I have only ever tried floating once before and found the experience quite bewildering but the Copenhagen Float was completely different. From the moment you step in you are well cared for... it’s a beautiful setting with really helpful and caring staff who have a passion for alternative health care and remedies to the modern day stresses of life. I felt entirely at ease before I stepped in! The time in the tank can take a while to get used to but I felt myself really unwind after 10 minutes or so. The time goes much faster than I expected and you have a great opportunity to really enjoy the water and the quiet. It was helpful to speak to the staff before for their handy hints and tips to make the most out of the experience. When coming out, I felt really refreshed and ready for the healthy snack, which was a delicious bonus! I have since done more research into the benefits of floating and will definitely book more sessions as it meant to be part of a regular routine for your mind and body maintainence. I am looking forward to my next session and really exploring this type of therapy.. to protect myself against anxiety and stress. I can really recommend everybody to try it!! I have had two sessions allready and it truly was an amazing experience both times - plus the place that they have created looks like a million dollars, so you have to go see it!

In short, this an experience I would recommend to anyone. And there is no better place than Copenhagen Float.
For those new to this, it can be intimidating at first. But from the moment I got through the door, I felt comfortable. The place has an aura that can only be described as "calm". The staff is very friendly and warm and they provide you with everything you need for your adventure. The tank itself is well isolated from the outside and no sounds come in. When you first get into the water, you will need to adjust to the sensation of floating. It can take a few minutes, but after that, I begin to relax. The 60 minutes pass slow and fast at the same time. It is an interesting feeling that is worth trying.
A very nice part of Copenhagen Float is when you get out from the tank. You are much more sensitive to outside stimulus and just walking back on the street would be too much. But the staff always makes the transition better.
Would recommend to anyone feeling like they need a break, but vacations don't work anymore.
