I bought a puppy online for 650 everything included. They called they texted then once she was supposedly at the airport I got another call to purchase a cage for flight for 1900/2600$ after that I new something was wrong they were pushing me to go purchase visa gift cards to pay for this cage it was Halloween so I couldn’t I mean super pushy trying everything in there Power and then I told them no I new something was wrong!! Horrible

I was looking to gift an apple head Chihuahuas to my elderly 68 year old mother for the holidays and looked on line for breeders and came across Crystal Chihuahuas. I looked at there adoption process and there purchasing process and the testimonials from other customers. I found the web sight to seem reputable. So I called them about a puppy I was interested in and began the adoption process. They have you complete a home evaluation form that they send you by email. which makes you feel like they are above board, after being approved for a puppy, they called me and we discussed payment options. They wanted a Walmart to Walmart wire transfer. I asked why they didn't take credit cards or paypal. They said this way they can cut down on credit card fraud and they get there money and there customers are protected. Ok sound's good. I then told this person I was not comfortable sending the whole amount and that I would do half and then when the puppy arrives I would complete our transaction with the final full payment. He agreed. So with the info of were to wire the money I sent the first half, and he called with confirmation. He then go's on about how it will take a few days to complete paperwork and that they will email us with the travel info and arrival time of the puppy at our local air port. They are in Virginia I am in NM. So he Phone's with travel info and that the puppy will Fly on 11/9/20 2016 and as soon as he has the arrival time he will notify me. So the morning of 11-9-20 the day the puppy is to fly, I get a phone call from a person claiming to be from FlyPet Express claiming that my puppy was in Baltimore and that there has been an over sight about the travel arrangement's for the puppy and that the dog was to travel with a pet insurance and that they needed me to pay them $780.00 to purchases emergency travel insurance for the dog and that they ASPCA requires this for animals to fly and that it is federal law. Well I know this isn't so. So I look into it just incase I'm wrong. So I call my local ASPCA. and they inform me this is a scam and that I shouldn't pay them anything elt's. So I have spent the day call the police here and in Virginia and the AG offices in both States and now I'm informing people here. Don't trust this web sight.
