Sad experience -bought a machine which arrived promptly two days later , unfortunately was in a totally inadequate vehicle with no way of unloading heavy machine , it was also damaged , so refused delivery . Despite endless promises the machine never came back and although I was very patient in the end I just gave up -requested a refund which to date hasn’t materialised , I think they are prob a good company but this really was a SNAFU from start to finish .
