Absolute junk and pathetic customer service. Throw your money off a high bridge - you’ll get more fun out of it and the experience will last longer than the junk these people make.

Not only did I buy these earbuds through Walmart online, but when I initially started using them I had Trouble with the battery life. They only worked for like an hour the. They would shut down. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that it was not their problem since the product was t purchased directly from them. I would only use them only for leg day workouts at the gym and even then I only had 1 hour usage at most. Now the pairing with the Bluetooth is impossible to connect, it won’t sync with Bluetooth at all. I love the design but the actual product is terrible the only reason why I purchased Crazybaby wireless earbuds was because of their design it fit perfectly on my ear. But the quality is disgusting phone calls are terrible the person on the other line sounds like they are across a street trying to talk that’s how far it sounds. Would I recomend this product absolutely NOT, I took a chance on this purchase simply because the design was sleek and fit perfectly in my ear.. The quality of the product overall is terrible.

I had to return my first pair. 2nd pair works better, I had to pay shipping for 2nd pair, but they still cut out quite a bit, frequently have to "reboot" and try pairing multiple times to get them to work right. They just aren't very reliable and can be quite frustrating to use, not highly recommended.

Got a pair from indiegogo with very very low volume and support has been atrocious.
Bought a pair from amazon and faulty from the start and also tried a second pair that arrived faulty too!
Quite simply, avoid!

This are a pretty expensive s#&t.
I was one of the backers on indiegogo and eventually I received my air nano after several months waiting without any news from Crazybaby, and I had to pay customs for it (I live in the UK).
The right earbud is loosing connection all the time what makes the sound experience quite annoying having to reconnect it all the time and eventually resetting it and starting over with the pairing process.
The left earbud runs out of battery earlier than the righ one and you can not charge just one of it, you must wait until both are discharged to start the charging process what forces you to keep switching on the charged earbud over and over again until it runs out of battery.
Now the headphones sopped charging.
I have already lost my money and too much time with this s#&t, and after reading all the comments I am not going to loose my temper with the crap customer service.
There are better products in the market, don't lose your time and money with this one.

They kept telling people that they were increasing production but then something would happen which caused delivery dates to be pushed back. As of today, it has been 17 days since they gave us an update. DO NOT waste your money on them

One star is too much for this company. 3 months after reporting faulty non charging and poorly designed nano earphones I have now been told to return them to China after over a dozen emails where they will also charge a 10% handling fee deducted before I receive a refund!
Utter joke with awful products and diabolical customer service,
The charge is unreliable. The pod is advertised as on the go music yet the customer service team have stated they need to be charged statically on a table so as not to break the charge. Pretty poor design. If I were crazy baby I'd be hugely concerned about the crap they are selling. I hope they go out of business very soon before other customers get stiffed.

Bought some air nanos from Indiegogo but they are not working correctly/not charging within the dock. As per usual on Indiegogo now that the campaign has its money CrazyBaby are ignoring everyone. I have logged an incident and chased this 3 times for a warranty replacement with no outcome or response. AVOID

TERRIBLE. I have been one of thousands of backers for their Air product. The delivery kept being delayed 3 months at a time, untill, more than ONE YEAR after the promised delivery, they sent an email giving the option of getting a refund. This has been more than 6 months ago, during which I wrote them many emails, getting as a reply " send us your paypal informations", or other copy and paste emails , until they stopped al together replying to my requests of refund. Paypal cannot help cause the payment was made more than a year ago, so they effectively stole my money and disappeared.

They're real con artists who try to make fancy looking devices to attract a large backer turnout but what it under the hood is worse than what you'd find for 20 dollars on AliExpress. Their customer service is a joke, copying and pasting information from their updates to backers who ask them questions about their orders. They repeatedly lie and deliberately make false promises on shipment. They've tried their luck with another campaign stunt and it's already showing signs of yet another campaign filled with broken promises and the most dishonest ways of conducting a business. They only reply to customers and backers who have something good to say about them, but if you have an issue with an order or want to express your dissatisfaction with their service then you can be sure you won't get a reply. They spend their whole day filtering out negative comments on their Facebook page from previous customers trying to warn potential customers of the perils of dealing with this company. For 69 dollars it might be worth a risk for some but I wouldn't risk paying more than that and I wouldn't be banking on it as something to put a smile on a person's face on Christmas Day. Speaking of Christmas, don't expect to get them anywhere close to Christmas, you'll be lucky if you get them 11 months from now. When Christmas comes they'll make some excuse about a production delay that is out of their control. They've done it for the Air and the Luna, and they're set to do it with the Nano too.

Poor quality products and non existing support. Bought two "wireless" Air earplugs on Indiegogo. Both with bluetooth connection so poor that I have to duktape my phone to my head in order to connect the two and being able to listen to music without it dropping out or worse, no connection at all. Not even kidding. When I move from my head and to my pants pockets, it goes from music to scratching and to no connection at all! Wrote to them numerous times, but no help at all.
Stay away and save your money!

The website boasts how amazingly designed and thoroughly tested their products are. I got my earphones and they're malfunctioning. I reported it. The website brags how their customer service replies within 24 hours - lies! I've been waiting 2 weeks for a reply to my emails. Don't waste your money, you'll be stuck with an inferior product you won't be able to return or have serviced.

Stay well away from their products
Bought a £100+ pair of their wireless earphones which arrived a full 3-4 months after promised delivery date. The earphones don't work unless you hold your mobile phone up to your face and lie perfectly still; in all other situations the connection keeps dropping.
The company ignores my emails asking for a refund. That's £110 odd pounds gone down the drain. Check for other reviews online for this company: they reflect my experience with them.

Bought a product that looks great, and works perfectly when it does indeed function (i.e. when I can actually manage to charge it).
Contacted customer service, and their 24-hour response is so far 7 days radio silence (beyond acknowledgement of email received) and counting... And still can't make the product work...
