Shauna was so very helpful today with my husband's CPAP. She was able to help with resetting the humidifier and get me ready to head back home. She was very sweet and understanding. Also Katherine gave me perfect directions to the office. I am so grateful for both of these young ladies.

I am a new customer so today I called to place my first order. I spoke with a customer service person named Kyria who was very pleasant and helpful to talk with. She walked me through my order and gave me suggestions of some assorted accessories to add. She completed my order with no problems and reminded me that they were there should I need anything or encounter a problem. Kyria is a very positive asset and representative for the company.

I spoke on the phone with Hailey. She was a spectacular representative of your company. Her friendly voice and total ability to answer all of my questions competently, carefully, completely, and courteously made her an employee any company would want to have. You should recognize what a great employee you have in Hailey. Every company should be so lucky. I felt heard by a person who cared and sincerely wanted to help me. My preference is to speak with a real person rather than ordering on line. Because of my interactions with Hailey, I believe I have chosen the right company and the right products for my needs.

To date, I have had prompt responses and follow-up to my order. It has not yet been completed but I am satisfied so far that CPAP.com is doing their best to make it happen. I've bought from this company for a number of years with great results. Recently, they have undergone a website redo that is fraught with problems. I tried to do a purchase with PayPal which blew up mid transaction. After a week of emails, I ended paying directly on PayPal and providing cpap.com the transaction number. They admitted they had issues with PayPal integration with the new release...simple question...why offer the option if you know there are issues.
