I had an issue with the website accepting my payment. Your customer service person by the name of Barry called me and rectified the situation immediately.
I also had an issue with calling the company via telephone. I placed a call to you and the telephone system said it would not accept calls from callers with "blocked caller ID." Again Barry rectified this by calling me. So I would say the customer service is excellent.
We are very happy with the coins as this is a re-order due to the popularity of the coin.

My logo design was very difficult to make on a coin but the company worked with me for as much time was needed to make sure they could produce a quality design of my business logo for my coins.
I appreciated all the help I received to make the design on the coin look like my logo.

I thought it was very streamlined. Good service. Only issues were both times I requested an image proof, the image had errors in it. Also the timeframe exceeded 2 days. Up to 8 days for a new proof. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Over all, working with Customchallengecoins.com has been a good experience. It would have been nice to be able to discuss exact details with the designers who were creating the coin, but the overall theme of the coin turned out well. Response time was typically quick, and in turn we will hopefully have the coins in hand prior to our event in a month.

After an initial mix-up regarding the name of the site (the proof came in under a different name than the older site name I ordered under), I had nothing but good experiences. With the online order form, there should be a way to choose the options on the coins being ordered (such as sequential numbering, etc) so they are figured into the final cost as appropriate.

The response time on design changes was very quick and professional. The Art work was exceptional and I am very excited to see the finished product.
My only negative comments is that they seemed to only be able to make one change at a time. At least on several occasions I listed multiple changes and they only made the top one or two so I had to go back and forth with them several times in order to get it exactly right. That may have been partly my problem in not effectively communicating my desires.
