Some of the stuff is a bit cheesy, but the eyewear and flashlights, knives and multitools, even the watch was all pretty sweet. JUST did a chat with Oliver about an account question and he cleared it right up, fast and friendly. Very happy customer here.

I have had a few problems with shipping and billing but the customer service has always been top notch. The few times that I have had to use the customer service I am always treated with respect and they always get things taken care of while I am talking to them. By the time the conversation is over they have got everything fixed and make sure that I am 1000% satisfied. Can not beat it!

I have the few time that I have Febray s and cherry got back to me quickly and and with some of the best Service that I have had so far .they also make sure thing get right and at the same time and always have the customer in mine and make sure what they help out in that it is right for the customer and I naver had customer support that has been straight to the point for helping the customer and care very much for the customer getting the problem taking care of thank you Sofrep for Best customer service I had in my years so far and for the two Cherry and Fabray's I thank you for the two time that I have dealt with my problem with my membership you both having fix the problem fast and easy for me

Got the premium subscription and received a bottle opener, safety glasses, and an empty sunglass case. Not worth the money. If it was once veteran run they now only care about your money.

My husband saw an ad for Crate Club (maybe on Facebook) and tagged me in. I immediately purchased a subscription as a Christmas gift. His first package was crazy good. The subsequent packages were awesome, but not nearly as exciting as the first. Each package has something he can use on a daily basis as well as products that are specialized. He still gets super excited when I let him know there is a package on the way. I have contacted Customer Service a few times...couldn't as for a better group of people! Keep up the good work!

I recently had trouble with my login process. I received a rapid response from Febray explaining that tech support was making a bug fix to the app. 24 hours later Febray followed up with instructions for me and, Voila! I am back up and running!
