in front of t he building door! Called cyber tech and they said we are not responsible if it was lost or even stolen! It was delivered!!!
Over three days and constant calls and with no help whatsoever, then magically the MacBook was left in front of my door steps!
Opened it and the pc was totally scratched and in a poor condition ( refurbished means almost new but the original packaging was opened by another client! ) - so whatever!!! I contacted the company and said I’ll give it back- it’s not worth my money!
It took them 3,5 weeks to send me back my money to the credit card!
I would NOT recommend to order from them!
I ordered another pc and paid 100€ in another trusted website and everything worked just perfectly with no stress at all!
They offer low prices and combined with that a low costumer service!

By the way, much luck when trying calling them - in a state it took me between 25-45 mins to talk with an employee!!! Compared with Gravis that answers in 3-8 minutes!!!!

Worth a try... My gadget broke well before end of warranty. CP customer support repeatedly referred me to the manufacturer while their liability as a vendor are clearly at hand. Only brute force threatening got them to accept their legal duties. Dirty tricks with the aim to fool customers for their own good.

Is ok not best and not bad but i not order again there give better stores

Ordered and delivered in 4 days, and got what i ordered to a very good price

The monitor has just arrived, and now it's in my own quarantine for the next 24 hours. I will open and try it tomorrow. Meanwhile, I have the following observations to share:

1. I live in a large block of 200 flats. DHL put the new monitor in the lift and just left it there!
Some 40 minutes later, a neighbour called to say we had a "TV in the lift"!
I understand the safety measures around the COVID-19 outbreak, but leaving the item unattended and just driving away is NOT acceptable.

2. It took exactly 2 weeks, from placing the order to the delivery.
I understand that the logistics are currently complex, so I don't really mind.

Best laptop vendor. Worst maintenance service. Literally forgot to fix my laptop for an entire 3 weeks even though I was constantly sending emails. After talking on the phone they changed the battery litterally in one day. After a whole month of waiting.

I've made order with huge discount. Contact and delivery address in Netherland. They charge me for delivery to the Netherland, but they sent parcel to my bank address in Poland. They promise me that package will be retrieve and sent once again to right address. After one month they give me back my money, but they charge me 64 cents for they "service"

Very satisfied with purchase

I had to wait for almost 1.5 months to receive it. It took such a long time. But as of the product it's good.

Many issues with this order: first one of the items I purchased was not in stock even though when I placed the order the information showed it was. Then they keep postponing the delivery because of this item for days until they finally acknowledged that the item was not in stock. Then they replaced the item with a different one without even asking if that’s ok. They don’t give you an invoice until they ship your order, which means you can be weeks without an invoice even though they charge your card immediately (this is not OK for business accounting). Just terrible.

I placed an order for AirPod pro and paid extra for the express delivery which are supposed to be delivered in 3 hours. It is now two days and they have not even send me mail order but took the money from my credit card. Now I have left Germany as I was there only for a few days. How do I cancel the order

I placed an order over a week ago, and my item has not been despatched. They are still selling it and indicate it is in stock. Emails are not responded to. This company is a joke, and I will not be ordering from them every again.

I purchased a DELL G3 15 3590 G1DFD during the black Friday sale. The store page mentions that the laptop has a 144 Hz display and yet they sent me a laptop with a 60Hz display. When I contacted them about this, they asked me to return the laptop and said that they will provide me a refund. Why would I return a laptop which I purchased for a lower price and then purchase it again at a higher price? I see through your customer tactics, Cyberport.

edit: I have yet to receive a response after sending a mail to the address given in the reply.

edit 2: I did receive a response. I have sent an email asking whether they will exchange my laptop for the correct one or simply refund the discounted price at which I purchased the laptop

Excellent service, fast delivery. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the script on the check out page so that the entire ordering process goes on continuously.

I ordered a samsung monitor 49" (model number : c49gh90) on last black friday with 629 € and 25€ for dilevery to czech republic and since that day i know nothing about it
And today they send me a letter which content : they send my monitor by dhl and dhl after 2 days send it back to them and it was open and they will send my money back in 60 days
Are u kidding me ?
18 days i was waiting for nothing and i have to wait also 60 days
It is shame on you
