Tyrwhitt did nothing wrong. I am the culprit here. I thought I was buying a black bow tie with silver dots on it. Instead, there are little shiny stones in the fabric. I look like a trans ******. Since its my fault, I am keeping it. Perhaps it will open new horizons in my octogenarian life.

The colors on the website are not accurate reflections of the products. Mustard turned out to be the color of what gets dries on the kitchen counter overnight. Burgundy turned out to be a brick.

Your shirts are fine. However, you use USPS for shipping and it was awful. It took nearly a month for the shirts to get here and I almost missed having them for Christmas. Please use UPS or FedEx.

This was my first purchase from Charles Tyrwhitt. First, I was disappointed that a gift box was not available for the ties I purchased. One would think you would have tie boxes, even to purchase. I had to find another box, as these were gifts. The worst part of my experience was in delivery. The box was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain, not even up against my house to protect it. The box was saturated and fell apart when I picked it up. The ties were each in plastic, which protected them to a certain extent. The plastic was wet, and the ends of 2 of the ties also got wet. They dried out and did not appear to have any stains but I was very dissatisfied in my overall experience. The ties were nice quality.

The template for my size changed and their fit now isn't accurate. I know this to be the case instead of my waist getting larger due to the pants in the size I've previously ordered still fitting me correctly and the same numerical size pants on new orders do not. Unfortunately, this uncertainty will likely cause me to shop for clothiers with a more accurate pant fit. I love their suits so wish it was an easy fix but doesn't appear to be.
