This flight departed from Antalya 15:00 without our knowledge. We were informed that this flight was departing 17:30. Please have a look at the screenshot!
Once we detected that something was wrong in Antalya airport we had to take immediate actions and immediately booked another flight to Stuttgart which is around 1000km for our home as anything else was sold out. These ticketed costed €470 and once we got to Stuttgart we had to book a car, and nothing was available, nothing. However, a guy from Sixt came to us and told us that they just got an available car as it was cancelled for another customer, but that this car is an upper class car which costed €280, so we actually a little bit lucky. Moreover, we went out of the airport 22:00 local time and drove until 03:00 am until we got tired and had to take a sleep at a hotel in Göttingen which is mid-German. That also costed €77,80. Well, then we also had to fill fuel to the car that costed €92,75.
So we had extra expenses on €920,55 which is really not our fault and I expect you to reimburse this amount.
I obviously have the invoices for everything and I expect you to reply my email soon prioritise this email as this can have juridical consequences.
I am already in contact with my lawyer and he will proceed the process if you take my contact for granted.
I look forward for an excuse and reimbursement. I know that faults can happen but I also know my rights.
I’m sorry for being so angry but this was absolutely the most ridiculous home trip I ever had.

With a family of 3 persons we were 3 hours before departure time to check in: my wife, daughter and I all got different seats far away from each other. When I asked if we could be seated next to each other the answer was immediately ‘no’, without checking in the system. When I asked if the plane was full they said yes. When I asked if there are people traveling alone to see if we could change seats they said no. Also no intention at all to help or even try to help. When I expressed my frustration they said: ‘you have to buy your seat’ while A. I paid full price for the tickets and B. other airlines only ask a premium for an upgrade.
Very bad experience with Corendon. Highly disappointed.

This tour has been booked by the company, Turistrejser.dk, which takes away all responsibility.
The day before the return trip, we are sent a text message that the return journey is delayed for 8 hours due to technical reasons. We are two groups at the hotel, one which is flying to Copenhagen and another one to Billund, Jutland. An hour later, the Jutland team gets the same txt message about 8 hours delay, also due to technical reasons.
Some other tourists say they have met some Danes from the week before they also received the same text message the day before returning home that the aircraft would be delayed 8 hours due to technical reasons. Interesting .... At the airport, the flight ends for another hour late and then, 45 minutes, again .. We therefore land at 3.30am Tuesday at night in Copenhagen, where we should have finished at 5.55pm Monday.
By the way, on the trip down there, the flight staff had not filled up the stock and there was therefore no food or drinks enough for just over half of the plane. Would definitely recommend not spending money on this company.
