This company suddenly showed up on my checking account as a $40.00 charge. I called them, and they wanted ME to give all my data to confirm I am a member. Then they offer to investigate if the charge is a fraud. This is ridiculous!

I was dropping my daughter at school this morning and it’s 7:59 AM I received a notification saying that I authorized a transaction of $39.90 to CSRCR.com and I have no idea who or what this place is, never even heard of it! so now I had to go through all the hassle of disputing the charge and gcanceling my card. I looked it up and looks like I’m not the only One thats been scammed by this place, there’s a ton of people that have so why is nothing being done?

Right as my SSI check was deposited suddenly $39.90 Was taken out of my account. I called the number and they wanted me to give them all my information and spell everything but refused to tell me what company they worked for so I hung up on them, but I have to wait until Monday to notify my bank. They were really rude and spoke in a thick Indian accent and would not answer one question I asked them, but demanded info saying I won gift cards or something.

Bottom line I discovered I had cancer last year, and after surgery, treatments, etc. I can thankfully praise God that I am now cancer free. BUT over the next 12-14 months I did not watch my bank statements and accounts like I normally do and ended up with several fraudulent charges on my accounts. I have been able to get some resolved on my own, some with help from bank, but there are some like this one that go from one weird acronym to another one several months at a time and rename their site, etc and continually say you signed up for whatever service they say they are at the time. It started with a $1.00 charge and then changed to $39.90 each month for two months and then all of a sudden a $39.90 charge came the following month but the name was CRSCR.COM. I've called both places to find out who they were and the names of their companies and they both were very arrogant and say that I signed up for some type credit monitoring plus roadside a**istance(?) on CSMBLT (CreditCosmo) & said the CRSCR was their new acronym and so basically charges are still coming out of my account but now company "I signed up for" is CheckScores and they (CSMBLT) would not credit my account. I called the number for CRSCR and they said I had "just" signed up for their service and it was just coincidence that charges were the same as the other company. She said I had to stay in program a year and therefore would not refund last month's charges or future charges. I asked to have her email or send me some documentation proving I signed up for something I know I didn't do and she said she didn't have to, my debit card number was proof enough that I signed up for it. All of a sudden I get an email from Check3Scores later that day I called saying they had received a request from me to reset my pa**word and if I had not sent that request not to worry and just do nothing as customer account safety was of utmost concern. BUT the email addressed me by name and included "my membership number" which I guess they made up for me that day. I'm beyond upset and just pray my bank will help me with this issue. I've looked up both numbers and companies today and have found complaints galore on both numbers and seemingly nobody is being helped in any way with this fraud!!

I called this number 855-421-9615 and reached an independent company who issues refunds. They asked for my phone number, pulled up my account and issued a refund no questions asked. It took 2 minutes and I was told I would receive my refund in 4-7 days. They do not cancel your account, you need to call CRSCR in order to do that.

I looked at my card statement and seen 3 charges for diff amounts that toataled $50.58 all together so I googled the name and sure enough they are the same company with 2 seperate names. I called and the first guy I spoke with told me he was a supervisior and when I told him he wasnt gonna interrupt me and he needed to answer my questions and not answer my questions with a question he proceded to hang up on me. I callwd back and asked for a supervisor and a man named maurice explained to me that he was a supervisor and I said well how convieient I can call there and get 2 supervisors during 2 seperate calls in the same day and I repeated everything to him and he as well told me he couldnt do anything about it and I yelled at him and told him I was gonna call my ex that hapoens to be a federal agent and he would be in the office building they were located at in Boca Raton in a matter of minutes and thats when he said he would go ahead with the refund. These people are pathetic and need to be investigated and shut down.

I clicked on a $1.00 trial link that was labeled Foreclosure Site, when I got billed 39.90 it came up as a Credit Monitoring Co. I never would have purchased that, I have Karma.COM for free. You cannot cancel on line, you have to call. The young man I spoke with "Ernest" kept trying to get me to not cancel. I told him over &over I wanted this cancelled. He disrespectfully giggled through the entire phone call & told me I should read the small print.

They said I signed and paid for $1.00 free credit report and never canceled. Not true there is no $1.00 charge. They took my info and I didn’t catch until today. 3/13/18. So since 7/10/17 they have been charging 39.90. Also would not give name of who I was speaking to, and hung up twice.

I was online trying desperately to find out how I could find an agency that could help me find an apartment that I could afford, then a website came on saying they provide help for single moms in trouble, it prompted me to get my free credit score, I was stupid to believe someone really wanted to help.
