I LOVE CT shirts (just look at my order history) but the white poplin in Egyptian cotton is terrible. It struck badly in the wash and otherwise feels...cheap. Love the other two, but gonna have to toss the white one.

I love your shirts and have over 20 of them but unfortunately I waited for almost 2 months to get one of the shirts that I ordered. Not the service that I was expecting. On a side note, I had already sent an email similar to this to your customer service team a couple of weeks ago and I never heard back from anyone which was also quite disappointing.

All my orders since a Christmas mishap, have gone wrong. Today in a confirmation I found out a shirt is going to the wrong address. I am not even going to call we will just fix it ourselves.

Terrible logistics. Took weeks as DHL sent it to the wrong country. Arrived with box in tatters and tapped together. Shirt packaging torn but at least the shirts weren’t damaged. They sent me a $20 credit for a $500 order. Not again.

I have not received the shirts as of January 5th, 2021. If it was possible to leave a rating of less than 1 star I would have. On 12/17?20 I got an email from the company with a $25 credit for new purchase and stating that that my shirts were damaged in shipment. A promise was made to deliver the shirts in 4 days.
