Update: I have today spoken to Hanna at customer care, Hanna said she would look into the problem and come back to me as soon as possible. Within an hour She came back to me with a positive outcome. I have therefore changed my rating.
I have received a Christmas present. Unfortunately it wasn’t anything I would use so instead of visiting the shop for an exchange I took the receipt with me so I could get the money back. I was told I could only exchange or get a credit note. I could have got money back if I had returned the gift by 17th Dec. The gift was purchased on 3rd dec. As Christmas this year and every other year falls on 24th Dec, it is impossible to do so.
I have however checked on their web shop. There they have 30 days/exchange/money return. Why is the system worse when purchasing from one of their shops?
