Spent $600+ for a prescription pair of Costa sunglasses. 14 months later after eye surgery, needed to replace one lens with my new prescription. They REFUSED to do so saying that they could not guarantee the same quality of the replacement lens. Seriously? They or their lens supplier could not duplicate the color/quality which essentially made my $600+ purchase a piece of junk little more than a year after I purchased it? Feels like they simply want to sell 2 new lenses and a new frame. Very disappointed and promise I will NEVER purchase another pair of Costa glasses, prescription or not. BTW, when my eye care professional told me that, I didn't believe them. Went to the Costa website, contacted customer care(less) and received the same message. Not acceptable.

I absolutely love the Costa Man O’ War sunglasses (with glass, not the polycarbonate). Pros:
- They have a nice weight to them, so they stay where they should.
- They don’t scratch easily.
- They are great looking.
- They work extremely well for water activities, downhill skiing, motorcycling, etc.
- They are high quality.
- They are sometimes difficult to clean. The lenses can get facial oils/sweat on them and it smears when you wipe the lenses without an effective cleaner.
- Cost, but, I guess you get what you pay for.
