Everything was a breeze. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to find it quick and easy. The only thing that disappointed me was they didn't have many different colors of non iron twill super slim, which is what I wear.

The shirts I ordered were first quality as I would expect from Charles Tyrwhitt. They fit perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. My complaint was the cheap packaging that arrived. The cardboard box they came was light, easily squashed, and unsealed. When I took the package from my Letter Carrier all five of the shirts I ordered came out of the box and unto the ground. Really? I paid over $200 for items to be shipped all the way from the UK packaged in cheap material? And there was no paper or air bubble filling between the shirts; they appear to have been tossed in the box and the flap closed - no sealing tape - and mailed on. Through all the processes those shirts went through, they could have fallen out anywhere during that trip. And they still may have but were placed back in the cheap cardboard and sent along. The company really needs to upgrade their packaging materials, especially on international shipments.

I keep coming back to Tyrwhitt shirts and pants because they are of great quality, style, and fit. I ordered online a few more pieces on sale and the process was simple, delivery was prompt, and they kept me updated along the process. Then I had to return one of the pieces because it just was not fitting the way I was expecting and they have a very simple and fast return process all the way to the refund on my account.

Customer service was great! I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because when my order arrived it only had 1 out of 5 shirts. 4 were missing. The other 4 were shipped out ASAP, but did not come in time for our event. I think you should provide tracking numbers for all orders.
The shirts look to be good quality and fit well.
