I have ordered many pairs of pants from CT. All have fit — 32x30, but these 2 pairs of 5 pocket mini cords I just received are marked as 32x30, but are more like 32x28. Definitely high water pants. I was surprised because my past many orders from CT have all been great. Oh well, maybe next time..

Improve their packaging. Every time I get a package, it seems to be so weak. This last time, the packaging was horrible and smashed. The box just didn’t hold up and my mask was missing. I most likely won’t order online again.

I received 4 shirts....one had the front left panel sewn to the placket at an angle. I returned it very easily. The other 3 are SLIM CUT DRESS SHIRTS....each shirt is cut differently thru body!!!!!!!!!!!! Not first time shirts returned for improper specking. Still considering return of the 3. I have purchased quit a number of shirts and HATE the relaxed product inspection.

Your website allows dress shirt configurations which you have only for certain colors but not for other colors. Instead of letting your customer know while configuring the dress shirt you accept the configuration but change “secretly” order and delivery. That’s not fair.

Got the correct pants, wrong sized jacket. Called and they sent out a new jacket...this time right size but wrong jacket...now waiting for right size and right jacket. Hopefully third time is a charm. Original order placed a month ago.
